Who dumb ideal was it to put styrofoam into smoker? On top of that the styrofoam is so tightly snugged it causes you to break it apart and now u have to clean out all the debris because who wants smoked sytrofoam chicken wings smh.

Had to get used to the smoker, but after a couple of times, we've been cooking up a storm! Not bad for the price and value!

We bought this as a first time using a smoker. It was easy to set up and work. The food tasted great, just wish they would include some cooking times for things. We smoked the food longer because we wanted to make sure it was done and done of them came out well done.

This smoker works fine but arrived with dents in the door, the top and on the side also the door latch is sloppy and door needs to be lifted from the bottom to make it close properly.I checked the box for signs of shipping damage but could find no damage to the box or packaging.I believe this was sold as new but previously damaged (it was on sale).This happened to me the exact way when I ordered from Jet a few years back.I'm a chef of 41 years and have used many commercial smokers,this one works fine for home use.

The smoker arrived with a big dent in the top. Luckily, I was able to pound it out with a rubber mallet. The entire unit gets extremely hot when in use. So hot, I can cook a pot of baked beans on top of it. Be careful when it is in use or you will burn yourself. My only other complaint is the lack of seal around the door. Smoke comes out around the door instead of staying inside. All that being said, this smoker works pretty well, but absolutely nothing special. Save up another hundred bucks and get a quality product.

The smoker works very efficiently seems to cook very evenly.

Easy to put together and easy to use It took 10 minutes to put the parts on because I’m slow at it instructions were easy very light weight

Purchased for our daughter's boyfriend as a starter unit for him. He's 24 and never smoked meet, plus they've only been together a short time, but we wanted to make sure he felt welcomed to the family at Christmas. This was PERFECT!! He loves it! Gets the job done and it does it quite well! The meet was really good that he made us while we were in town visiting and he seems to really like the smoker. It really is a great started smoker for someone just learning.

Pleasantly surprised so far. It’s not too-notch like an outdoor smoker, but it’s getting the job done for apartment living for now

This is my first smoker and it is great. It’s the perfect size for a family. I’ve smoked ribs, a whole chicken and pork loins so far. They all turned out great. Low and slow is the way to go! The paint has chipped away but aluminum foil helps. Overall a good entry level smoker.

Small so don’t over load will not warm up to handle full racks

This smoker is very convenient to use,and produces great food.

We tried brisket for the first time and it was super tender and really good. Once the weather gets nice we will use again. Can't wait to try vegetables and chicken.

I purchased this for my boyfriend and we are satisfied of how the meats are cooked as well as being freshly prepared!

We love our electric smoker! We are new to using a smoker and we are so happy with this one. We have done beer can chicken, ribs, brisket and even bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese! Temps hold great and it’s pretty easy to clean. Only downside is the whole unit including the handles get really hot. There is no covering on the handle so you have to wear your glove when opening.

Bought this for my husband and he LOVES IT! He is trying to smoke EVERYTHING!

I knew I would not be able to smoke anything very large in it, so I've cut briskets in half to use it. Even though the directions say to not use pellets, I do and they work just fine. I put mine on cinder blocks since I could not find a factory base to make it taller.

My son loves the easy of use of this smoker. Very easy to use.

This smokes well and is still functioning still. It made a great brisket on New Year's day. However, after the 3rd run, I noticed that that the inside coating was starting to blister badly. I suppose this won't last much longer without re-coating it somehow.

We tried it the meat was the delicious and tender.
