Good Quality Monitor

I have been using this for a couple of weeks as a second screen to my laptop as well as a Chromecast TV and am very much satisfied so far.

Refresh rate is only 60 Hz

I have a Q27q-10 and the refresh rate is 75 Hz but on Q27q-1l is just 65 Hz on both inputs HDMI or DP.

Posted .The Lenovo Q27q-1L Monitor, model number 66C1GCC3US, ships with a refresh rate of 75Hz through either the HDMI 1.4 version port or the DisplayPort 1.2 version port on the monitor. If you are getting a slower refresh rate, first check the requirements and compatibility of the computer/video source you are connecting the monitor to. Be sure the device you are connecting is compatible with a 75Hz refresh rate through either a HDMI 1.4 port or a DisplayPort 1.2 port connection. Then check your settings at the monitor to be sure you have the monitor set for 75Hz. I ended up returning the item. It's a good a monitor for day-to-day use for work or office, but i wouldn't recommend it for playing games.

I used the HDMI cable it came with and was trying to use it as a 2nd monitor for my new HP Desktop. No matter what I did the Lenovo screen would not turn on. I tried to Duplicate and Extend with no response from this monitor. I then tried it on my Lenovo laptop using a Hub and still no luck. I tried adjusting my settings and no device was found. This was way too difficult and I finally gave up. The monitor did not come with any instructions other than downloading drivers, which I did. This all was an ordeal I choose not to have in my life right now. It has been returned. With no troubleshooting and no support from Lenovo, I gave up.

Great picture quality and the low blue light has been easy on my eyes for days of 10+ hours in front of a screen. Very affordable monitor with great return on value.

Great Monitor For Lighter Use

The speakers are ok, but I know most people are looking for refresh rate, etc. The monitor overall is great for what I need. If you have a beefy PC, this might be too low.

If you are getting less than expected volume from the monitor speakers, be sure to adjust the volume output both at the computer this monitor is connected to and within the on-screen settings menu within this monitor. Yellow-ish display

I had high hopes for this monitor but unfortunately, the display is yellow-ish. I tried adjusting my color settings and there's just no fixing it. Sadly, I'm gonna have to return this and find a new monitor :(

Posted .Be sure the Blue Light/Night Light feature is turned off. The yellow tint to the screen image indicates that the Night Light Feature/Low Blue Light Feature is turned on.
