I bought this because I wanted something that woud allow my tablet and attached keyboard to sit nicely on my lap all the while staying cool and this has done that. I don't use my tablet at a desk just when I am sitting in my recliner so this makes it very nice and sturdy as if I were at a desk. I also create greeting cards and find that its very useful for when I want to color in a stamping project or anything that would require a desk. I like the lift part in the front where your wrist lay to help with the carpel tunnel and at the back is a slot where you can rest the tablet if you choose not to have an attached keyboard. My most favorite part though is the carry handle. While this is NOT a heavy item I am handicapped and it makes it much easier to carry around with that nice soft handle. I would highly recommend this item.

I have a 10" windows tablet that i use to rdp into work. I also have a logitech keyboard with a touch pad i use with the tablet. This is big enought to hold the keyboard comfortably while on your lap or side of the couch. The area for the tablet will fit a wide range of devices, never feels like it's going tofall out which was an original concern. Only down side i see is the wrist pad area isn't made of the softest material, so after a while it may get uncomfortable.

It's practice and confortable, the price vs Quality is not the best but is razonable

Bought this to use with my iPad Pro. Works great even with the case on it. Also bought a wireless keyboard to use on the flat portion. Works as anticipated.

I work a lot at night and on the weekends and get tired of sitting at my desk. This product has made working from my couch easy and comfortable. It is also perfect for tablets. I took it in a trip and used it to set up my tablet to watch movies at night!

I wanted a light, comfortable, portable tray that could work for laptops, ipads and for writing and homework. This was perfect. Comfortable soft padding for the legs and very sturdy to work on.

This lap top desk is just the right size to fit my computer comfortably. The part on the side for the mouse is big enough so the mouse can be moved around as much as is needed. The padding on the bottom is also very comfortable.

My girls love these! They are able to hold their tablets to watch videos in the car. They also use them to color and draw on longer road trips!

Light weight soft bottom. I like to use it when using my Mac on the bed to help with overheating.

I would recommend this to anyone. It is light and stays in place. Not so large that it is cumbersome.

We looked at other lap desks that were around for college dorm shopping and found this one much better quality. In addition, the slot is a good size for pads. Also doesn't have that creepy smell that the bean bag ones have and the foam is plenty comfy.

This is HP's take on "You can never be too thin"! It looks great, feels solid, and performs as expected for the top of the line Spectre. Keyboarding is very good with adequate spacing between the keys. Backlighting really helps in low light situations. The slip case included with the laptop is a nice touch as well. Thing is, that case will not hold the dongles you may need to plug in anything that uses something other than a USB C connector. Only 3 are available and one of those is needed for the power supply. Which you will want to have around after about 6 hours, especially if you want a backlit keyboard. The screen, which is gorgeous, also would be culpable here. Speakers are nice but you may want to invest in some nice headphones: there is a dedicated jack but I think bluetooth is more in keeping with the Spectre style. Not for everyone. Understated but still knows how to make a entrance.

I frequently use my laptop when not working at a solid surface, such as when sitting in the family room on a sofa or chair. I find it helpful - and safer - to use a lap desk. This one is perfect for me. It is low profile and light weight and serves my purpose well. I also use it at the dining table to prevent marring the surface.

This stand does what I need. Comfortable to use. Also, holds tablet.

This lapdesk is just right for my 15 inch laptop use in my recliner. Comfy jell cushions wrist wrest nice no hot lap from computer after long use.

Got this as a gift for my wife. I was looking for one with a "bean bag" type cushion underneath so it would better conform to a person's legs, but this has memory foam, which is the next best thing. Not much to describe, it does its job. The slot for phones/tablets is nice. For anyone wondering if it's big enough to also use a mouse, there isn't enough room for one unless you slide your laptop over far enough to give yourself extra surface for a mouse. Not very practical that way, but then again, I doubt most people use a mouse when a laptop is sitting on their lap. Overall a good product. Even has a carrying handle. Would've been nice if the price point was just a bit cheaper, but hey, it's Best Buy.

This lap desk is great for keeping the heat off your lap. It is also a great work desk especially for traveling. It is such a great desk I got my sister-in-law one for Christmas and she loves it.

i wish i knew this lap desk exist because i would've bought it before. having said that ... this laptop desk feels good on my lap i use it for writing as well as the laptop. i have nerve damage of the right hip and the weight of things on that side of my lap can become painful even have uncomfortable shocking sensations to it . this lapdesk feels like there is nothing on my lap. i forget its there at times. i love it.

We've been looking for a good lap desk for the ipad and couldn't ever find one that holds the ipad with the otterbox case. This one works great. Strongly recommend this!

You can use this for a wireless keyboard, laptop, tablet, or to do homework/paperwork. The bottom is soft yet sturdy.
