Don't waste your money!

I bought MS Word, my laptop and thought I was good to go. Wrong! There was a ton of junk already loaded on the hard drive so getting it to start is a task in itself. I know I'm not the most computer savvy person, but this is ridiculous. Save your money & invest in something with better reviews.

Posted .This system comes with 1-year free of Microsoft Office 365, which includes Word, already installed. If you installed Office on top of the software already on the device, you have a conflict that is slowing your system down. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the top left side of the device, right near the power button on the device. You will need a pen to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.

I just use it to browse the internet, pay bills, stream videos, and write the occasional paper. The storage on it is good for everything I need. I have 4 semesters of college and tons of photos/videos and have never had an issue with storage.

I needed to replace it quickly as I had to pay bills, etc. and still needed to get to work later that day. I don't need much in terms of computer frills. I just use it for bill-paying, shopping, correspondence and general web surfing. The sales associate in Delafield, WI was terrific. He did not talk down to me, or fill my head with jargon I didn't need. He understood immediately what my dilemma was and directed me towards this item based upon my needs and budget. He was also kind enough to give some pointers on how to get my old chromebook working again. And guess what? It's working perfectly again! So, Did I buy this brand new Lenova for no reason? No. I have no intention of returning it, it's great and will get used eventually or gifted to my son. The OS is different, but very intuitive and user friendly. Just what I needed. This review is mostly based on the quality and relevance of service I received at your store. Kudos to the dude who helped me out of a dilemma (sorry, forgot your name:) ).
