So far so good! Have only had this refrigerator for a couple weeks, but it is working well and is MUCH better than the refrigerator it replaced. It is quiet and seems to be keeping all of the product cold at the right temp. Our old refrigerator would freeze items in the back of the refrigerated part. We were limited on the space we had to work with, so this was the biggest cubic feet we could fit in the same space. Now to replace the stove and microwave...

Freezer Door is open & closed by itself everytime we closed refri door. Best Buy already changed it with a brand new Refrigerator unfortunately it's the same

I recently bought the LG 20.2 Cu, and it's been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. The sleek stainless steel finish gives it a modern look, and it's also fingerprint-resistant, which keeps it looking clean with minimal effort. Love it! A great size for a smaller fridge, which of course I need. The only downside is that there is no drawer for deli. Easy fix though. Amazon sells them. It’s quiet and very nice. Well, according to a guest, he said “this is so sleek.”

No frills. Works as intended. We have a large family so this is our reserve/ prep fridge. Could serve as a main for 2-3 people. Likely too small for family of 4+. Bottom drawers are a bit flimsy but expected at this price range. Exterior is nicer than stock photo. Our photo still has plastic on it, hence the odd line. I prefer it scratch free as long as possible. NOTE: Freezer has No lighting.

I needed a new refrigerator-freezer to replace an old one that ceased functioning, and this unit fit the space in my kitchen perfectly. There is ample space for my needs. This is an excellent appliance for people who do not need the additional features of fancier models.

Love the space in this refrigerator. However, a little disappointed that there is no light in the freezer.

This particular refrigerator is for the garage is to handle overflow in the kitchen refrigerator. The refrigerator is working as planned. Price was very good for this particular refrigerator. This particular refrigerator has plenty of room for what I need. I mainly use it to keep all kinds of beverages cool. It meets all our needs.

I’ve heard LG products have come along way in the past compared to Samsung, so far it is robust fridge, and it has I’ve heard some guarantees and reliability from LG. I’ve also heard that a bunch of their home appliances are now quite durable for the past five or 10 years, meaning it’s a major design change. Expect this will be solid.

My refrigerator died recently. It was 20 years older or more and I bought it used about 10 or 11 years ago. I definitely got my money's worth out of it. Being a renter one would assume the landlord would take care of it but that's not the case here, he would have taken weeks to make a decision and in the end would have bought the cheapest refrigerator he could find. I am absolutely positive based on past experience. So I purchased this refrigerator and it took about eight or nine days for delivery. In the process we tried our best not to lose any food but we couldn't get by on the coolers full of ice and did in fact lose some food. On delivery day my wife and I were so excited to finally be getting our new refrigerator but I was a bit nervous after reading so many reviews about so many dented deliveries and sure enough ours arrived dented and looking anything but brand new. I'm not very happy about it. Though they offered us a rebate of sorts I would have preferred a nice new refrigerator rather than the one we got. We just couldn't wait.

I have to think we got a lemon. After a year, the freezer was noticeably not working in intervals. As in -- ice cream is soup, frozen foods thawed... but then it would refreeze. We had Geek Squad coverage through Best Buy but they'd send an outside person who charged $150 just for a diagnostic visit ... with no promise of problem being covered. So we lived with it. Bought YoLink thermometers to keep in the freezer and saw what is happening: temp fluctuates between negative temps up to 20's (or much higher -- see picture) in 8 hr. cycles. Humidity does the same from 40% up to almost 90%. While we essentially just ditched using the freezer, it has now become a problem because it is now icing over completely (including the walls) and then we are finding water filling the bottom, which then freezes, then melts, etc. Done chipping it out. We've done a number of resets only to have it happen again and again within a week. Finally had enough and are deciding to replace it. Complete failure of a refrigerator, and a waste of $800.

We have a small kitchen and needed a small fridge that still had plenty of space. This fridge is perfect. We can fit so much more then it seems like it should and it keeps everything at a perfect temperature.
