I had 4 times experienced earlier about bad quality and used parts available from Bestbuy. Latest time used parts and missing batteries in the box. Store and phone call customer service personnels are very helpful but product quality bad.

    It Is an Oven Substitute

I returned a Breville toaster oven and opted for this. The Kitchen Aid's cooking times on the bake option (primary use) are much more in line with recipe times than the Breville. Toasting time is also better. I have not tried the Air Fryer. So, for my primary functions, it seems good. I might experiment with this as an "oven substitute." Its size allows for that. I'd add that it's easy to clean. I also like the light staying on for the duration of the cook/toast. That said, the dark door glass doesn't let you see much in terms of cooking progress. Aesthetically, I'd prefer a stainless-steel frame. The black color with a smidgeon of stainless edge makes this unit seem bigger than it is. I would have liked to have matched my other appliances. I agree with other reviewers here and on other sites that the control and dial buttons seem a bit small with lots of play. We'll see how this plays out. My last toaster oven was a Kitchen Aid, and it worked well for five years. Again, this seems like an oven substitute. That's a good thing.

Bought this because our old toaster oven died. The old one did not have the air fry feature this one has. My wife loves this new oven. Learning to use it was easy and it works wonderfully. The larger size is great.

This oven is great! Proofs bread beautifully, air fries great. The bake and convection bake are terrific and the toaster function makes breakfast for several easily. Super!

Cooks just like a full- size oven but adds air fry and convection bake features. Everything comes out evenly cooked. Controls take a little getting used to.

Good Toaster Oven (for the most part)

This convection oven was bought to replace a 15+ year-old one that was more than showing its age. The exterior boasts a sleek, modern look while the interior is very spacious and allows for multiple racks. In my experience, it ventilates pretty well, and there have been no major problems with overheating to the point of smoking or a burning smell some other reviewers have mentioned. The main issue has been with the toast function; despite having a pretty wide scale from 1 to 8, even at 1 or 2, bread becomes a relatively dark shade. When this occurs, it also appears that the "convection" feature doesn't work well as only the top of the bread becomes toasted, so the bread isn't toasted evenly. Overall, this toaster oven works well, but I would not say it's worth $300 (or even the $240 + tax when it's on sale).

This thing is amazing! It completely made my iven obsolete, I only use ot to pan fry foods at this point. Cooked a whole chicken in it with the thermometer, gave it ten minutes to rest, and it was perfect. Makes my life so much easier.

Very happy with the purchase. Looks nice, easy to operate and clean. Wasn't sure I would be into the air frying thing, but yeah, it is nice. Made air fried salmon and it was awesome. Easy to keep an eye on while cooking and doesn't smell up the kitchen.

Owned the Breville oven for years and we started having issues where the button was shorting. We changed to this model and it is cheaper than the Breville and looks so sleek on the counter. It is digital with so many functions. Pretty much does everything a big oven would do but a little smaller. It is a good size for a counter top - could easily fit a whole chicken with ease.

    Great Small Appliance

Overall I like this toaster oven. It's slightly bigger than I thought, but that means more room inside for cooking. I love the thermometer probe, it makes roasting so much easier since it will shut off the oven once it reaches target temp. Air-fryer works great, but a bit tricky to clean the rack. The functions button/dial are easy to use.

LOVE THIS OVEN SO FAR! So easy to use, I love that one appliance does whatever I need to do and it holds up to a 12" pizza as well as a 13x9" baking pan. Looking forward to trying more air frying

Been looking for a combo air fryer/oven and settled for this guy and haven’t been disappointed. Decently quiet with its two fans running and comes with an assortment of accessory racks and a temp probe for meats. It’s fast to preheat and cooks super quickly, maybe even toooooo quickly. I’ve been learning it’s quirks and have made some sacrifices to the food gods during that process. The controls are super intuitive and easy to adjust. I wish they’d include a silicone mat or something of the sort to place on top so you can rest the racks you’re not currently using on top but that’s a minor quibble. Overall, a great buy!

I replaced my Emeril Lagasse air fryer with this one and I couldn’t be happier. Larger size makes cooking bigger foods in objects easier. The black aesthetics look really nice and stand out. The only thing I wish it was that it was a little bit more formfitting but it’s still fantastic air fryer.

This air fryer is incredible! It heats up so much faster than my large oven, which is great when I'm short on time but still want a delicious and nutritious meal. We have to be careful not to overcook things because we're so used to the slow one that came with our apartment, but it's definitely worth it. The alarm is plenty loud, although I had concerns after reading some of the other reviews. I guess it depends how noisy your home is. I haven't used all of the functions yet but the oven and the air fryer work great!! Overall, I absolutely love this product and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for an air fryer.
