I put it together and right away the part where it clicks to fold for hard-to-reach surfaces opened by itself with very little pressure. you’re supposed to click the button to unlock it, but mine unlocked by itself as I was moving it around normally upright. then I put the battery which made it heavier, and it unlocked even easier. when I tried to vacuum the rugs and put the suction setting higher, it unlocked with every movement. I’m sad because after vacuuming for 2 minutes I was absolutely amazed at how much dirt it picked up. kinda want to exchange it for another one but I’m not sure if I can trust it anymore. afraid it will happen again

We were looking to replace our dyson v6 and this did an amazing job. We have a golden retriever, and the V6 would repeatedly jam up because of the hair. This has done the job exceptionally well, and has immediately relegated our V6 to backup duty.

This vacuum is great and perfect for my apartment! I love how easy it is to maneuver and get into those tight spaces, that a large bulky vacuum normally couldn't get into! Assembly took less than 5 minutes! I also love the charging dock with the accessory holders, it keeps everything in one spot. I do not have the charging holder mounted, but I could certainly see how that would be a nice option to free up even more space! I won't be buying another large bulky vacuum, as this has everything I need at a much smaller profile!

Suction is very strong but the modding where the vacuum can fold is very weak.

Great vacuum. Battery life ok when you manually have it on high. The flexibility is nice to have and the suction for a wooden floors is perfect.

We had some trouble with the lock button on the folding stem. After some back and forth email conversation just to verify the purchase, they quickly solved the issue. They went over the top to replace the vacuum and very promptly. Outstanding customer service

I use this to primarily clean up cat litter scattered on the floor. It does a fantastic job of picking them up. My use session usually lasts less than 1 min. So I won't be able to comment the battery life. Overall it works beyond my expectations

I love this vacuum! It's so much lighter and easier to use than my larger upright vacuum. It charges quickly, and it's great for stairs. I use the small handheld part for furniture and quick clean-ups and the larger one for a full room. It holds a charge for at least one level of my house at a time.

I have had this unit for a little over a year. In the beginning, it worked great. I am currently in the process of trying to replace it under the warranty coverage. The vacuum itself appears not to have the same suction It had initially, and the auto feature is not working properly.

Excellent vacuum unless you have dogs. With dog hair it will clog almost immediately and be worthless. Worked great until then.

Love this, but I wish that the battery lasts longer.

I loved this vacuum but mine was damaged in shipping the hinge was broken I was super busy by the time I made it in to return it BestBuy stopped selling it I was pretty sad I miss it already.

I was desperate to find a quality vacuum for a great price after going through so many stick vacuums that just didn't do the trick. I used this immediately once I got it and I am so impressed with how efficiently this sucked everything up in my apartment. There was no need to go back over spots I had already hit like I had to do with my other vacuum. The flexible design also made it even easier to hit the hard to reach places I've been neglecting. I have a Levoit air purifier and humidifier in other areas of my home, so I knew this was a product and brand I could trust. No complaints, would highly recommend.

I like the vacuum very much. It does well on floor/carpet. I run it on high suction and get about 15 minutes. Then have to recharge. This is the only thing that disappoints me

Great vacuum if you have no pets, or like one cat or one chihuahua. But for a family that has anything more or bigger this vacuum is worthless, Truly would be a pretty awesome vacuum if you have no pets.
