My son was barely 4 when he asked for this. He had never played video games and my husband was convinced he wouldn’t really play it. Our neighbor’s older son showed him a few things and now our son is beating levels on his own. He loves it and I enjoy watching him play.

Though i haven’t seen the new ghostbusters movie, these 6 levels were still a blast to play. The level design and storytelling were probably my favorite in all of dimensions. If you are a fan of Lego dimensions or lego games in general, you should definitely buy this.

having bought this on sale, the lego parts of the set are really really good. and I liked what they did with it. Overpriced at MSRP, and overly cheap at current sales prices.

Fun game, but legos for a game was maybe not the best idea for my boys...a year later and half the pieces are gone or being used in other creations, cause that’s what your supposed to do with legos is build stuff and tear it apart to build something new.

Pretty good overall, you get extra levels and also unlock the other 3 characters from the movie.

I honestly did not care for the new Ghostbuster's movie but I love legos and enjoy building the sets for the dimensions game. I like the addition of the story packs and I was able to purchase it at a good price for holiday sales. If you are trying to collect all of the sets like I am then this set will be great for you. If you are buying as a gift, it is great because it give you the ability to play the entire movie which means a good bit of game play. The possibilities are endless with lego dimensions. Enjoy mixing and matching within the game to unlock lots of perks.

Even if you didn't love the movie this game pack is based on, it's still worth getting if you are a fan of Lego Dimensions and want more great gameplay. It could be argued that this game is better than the film it is based on. It's a great expansion to the Lego Dimensions core game. It is much larger than the standard Level Packs. It's almost like another game in and of itself.

Best Buy offered this set during a clearance sale. On top of that, my Gamer's Club Unlocked membership discount stacked on top of the clearance price.

At first I thought the idea of not having to buy a new starter set with these games in life things, but the mistake was these sets. Between this and the other two story sets, it was 150 bucks. There's a decent amount of both game and legos with this and the other Story packs. The problem is the Legos are mostly another overlay for the portal, leaving you to do what with four of these things? The game content isn't bad if you liked the movie, same as any of the other level sets but at least those are half the price usually.
