It's a good refrigerator. Sleek design and counter fit looks nice in the kitchen.

Fridge is poor quality. Ice machine in the door works inconsistent. To the point where the entire water/ice function is disabled because of the error. For the price you would think you are "paying for what you get," but it is likely one would be better off with a lower priced fridge for the same functionality. Gets the 2nd start for the craft ice feature but the rest is extremely disappointing. Sadly it has the potential but LG gave zero care for quality.

I am furious with Best Buy. My refrigerator I purchased in January and had delivered on February 1st is leaking. I also took a picture of the unit I purchased to make sure I received the same one. When my refrigerator was delivered it now has a dent

I bought the newest model of this refrigerator back in December. 2 days after delivery, the door wouldn’t open. They sent me somebody to fix it and 1 week later, it stopped dispensing water and ice. I requested an exchange and I never got contacted EVER by Best Buy about my exchange. Finally, in March. I physically visited the store and they told me that they didn’t have any other to replace it so I had to settle for this older model. By the way, upon delivery, they damaged my gate with their truck. Now waiting for insurance claim to go through so I can fix it

This review is for the fridge not for BestBuy: This refrigerator is a joke. It broke after one year. Big issues cooling and keeping stuff cold. The ice in the ice compartment melted and the water dispenser started to leak. Good luck getting help calling LG customer service. You will waste your time, hours, just waiting on the line getting no where

Fridge is awesome! We went from a full size side by side. Wasn't sure if the counter depth would have enough space for our family of four. The fridge is plenty big enough due to how organized the shelves are plus the door on door feature. The middle door we use for bottle/can drinks which frees up the main fridge. Craft ice is a good bonus and great for parties! The black stainless is sleek and easy to keep clean. It is not magnetic which helps keep it clutter free! Only issue we had was the water line install. We purchased delivery with "new" water line installation from Best Buy. When the fridge arrive the delivery team brought it inside but informed us they do not do "new" water line installations. I had to go back to Best Buy and get a refund for the installation purchase. They refunded me the money but now I had to find someone to install the water line. Big bummer we had to wait once we had the fridge ☹️

We are extremely happy with our new LG refrigerator. It is a counter-depth, but surprisingly roomy. The door-in-door option holds a lots of "stuff" that would normally crowd your shelves. The only draw-back is the water is a little loud when it fills up in the frig and the ice makes a lot of noise when it is dumping.

Overall, we are happy with the refrigerator. It is obviously on the smaller side so the storage area is not all that big. But we knew that in advance so it does not affect us in that capacity. We really like the glass door feature and the craft ice. The middle drawer is a plus too to use for when we do have a higher need for freezing or just refrigerating items.

This LG refrigerator fit our counter depth location and needs perfectly. The door-in-door is ideal for coffee creamer and other quick access items, the shelves cleverly adjust, the drawer is perfect for drinks, or could be used for snacks, and my favorite part is the craft ice maker, very cool. Drawbacks might be that the regular in-the-door ice maker doesn’t hold a lot of ice, so for entertaining or a thirsty bunch, this may not be the model for you. It also tends to spit ice a little far and wide for a smallish glass, but it is fine for larger cups. Counter depth fits our kitchen, but the extra space of a full depth would be nice. This unit has WiFi connectivity, which is kind of interesting, but I don’t think it really accomplishes a lot. The water filter is easy to access and change. Very nice looking fridge, and the doors/drawers operate smoothly. I have only had this for about 2 months, but would definitely recommend it if the ice maker capacity and size meets your needs. The craft ice feature undoubtedly adds cost, but it is worth it for me.

We had to buy a replacement for our fridge that died and this one fit into our house and space well. As far as dislikes, we don't love that it's more shallow than our old fridge (shallow even for a counter-depth option) and we do not like that when you open the freezer drawer, the top tray opens with the bottom. The craft ice maker is great for us, (works really well for iced coffee) but it would be nice if the tray was about half the size so it wouldn't take up so much freezer space (which is less than we would like). That being said, if we do need more freezer space, we have the option of the flex drawer which is pretty great. It would be nice if the dividers locked into place like the samsung ones, but overall we prefer this option since you can make it either a freezer or a fridge. It's also great to have a drawer you can pull out without opening the fridge doors...I hated on my old french door fridge how we had to open both doors all the way wide in order to pull out our deli drawer. The third drawer solves that problem. We love our door-in-door and it fits taller items in the bottom part wonderfully. The compartments in the door could stand to be a little deeper, particularly on the icemaker side - we can't fit larger jars in there at all. We do love that the shelves inside are fairly adjustable and that there is an option to slide one back halfway if you need to put tall items inside the main part of the fridge. The stainless steel on this actually does deter fingerprints well, which is great. The water dispenser and ice dispenser have been working well. Overall it's a very nice fridge. It would be nice to have more freezer space and flexibility within the freezer, but it's been a great fridge for us so far.

The ice maker can keep up. The door in door is nice to get to the items we use most. I wasn’t sure about the convertible drawer, but it keeps us from having to open both of the French doors to get to cheese and deli meat. We also like the measured water dispenser although the outlet being in the front is not the best design when you have skinny containers.

Our LG counter depth French door fridge is great. Door in door feature is awesome allowing us to reach in for sodas or small items. Shelves have a lip in front to help prevent spills. Fingprint resistant finish is nice also. Extra drawer that is convertible to a freezer is a nice touch. Craft ice is nice for entertaining and kids all enjoy using them. Large pocket for water or ice in door accommodates for a pitcher size mug or glass which makes refilling large water bottles easy. Great design and functionality. Would recommend for anyone looking for a counterdepth fridge. Looks great too.

I am in love with this refrigerator! The door in door feature is great as is the convertible freezer/fridge drawer. The counter depth is great too no more mystery packages in the back of the fridge!!

I love it. Plenty of space. Easy to organize. Door in door is great. You can easily store and take stuff out without warming the rest of the fridge. Adoptable configuration and functions such as the drawer that can be extra frdge room or freezer or somewhere inbetween. Water and ice dispensers that work well and don't take up a lot of room. Craft ice dispenser, a great bonus. I've only had it for 2 weeks so I hope everything keeps working, but it took me less time to hate my old refrigerator.

We like LG appliances but we were hesitant to buy this one because we had a bad experience with a brand new top of the line fridge at that time with smelly water dispenser which ended up replaced with GE. But we decided to give another chance. The initial model we chose was the one with instaview which were sold out and there is no promise delivery date. BestBuy agent searched through and suggested this model. Kids loved the instaview but well, we'd better get the fridge ASAP. So we took this. It has been around two weeks of ownership and we were thoroughly happy with the purchase. Here are some pros. * Space. This is exactly filling the previous fridge but somehow we were able to put more stuff in the refrigerator. The downside is the freezer space somewhat cramped but it was okay. * Water dispenser is satisfactory. No smell this time. Measured dispensing (we loved our previous GE cafe series) is great. Craft ice is debatable. It has two modes: 3 ice balls per day, and 6 balls per day. My family do not heavily consuming ice so we already accumulated a ton of ice balls in the tray. However, as some other reviwers poitned out, if you use ice heavily, don't count on the craft ice feature. Anyway, ice making and water dispenser is satisfactory. * We are using the middle section to store extra veggies. This actually gives us great flexibility and reachability during cooking. * Very quiet. It is quiet. Much more than the previous one. Well, the quietest among all I have owned. This is certainly very well rounded refrigerator. I would highly recommend to anyone (this or its instaview cousin). Keep in mind 3 ice balls or 6 ice balls per day if you are highly anticipating the craft ice. I'd rather see it as a bonus feature not the primary.

The refrigerator is beautiful on the outside, and we are very happy that we went with the black stainless. The inside is clean and bright; however I wish the trays in the door were a little bit deeper. Not much fits inside those door trays because they are too narrow for even a bottle of ketchup. The door in door is very efficient, and works well for those every day items you want access to, such as milk, creamer, butter, etc. You can hear the ice maker when it is filling with water, but it’s not excessively loud. The craft ice is a nice added feature, but it’s truly just a gimmick in my mind, especially given that it can only make three i per day. We’ve turn it off because we don’t have a need for it; but I wish I could gain that freezer space back, since I’m not using the ice maker or tray. My biggest issue is the size of the freezer; however, that’s the price you pay when you get a counter depth. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.

Our prior refrige started to fail. We bought this French (5-)door LG. It's hard to imagine how we could exist without the features of this product. Simple things like getting water, My 20oz water bottle easily fits underneath the water/ ice dispenser without having to put it at an angle (and spill) to fill. The middle drawer that we use for snacks is large enough so we can see all the different cheeses, and lunch meet at a glance and it has easy to adjust temperatures for meats or to use as a wine chiller. The door-in-a-door makes it quick to open and get my morning coffee creamer and butter without having to open the entire refrigerator. And there are two ice makers, one in the door and one in the freezer that makes unique golf-size crystal-clear ice balls. The freezer is huge. This is a great value and an excellent product.

keeps good temperature in each drawer, produce keeps longer and frozen foods are at the right temperature. Did have an issue with icemaker but best buy service took care of the problem promptly and have not had a problem since.

Debated over door-in-door feature - but it's awesome! We use it all the time, and so will you. Very easy to clean and organize inside and very quiet. Gotta love those craft ice cubes for cocktails :) Fridge looks great next to GE Profile double-oven. This one is a GREAT choice!

We have reviewed many refrigerators & I finally found a model that met all our wishes. The fridge has the middle drawer that flexes between fridge or freezer. This model has 2 ice makers. One with craft ice. The craft ice does not dilute your drinks. The door in door feature is handy to access drinks & frequently used food products.
