Couldn't find any Polk Audio in 6x8, so I gave kicker a try. Well, they get a little loud, really no distortion at high volume. More of a punchy bass, rather than deep. I prefer deep bass, but that's what I have a sub in the trunk for. Honestly if you want to get the best out of them; hook them up with a good small amp and they'll sound amazing. It is a good upgrade from factory speakers, if that's what you looking for.

I bought these for my 2003 Ford Excursion and wow what a difference. I replaced my old factory Speakers and tried these straight from my Pioneer NEX head unit and the sound was so much clearer. The highs in these 2 ways blew me away. I wasn't expecting a whole lot from these tweeters but I was very nicely surprised. And the mids were awesome too. I hooked them to a 4 channel Kicker amp and mainly run these for my mids and highs and the amp really brought them to life!!! For the price you can't beat these Kickers.

Easy install with the right wire adapter. Had to bend just one tab to make it fit but was super simple. Highs are so clear and night and day. Not sure about bass since I run subs and just bought to replace the muddled factory speakers in my mustang. Bought two pair and well worth the money.

I replaced my stock rear speakers with these. I must say there is a major difference in the sound quality. I’m very pleased specially because I got them on sale.

Purchased these for my son's new vehicle. He loves these so much he wanted the same speakers again! They sound great and are easy to install!

I drive a 2009 Mercury Mariner/Ford Escape. The front passenger speaker blew and it was bothering me for quite a while. I set the system to just use the rear speakers for about two months and finally got fed up. So did a bit of internet searching and found these speakers and they were in stock and at the right price. It took me 45 minutes to replace both left and right front door speakers with s simple splice for each. WOW! Your factory speakers are so poor compared to these. The sound has richer base and you'll hear sounds you didn't hear before with your stock speakers. If my ride wasn't so old and I wasn't thinking about trading it in, I'd probably swap out the back door speakers even though they sound pretty good. Yes, I'm happy, pleased, whatever with my selection and swapping them out was a cake walk. Anyone can do it. Look for some YouTube videos for assistance and good luck!

These are good, cheap speakers. I was impressed by the sound quality and the bass delivered by the speakers. I only installed 2 for now and will be installing 2 more to replace my old ones. Once I install the other 2, I know it will be better. Overall satisfied!

Easy to install for a fair price descent sound quality nice upgrade

Our 2002 truck was down to 3 working speakers and these were a perfect fit. The sound quality is great with just the right amount of bass. The install job was quick and fantastic!

Bought these to replace existing pair of speakers that had deteriorated badly. I was impressed with ease of install and quality of sound. Fit perfectly as well, a good overall purchase.

The upside with these is they have a much clearer sound in the upper ranges than my stock speakers. Easy to install if you get the wiring harnesses. The downside is I lost some lower end base compared to the stock speakers. To me that is not a huge issue. I can always add a sub woofer. These were on sale for almost half off. So for the money (two sets) it was hard to beat. If I wanted to spend more I could have gotten speakers with a range that went lower than these but I was not looking to spend a lot given that I plan to replace the stock head unit with an after market. These went on a 2012 f150.

Huge improvement to cheap factory speakers, even with factory stereos. Good solid bass and crisp highs.
