I did much comparison research with reviews on you tube. There are a lot of folks there that really put a lot of time and effort into the comparisons of most brands of Bluetooth portable speakers. So I listened contently to the many speakers compared. What I heard was pure crisp sound and mind blowing bass from this unit. Now my money is just as important to me as yours is to you. Is this speaker worth $400? I would say yes but I could not financially justify that expense. But as the deal of the day at $200 I was thrilled. I even saved an additional $30 and purchased an open box. There are many $100-$150 Bluetooth speakers out there that can not even come close to the sound of this unit. The only possible negative to this unit is the fact that it does not contain a rechargeable lithium ion battery pack. It does hold 8 D size batteries. I got around this little dilemma buy purchasing 8 rechargeable batteries and a charger putting the money I saved buying open box to good use. I can only hope you enjoy this unit as much as I do

Klipsch demonstrates their impeccable lineage and adaptability once again. If you want to hear AND feel the music, no matter what kind, this box does it. Not only does it sound great, it looks good too. I love it, and if you care about the way your music sounds, so will you. Forget the tinny sounding little pill boxes and unbalanced, overamped baby boomboxes out there. They don't come close.

Great sound, handles deep bass pretty well( much better then other portable speakers). Also it gets very loud.

I picked this up on the deal of the day because it was half priced and $200 for this brand is a pretty sweet deal. Unfortunately it didn't fit my needs and I returned it. I purchased this to be used in my back yard for pool parties over the summer but after one afternoon out back I realized that it didn't have the power I was looking for. It connected to my iPhone very quick and easy and had great range for the bluetooth. No matter how high I turned up the volume it just didn't seem to carry the sound outdoors well. I put it inside and it sounded fantastic. Like amazingly fantastic. But again, that's not what I purchased it for and I ended up returning it. If you're using this for a smaller house or garage, get it and don't think twice about it. If you're using this for garden or pool parties or backyard bbq's, stick with some $50 computer speakers as they seem to work better. One of my friends told me that the same speaker was found elsewhere online for $100 just a week later. Always keep an eye out for the deals!

My wife uses this speaker for her dance class. She has a number of other portable speakers and not one is even close to the quality and sound of the KMC 3. The base and clarity is excellent.

The sound from this speaker is great, coming from a fairly portable speaker. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth connection is very poor. Unless your device is literally sitting next to it, it constantly skips and crackles, sounding similar to a record player. I actually have 3 different Klipsch Bluetooth speakers and they all have the same issue. I have no problems at all with my other brand speakers. I think the speaker quality of Klipsch is superb, but the electronics may be sub par. I am thinking of returning these, even tho I paid about half price on clearance.

Clear voice,outstanding base, nice build quality. A little on the hefty side but still very portable. Wish it had a radio.

I love the speaker, I really do, but my 2 problems that I have with it is that you can't adjust the bass. Everything has too much bass. If you're into techno, house or an edc type of person, this speaker is perfect for you. My other problem with it is that if you want to take it to the park or the beach, you have to buy batteries for it. For the price that you're paying you would think that it would come with a rechargeable battery built in. It doesn't :/ All in all, this is and awesome speaker to have for a party or just to chill at home

This a a very good Bluetooth speaker. It picks up very well and the sound is amazing. My only problem is with the remote. The range is not good and that's one of the reasons I purchased it, to be able to operate from short distance without having to go up to speaker and manually turn on. . The size of remote is small, you can lose it easily, but the speaker has amazing sound.

The Klipsch KMC3 is amazing. The sound on it is crystal clear and amazing. Great bass. Wish it was a little lighter on weight.

Best sounding portable bluetooth I have found. I have compared this to Beats, Sony, and Bose systems - this Klipsch KMC3 Rocks! It uses 110V or (8) D batteries which is okay, but it would be perfect if it had it's own on-board rechargeable battery. I bought one for my son last Christmas....liked it so much I bought one for me.

Note: I bought this on an open box sale, and paid roughly $200. Sound quality is excellent for the price and size. The only caveat is that the bass is a little on the heavy side. Bluetooth connectivity works well. There's no battery in this speaker, but you can use 8 "D" batteries to turn it into a portable unit. Otherwise, it runs off of a 12V power supply.

Bought this to take with me when I work out of town and wasn't disappointed with the sound. The only complaint I have is with the remote, it only seems to work when it is perfectly level and directly in front of the sensor.

For the price, Klipsch - KMC is without a doubt one of the best portable speakers out there. Although the size & the battery requirement may not make everyone happy, but its loudness and clarity totally makes it up for it.

the first time I buy that brand of sound, never thought that sounded so extraordinary. I thought Bose was the best in sound but klipsch surpasses by far....... I love it.....

Personally thought it sounded better than the Bose system. We thought the larger speaker had the best quality sound of all 3 sizes.
