I recommend buying from klipsch direct so you get the latest firmware and unit. I own many klipsh products and usually buy direct. This case I didn't and had issues. Klipsch replaced it and it's an amazing unit. Make sure you order the wireless speakers for the full surround system

This is a large substantial soundbar. I'm no audiophile but it sounds great to me. My issue was often the inability to understand dialogue when watching tv shows and movies. This definitely helped clear up that problem. Unfortunately, the furnace in my home is located close to the living room where I watch TV. That means frequent volume changes, up when the furnace kicks on and back down when it stops running. Total pain in the butt magnified by the gymnastics required to position the remote in precisely the right position to get a response even though there were no obstructions to interfere with the signal and distance between was short. Often even where the connection was made the volume failed to continue raising or lowering. With my previous Samsung soundbar, continuous pressure on volume up or down created a gradual increase or decrease in volume. Not so with this remote. Press and hold only resulted in one level of change so volume down 4 levels = press press press press. Adding THAT to waving the remote around to find the right spot resulted in a return pretty quickly.

    Didn't work

When it worked it worked well but the majority of the time the sub woofer will not connect unless you un plug it then plug it back in. This is a known problem, read the forums online and you'll see plenty of people having the same issue. I updated the firmware for the soundbar and it was actually worse after that. It got to the point that the unplugging trick didn't work anymore. I also wrote to Klipsch, about two weeks later and no answer. Save yourself the headache and dont buy this. I returned it and got a JBL that worked as soon as I turned it on. If you can get the Klipsch to work it sounds great but you'll be fighting that sub woofer daily.

I own several Klipsch speakers and I was excited about this sound bar. Out of the box it wasn’t loud till I did a firmware update. I also purchased the rears and those were super weak. Couldn’t even tell they where connected unless I put my ear to them. The most disappointing issue was the Bluetooth connection. I had to re connect the sub every time I turned the TV on.

I bought this product open box exactly one year ago and it died in one year on me. I'll probably never get an open box and definitely get a warranty on it next time. The product was good when working, but didn't last long.

440 watts this sound bar and down firing sub sound great. Bluetooth is nice and hdmi hook up is nice. You can hook it up digital audio. The remote ligts up when u pick it up. Have a polk audio in my bedroom and the klipsch sounds way better but the polk was a mid grade compared to klipsch. Also had an Boston acoustic and it was pretty good but it stopped working after 3 years but was still nice.

I returned this sound bar after only a few days because it didn't function properly. The subwoofer only worked intermittently and the sound quality was poor. I have had other Klipsch products that I was very satisfied with. The issue here is the store. They put this open box item on the shelf for resale. I bought it and discovered, almost immediately that it was defective. A few days after I returned it and told the sales agent that it was defective and what the issues were, they returned it to the shelf, yet again and raised the price by $50.00. Be aware that the Augusta, Maine store did this and use care in deciding if you want to purchase any open box merchandise from them.

This was a soundbar I was watching for a while...it maybe a bit much but its worth every penny. I'm not about to buy the extended wireless speakers for an outside cookout without risking damaging my equipment by leaving everything in the house and rocking the neighborhood socks off...THIS IS LOUD all on it own...wireless speakers are not needed (only wanted :) )
