This is a great video. I normally walk outside for 30 minutes/day. This is a great alternative and gets me moving faster than normal. The people exercising in the video are "normal" people, not slim models. I bought it on sale which made it an even better buy! Good for beginners too who are just starting a walking program. You won't be disappointed.

I have several of the Walk Away the Pounds dvds and this one does not disappoint. You can choose to do any amount of miles or do the whole 3 mile workout. I am very used to the two mile dvd so I thought this one wouldn't be much of a challenge but it sure is. Halfway thru mile 2 I am sweating. Good workout.

Good exercise tape for those days when the weather doesn't permit outside walking. Can be made to fit any fitness level depending on how long you want to walk.

3 mile workout goes FAST !

This one is fast paced, especially the "Mary Kay" mile. If you want a sweaty, 3 mile workout, then try this one. I was thinking it wouldn't do the job, but it definitely does. You can also boost the walk by using hand weights. I did for part of it, but not all. A nice addition to my workout library.

I've only done it once, but so far I love this workout! I was only going to do the 1 mile starting out, but I ended up doing all 3 miles because it went so fast and wasn't hard to do. Even though it was easy, I still feel like I got a great workout and am looking forward to doing it again tomorrow.
