Its big but it fit in the spot we made for it easily. I did not read the fine print that said i had to put it togeather but it was not hard. took me about 45 minutes. they said dont use a drill but girl bye. I used my drill, I just screwed softly. This is a great buy. glad I bought it. hours of fun for her. well she stopped me mid review because the elevator broke. It was just a screw . the elevator should have two tracks but it only comes with one. overall house is great!

They love it a lot. It was pretty surprising that they started playing with this toy first instead of the Nintendo switch they also each receive for Christmas. I was expecting it to be a small doll house but it was actually pretty big and heavy.
