To be honest I have worked on Lenovo ThinkPad at work for the last five years. When I went to purchase a laptop for myself, I wanted one like I use at work. I have had my ThinkPad for about a month now and it is working great. Perfect size for traveling, Zoom meetings for me and my children, and everyday use.

This refurbished T450 has a dead motherboard after 6 months. Would not have been a big deal if the 18 month manufacturer warranty the listing claims (a major consideration when choosing a refurb comp) was actually a real thing. Lenovo says that they do not warranty refurbished units. Any warranty would be through the reseller. Called Best Buy over a two day period and spoke to 11 different people and was hung up on once, only to have a supervisor at the end essentially tell me to get lost. All that in addition to being told to go in for a store appt. They refuse to honor the warranty specifically stated in the listing themselves and will not provide any documentation so I can prove to Lenovo that one actually exists. I have now had to fork over cash for another computer so I can stop loosing money. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with

I really have enjoyed these T450's. They are a good system for WFH/Remote Access with all of the recent changes in our day-to-day work where I work. I have been able to set these up for employees to check email and update projects and such. Tremendously helpful without breaking the budget for a new laptop that isn't necessary once we return to normal.

Ok laptop but can't get it set up with Google play so I can't download apps and games I want

Although the order was completed according to schedule, the item was not exactly as ordered. It was advertised clearly on the website as having 8 GB memory. However, the laptop I received is only 4GB. This would have made a difference in the item I ordered had I known the truth.

This computer has proven to be very reliable as a refurbished computer. The battery works well (previous refurbished computers I have purchased have had battery issues). Used for schoolwork and handles the tasks well.

My wife loves it pretty fast. Recommend Microsoft 365

Great choice and good price point. I’m happy that I was able to grab this box and also use my Best Buy line of credit to make this purchase.

Great laptop for studying,writing research papers and browsing the internet.

1) If you call the store in Wyomissing, PA - you sit in limbo because NO ONE IN ANY DEPARTMENT ANSWERS THE PHONE! EVER! 2) I bought this computer for my daughter.... WINDOWS IS NOT ACTIVATED!!!!!!!!! It needs a product key. 3) Finally activated a chat session and was told to call geek squad. 4) After calling the 800# I was told the only 2 things I can do is either RETURN IT or BUY WINDOWS FOR A COMPUTER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH IT!!!!!!

Works great, boots up fast and has quick internet response.

Purchased as a work computer. Came as stated out of the box. Easy setup walk through. I am writing this review with this laptop.

Good and operational. No issues with it. But had to return it as I found a better price else where.
