Fast loading up and moving from program to program. The amount of system memory and overall memory is very adequate. The price was really good, caught it on sale for less than $500.00 which seems like a steal to me.

Seems to be high quality, only owned a short time yet. The set up to get started was so quick and easy. Most new computers it takes so long from when you first start it until you can actually get done with all the initial start up things. It was fast and seemed like only a few minutes and I was up and running again.

Good basics, but some camera/audio issues

I miss a backlit keyboard, but was aware this was not a feature when I ordered it. The price was good, especially as I wanted a hard drive, not SSD. It hasn’t been without issues, though. Within just a few months, the video became jumpy and pixelated. Not fun during a pandemic, when your only form of interaction with others is a Zoom call. My friends were very distracted by it. The Geek Squad were helpful, but the laptop had to be sent to the manufacturer for service and was fine for several months. Now I am having to determine if there is an issue with the audio, as I’ve had telemedicine providers have trouble hearing me, even with the mic turned up to full volume. More investigation is needed, but I suspect it will be another visit to the Geek Squad.

I jerk pulled out in front of me and I had to slam on my breaks to avoid slamming into him. It slid off onto the floor, not it sounds like a chip is rattling around inside it. I just bought it about 11 months ago. Is there a waranty on it and how do I find that out.?
