    Clips any time you turn it up. Low volume high power rating was 916 out of the box. Called kicker did exactly what I was told to do. Took it back and got a Alpine 650 watt .. Best purchase I have made in long time!!!

    This amp allowed me to go from low if any bass in music and sound quality to amazing in both categories and can support more than enough subwoofers than what is needed in a vehicle,

    first unit came DOA (this happens) , but after the second one was installed it was smooth sailing from there.

    Honestly don't know what the other 3 reviews are about. I installed not 1 of these but 4 of these in all 4 of my cars. Paired them all with a 12 inch kicker class Q 2 ohm sub in ported boxes. When wired right, GROUNDED and tuned properly using an oscilloscope like I did this thing hits great. A lot of crisp and clean bass with zero clipping or voltage issues of any kind. Zero distortion out of these amps but like I said you got to tune and wire them up right. Also make sure the sub is wired correctly into 1 or 2 ohms and can handle the rms wattage at that ohm load.

    own previous version of this kx line all no issues at all this new series has issues weak performance and shut off issues not sure what happened this new line is no good

    600 watt Kicker was at least twice as loud. Something definitely is wrong with this amp.
