Game is fun, but doesn't work correctly.
The sound worked for about an hour, then stopped. I contacted the company as instructed in the manual. THey sent me to BestBuy. Best Buy sent me to the wrong company to address the warranty issue. I called the number, and it is the wrong company....additionally, that company apparently is not locatable?
This is manufactuted by Lancaster Gaming Company. Best Buy gave me the number for Lancaster Bingo. When I contacted them, they were frustrated too....they get calls all the time for the same issue. Best Buy and other companies give this number out, but it's the wrong company.
Ok. My review. The game itself is fun. Decent materials, etc. The electronics are faulty. The sound worked for about an hour. Fun, and you have the option to turn it off if you want. Our issue is that it does not turn on at all.
Best Buys says I can return it if I want.....it's 125 lbs, and assembled. 8' long. Not sure how I'd get it to the store.
All I really want is for the item that was purchased as a gift for my kids to work. SImply replace the scoring unit, and hopefully it will work. What I don't need is the run around. I've spent several hours on the phone now trying to resolve this.
And Best Buy, if you can't service 3rd party items, don't sell them! I didn't know it was a 3rd party item when I purchased it....thought I was buying something from you.
I'll update this review when we get this resolved.

A lot of fun and great build quality, except for a couple of small areas that feel a little cheap/flimsy. Overall, not a bad addition to the game room

It was a bear to put together and it is a machine of size but beside these issues its a fun game and seems to be a favorite of everyone. My advice make sure you have plenty of room and patience when putting it together
