My product arrived damaged! I was devastated. She is so cute and was to be a gift for someone. After having to chase my order down because it was not delivered to my home, I opened to see a large cut down one seam. That's a real bummer. The worst was customer service. No help whatsoever and I wasted close to an hour with them telling me "they care". Not even $5 credit for all my wasted time. I have to go to store to return & wait for replacement. Awful experience. Sorry it's so difficult to allow a credit for someone having this awful experience. Too bad I can't get a exchange since it's not stocked locally. What a very bad deal this turned out to be.
