Was a great computer, power supply snapped off in port, now we can only charge via usb-c

I purchased this laptop on 9/19/24. I use it in the evenings after work. Today is the 25th of September, 6 days later and it literally will not come on. The keyboard lights up but the screen is blank. This is a dud! I WILL be returning tomorrow morning.

Just bought it today and the screen turned black, wont turn back on

This laptop is surprisingly good for the price. I really enjoy the sleek design and large screen. It has a nice matte gray finish which makes it look high-end. The built-in webcam is clear and works great for online meetings. The microphone is clear too and I can use it for video conferences without any headphones. The display is great and the processing speeds are pretty fast. The keyboard and trackpad are very responsive and overall well built. I got it for work mainly but the graphics on this are good for watching movies and playing games too! The laptop looks and feels high end even though it’s very reasonably priced. Files open fast, multi window is also supported which is great! Has usb ports on both sides which is helpful when you want to connect multiple devices! It charges fast and can stay for hours. The sound is pretty decent as well at this price point, although I still prefer pairing with a speaker! So far I have loved this device! Highly recommended!

Everything works well, screen looks great and software responds quick. The reason I am giving this 4 stars is because there have been a hand full of times in the last couple months that I've had this laptop, that the keyboard will just not respond. When this happens I cant use the mouse pad or type, im not sure what this could mean but overall its a good laptop.

I am glad to buy the Chromebook, nice dark blue color and its size. I bought it on sale with a very good rice for my expectation. It runs rather fast and battery last well. I love it !

Solid laptop for most use cases. The durability of this computer, even with being a 2 in 1, is actually pretty surprising - in a good way. The performance is also very good, and the screen is of the highest quality. Can’t complain with this one. I’d say the price is around the right mark in general, although I’d also say this price is a steal to me. 4.2 stars, would be 5 stars if the battery lasted a little longer and if there was a way to use the fingerprint scanner login while the computer was in tablet mode.

Excellent price for a reasonably specified system. Touchscreen is icing on the cake! Got this to replace my aging Win10 system and only using for routine browsing, doc generation - which is perfect for this system. Lenovo's Flex lines are super affordable and are just powerful enough to avoid lagging for general office work.

This small, slim, flippable laptop is well worth the price. The battery lasts me about 6 hours a day 3 times a week with only 1 quick charges. (Maybe and sporadic charging) I searched a lot for a laptop as I’m going back to school, and this one is the most trusted it seems. It has a flip panel screen, is TOUCHscreen, and also has a very well thought out keyboard. Only cons I’ve noticed have been: 1. Sometimes the screen gets stuck in the tablet mode, even if you didn’t have it in tablet mode. It usually happens after I put it in my backpack or laptop bag. It’s an easy fix, just flip the screen to tablet mode and then back again…just annoying 2. You have to take it out of “safe mode” in order to get any other browser or use certain websites. It scared me at first thinking I would get tones of viruses, and the company has few responses on it, but overall turning safe mode off simply does just allow you to download other browsers and whatnot. Great laptop overall!!

I love this laptop so far! it has all the things I need in one, easy to carry along laptop. Its battery is absolutly amazing, I can get a whole day out of one charge. The display is awesome, I love how ican go from touch screen back to the mouse. Its super fast. So far, Im in love!

Nice touch screen. Adaptable screen. Portable. Lightweight.

This little wonder is awesome! It is equipped with all the things you would need: touch screen, 8gb memory and has ample 256gb ssd hard drive. It is very portable and the battery life is great. It can handle normal tasks and then some. If you want to use this machine to its full potential, then take it off "S" mode. The only limitation are the speakers. It is still soft even if you are maxed out on the volume. Besides that, I would definitely recommend this laptop.

The computer is generally pretty great. Decent for gaming, very slim, long battery life, and great for drawing. However I had trouble with the start-up, as it wouldnt allow me to download any apps for the first 24 hours, to which i wasnt sure if it was the Lenovo or Windows 11, but still considerably annoying. As well as some apps are through others (such as Steam and EA) and quick start-up for these games dont seem to be an option

I just want to say that I absolutely love this laptop. I was skeptical at first, because I’ve never heard of the brand. I decided to buy it after spending hours on researching & reading review’s of multiple laptop models. I’m glad I took a chance on this one. It has so many extra great features. I feel I got a wonderful deal for all that it offers. It runs fast, it’s a decent size, nice & sturdy. The gray looks kind of dull in the pics, but in person, it’s actually nice. Back lit keyboard, and beautiful, clear display. So far a great buy. I recommend.
