Expanding your Storage Space - IMPORTANT

When a relative's old desktop finally gave up the ghost, this is what I recommended for a replacement. It already comes with a SSD, it has the newest generation processor, and plenty of memory. Its only drawback? Only 256 GB of storage space. Which is, simply put, not enough, especially for a photography aficionado. The case on the tower opens very easily and it has a very clean layout inside. Once the case is open, the front cover is just held on by a couple of clips and is clearly intended to be removable, to give access to more The only problem, and the entire reason I am writing this, as I am certain others will also decide to go ahead and get this for the 10th gen processor and the SSD already set up as the boot drive, and just buy a mechanical HDD to stick in it to add storage space: **The slot provided in the case for a secondary hard drive can only support a 2.5" form factor HDD (a.k.a. a laptop HDD). There is not room to install a 3.5" form factor HDD (the typical desktop HDD)!** (Another note: to insert/remove a disc into the DVD drive, you need to slide the silver part of the front cover to access the drive. This cannot be done without removing any cables plugged in to the front ports of the computer. A small inconvenience, but worth noting.)
