I wish I would have bought this sooner for my son the gamer. Great for school work also. Light weight and very portable.

Easy to use. Great size for carrying to school. price was great Easy to load windows 10 Did have to purchase Microsoft office . Would recommend buying a carrying case. It is only 14 inches wide but tough not fragile

Great value... The touch screen is great since it allows you to zoom, if you typically have a hard time reading text.

I've had this for about 4 months now. One day it completely froze, so i hard shut it down. Now every time I try starting it, it either loads for ever never going to the next screen. Or it freezes just as its logging into a user. At 4 months old this is pretty (c r a p p y)

I love everything so far, so trying to get use to the new Windows but I like it.

It has worked well for everything we have needed it for. It was a good price and a good value.

This computer is a bit on the heavy side, but after all, it is a 15.6'' screen. I haven't had any problems with it so far and have had it for three months. The touchscreen and flexibility of the hinges work perfectly. The keyboard is well placed, and I find it's easier to type than other keyboards, though it does take some getting used to. Sometimes after using the touchscreen the mouse pointer will disappear from the screen, and even after rubbing the touchpad madly it won't come back for a few seconds. A minor annoyance I'm willing to tolerate in comparison to the other great qualities of this computer. My only major complaint is the battery life. Consistently using the Internet, watching videos, or typing documents, the battery only lasts about 3-4 hours. Inserting a DVD and watching a movie, that decreases to about 2-3 hours. However, it charges quickly, so if you take it places just bring the charging cord with you and you won't have problems. Also, the fan is quiet. That's a plus. My old Toshiba sounds like a jet engine when the fan is running.

We ordered the laptop and it seemed as though it was previously used. I contacted Best Buy and they said they would send another. We received it and again it looked used. I ended up returning the item and getting a refund.
