Comfortable, but where's the quality?

I was excited to receive this La-Z-Boy chair as they used to be known for their quality. The base finish is absolute garbage, it was flaking and peeling right out of the box. The emblem on the back of the chair is crooked. I only gave two stars because the chair is very comfortable.
