The desk prevents heat from my laptop from reaching my lap and holds my laptop in place. This is much better than the pillow I was using, is stable and looks good too.

I appreciate the venting that is so much better on the desk surface rather than heating up your lap or possibly causing it to get too hot! The soft bottom of the desk is comfortable and allows the laptop to sit level. The pocket for my cell phone is convenient.

My poster is better if I’m sitting on the couch while I work and I don’t have to worry about my laptop overheating and burning my legs. Definitely worth it especially for the cost.

But I also use it for other things like writing, reading or misc projects when sitting on the couch. Well worth it!
