I tried this with electric bass 4 string guitar and some drum tracks. The sound is OK, but the loudness wasn't what I expected. Also, the handle on top make for sitting on the amp difficult. The knobs do feel and turn with quality. the speaker grill cover mayb could get dust in it. I returned it, because I thought for a 10 inch speaker it should have more low end.

It arrived cracked. There was a huge dent in the shipping box but I didn't think it went all the way through the machine but once I took it out, I saw the huge crack on the side. I was willing to accept the damage if the darn thing worked but it did not, so I'm assuming when it got cracked it did internal damage to the machine. I left it on the charger for three days straight and the battery never got full. Whenever I sang high notes, the speaker turned off for 5 seconds and would come back on. I had to keep the volume low and couldn't sing anything high. but that could have been because the battery wasn't fully charged. Also I had the voltage at the wrong setting. I didn't realize that in the USA you have to slide the red thingy to 115 volts not 230 volts which is for outside the US but unfortunately I didn't learn that until AFTER returning it so maybe that's why it never charged to full... the instructions are extremely unclear. So overall, the machine didn't work for me at all. Sent it back. Good luck to anyone else. If you buy it, make sure you use the right voltage for where you live.

This system is a really nice little PA for all kinds of parties and get togethers. I love that it can mount to a stand. It also plays all kind of media storage devices. My family is really happy with it!
