Installed in an 01 Silverado Crew Cab (front doors) using: ***(((((Metra - Speaker Adapter Plates for Most 1995-2005 GM Full-Size Pick-Up Vehicles (Pair) - Black Model:82-3002 SKU:2252691)))))*** The adapters snapped into place, put in a few screws to make sure they didn’t move. Then installed the wires to the speaker, lined the speaker up to the correct mounting holes, installed the screws to hold the speakers in place and put the door panels back on. I didn’t have room to use the included speaker covers that came with the speakers but they sound crisp and clear and are plenty loud. Along with whatever I put in the rear doors (don’t remember-its been to long), and the two 10” Kickers behind the back seats these pair very well. Very happy with this purchase. I was so happy I even took myself out listenin to music n’ such and drove on over to the ice cream shop (Not the Candy Shop Mr Fifty Cents <— For the Generation I don’t Give a Hoots, I’m referring to a rapper man’s from the 2000’s) and treated myself to an ice cream scoop in a cone no doubt. Oh and Sorry No Pics! Of the speakers… There’s plenty of this lil Firecracker (No Romo) Them speakers aren’t coming out till they’re dead or blown. I could probably get a pic then?!?! Great speakers for the price. Have a true silk dome tweeter that really comes alive especially with a small 4 ch amp. Speakers can take up to 100rms so most any amp will be a good match for these speakers. The quality of the ks speakers is far better than the cs, so if you can spend the extra money, these are the way to go. One of my favorite speakers currently on the market! Currently installed in the lower portion of my door. Wish they sold a component set!

Bought these over 2 years ago, Still producing crystal clear sound and good bass, and They’re in a jeep so they’ve seen dust, mud, water, and I push them hard. I have these coupled with a pair of 4 1/2 ks speakers and a 12 down firing sub which make for an overall amazing sounding system.

Installed a pair in my rv to replace the stock speakers and talk about a night and day difference. Clean crisp sound, no complaints here. You get what you pay for.

These speakers sound rich with sound. I replaced Pioneer speakers with these Kicker speakers and the sound is so much better. Would purchase again!

Great speakers for the price. After the bass starts to get loud, the quality starts to get diminished. Although they mount perfectly and sound great.

I bought these in “used excellent condition” as an open box item. They are not even in good condition let alone excellent. The cones are pushed in and it was two speakers loose in a bag. No packaging or accessories of any kind.

Kicker ks series speakers are really good speakers powerd by 100w 4 channel amp deliver plenty of punch with mids and highs have in 2013 silverado crew cab sounds great.

Very good quality speakers with balanced sound. These speakers aren't necessarily the ones you would choose if you're looking for a bass-heavy setup, but for general use across multiple music genres, these speakers are very good quality with deep bass and crystal clear highs.

Originally purchased 2 pairs of these back in 2020 and have sounded great the whole time I've had them. The mids and highs are very strong and clear, however if you're looking to get car shaking bass out of these then look elsewhere. 6.5" speakers aren't meant for bass anyway so I won't count that as a negative. Pair these with an subwoofer and set up your crossovers and these speakers will sound great. Unfortunately at some point one of the speakers blew but I was able to get a full refund more than a year later with my protection plan, can't complain and definitely recommend purchasing the protection plan if you have the money. Overall, I'd give them an 8.5/10 because they sound good for what they are meant for but are a bit underwhelming for the price. If you can snag a pair for around $100 then I would recommend these. I'm giving 4/5 stars for the speakers and 5/5 stars for Bestbuy service.

I got those three months ago for my Toyota Corolla and it’s fit good. I like the sound, it is clear and the bass is very good.

When my Rockustic speakers disentegrated after 20years of use, I purchased the Kicker KS 6.5 - 2 way speakers as a replacemt. Powering them with a Yamaha 100watt per channel AV receiver and they sound amazing in my backyard! Not sure they soumd in a car door but these things rock! I did try the CS line first and the highs were a littlw better in my opinion, but these have more bass and have poly propolene woofers to help stand up to the outdoor elements.

We've used Kicker before in our family 2002 Silverado, so when I got my latest project car, I knew these had to replace the distorting OEM speakers in my 92 Miata. Cheap and reliable, and they sound leagues better than the one's they replaced, as one would expect. Install was simple, comes with the necessary electrical butt connectors to wire them in. All you need is a philips head screwdriver, some wire strippers/cutters, and a crimping tool to crush the butt connectors onto the leads. Will always recommend Kicker.

Sounds great with my aftermarket headunit with dsp settings. punchy base kind of like what youd expect from a sealed enclosure vs ported box. Im sure an amplifier would really wake these speakers up but running them without one still sounds loud.

They are still breaking in but already the improvement over the stock speakers is remarkable. Nice warm mids, clear highs and clean bass that won’t rattle the neighbors windows but that isn’t what I trying to do. For me, listening to a broad swath of music types, these are about as good as I could have hoped for.
