Great workout video different music shows multiple levels with all different shapes and sizes. Very motivational!

I have been doing Leslie Sansone's walking programs for years, and always look forward to new ones! She does not disappoint, and although I haven't got to the third level on this DVD, the different levels give you a chance to build up. Walk on!

I love exercising and walking with Leslie Sansone. She makes it fun and it is easy to do but really gives you a good work out. I just keep adding her tapes to my collection so I don't get board.

I already had some of Leslie DVD ,so when I saw this DVD I had to get .l like it because it is a little faster movement. I like working out with Leslie .

This is a great beginning program. I have foot problems and I can't keep up with many exercise programs, but Leslie comes through every time with a workout that revs the heart rate that I can accomplish!

having years of back issues and chiropractor visits, I can use this tape a few times a week to loosen up stiffness and inspire my own versions of exercise based on my condition at the time

Leslie Sansone dvds can be anyone at any age. You can always do the low impact and get just as good of a workout as the high impact.

My wife owns most of her other videos and was glad that a new one was available.

I really enjoyed this upbeat new dvd of Leslie Sansone's. Really gets you in the mood to exercise.
