We have had he refrigerator only a short time but is seems to be working well and keeping food at the correct temperature. The freezer keeps frozen food at the required temperature as well. We like the humidity controls on the crisper drawers and find the adjustable shelves fairly convenient although we still are trying to find adequate space for taller items.

I spent a few months shopping both online and in stores for the best refrigerator I could afford. I honestly could find no other make or model that was as perfect for my family as this one. It keeps everything organized well and the multiple drawers are the perfect sizes for various needs. And the hidden ice bin is the perfect idea to allow for more storage in the door. I believe they've thought of everything!

I had to buy a refrigerator to fit into my rather small space and met my qualifications. I wanted ice and water in the door, an ample freezer and more space in the refrigerator as well as a great look. I got all I wanted and more with my LG. I love it!

This LG refrigerator is my 3rd LG Product (washing machine and dryer previously) and I trust that it will be durable and efficient. I like the sleek design and the various features within the refrigerator. The ice maker, the bottom freezer, the courtesy beeps, and temperature display are outstanding! I believe in the LG Brand!

. We like the double French door access, the lighting is great, (now we can see what is in the fridge!). The fridge is roomy, well designed for freezer and fridge storage . The ice maker makes ice rather quickly (and very quiet). LOL I called the LG help desk twice because I thought it was not working properly to make ice. The ice compartment has to reach 15 degrees before it starts, so please be patient. The in the right hinge diagnostic is awesome. There is an iPhone app for this.. Too cool. The unit is quiet! In the middle of the night, if you need a glass of water, the glass is illuminated. The water/ice dispenser tray pulls out so you can fill that pot of coffee you are making. The wide deli drawer is a great feature. The shelves easily adjust, although you need to be a little creative for those tall items or for that 1 gallon jug of milk. I see quality...............

The in-door ice dispense is awesome. The on the door setting controls work great.

We really like this Refrigerator, small footprint but huge inside. The only issue that keeps it from 5 stars, is the ice maker, it just doesn't make enough ice and it's only 2 of us. May send it back?

I researched many refrigerators before choosing this one. I read all the reviews and went to my local best buy to look at it, Perfect fit for my space, love the water and ice on the door. Perfect purchase for my new home.

This fridge is great! Ice maker makes little ice cubes that aren't as bulky as the bigger cubes and the filtered water tastes great and is always cold. My only complaint about this fridge is that there isn't a lot of storage room on the doors, although the right side has gallon drawers!

Great fridge for a 33" opening. My wife & I labored over the LG vs. Samsung models. After 3-days of back and forth we decided this was the one. Best decision we've made yet other than to have kids.

looks, delivery, price, avalaibility and dealing with the salesperson were all part of a very positive and grateful experience.

The indoor icemaker is what really makes this refrigerator unique, and out really does make a difference. There is a lot of adjustability with the shelving. The water dispenser outlet throws people the first-time they use it, as it is not in the same location as the ice maker, but instead in front of it. The plus side of this water dispenser location is that there is no cup size limitations.

I've only had it for a short time but I'm loving the space it has. We bought it because it fit the space we had, even thou it's only 33" wide it has a lot of room inside.

We need a smaller width unit for the kitchen in our new house. Thought we would be sacrificing a lot of the modern fridge bells and whistles...French doors, digital displays, capacity, but I could not be more pleased. I hope it lasts! Only snag is the ice maker does hold a lots of ice.

I really like the fridge, spacing is great in doors. I like the second ice bin in bottom of freezer. Really like the two doors on fridge. I like the drawer in freezer, I can put certain things seperate that are just for my husbands lunches, so the kids know not to eat them.

Since we were limited on space this appears to be very functional. We had a large side-by-side and we were unable to open the freezer door completely. The French doors allows entry into the refrigerator and with the freezer compartment having a drawer makes it great for our purpose.

This refrigerator had everything we were looking for. We have a small space for the frig in our kitchen so we were very happy to find this one.

The costumer service was very good. I am very happy with my purchase. I would shop best buy for future needs.

I purchased a brand new fridge for a good amount of money when it was installed or had a lots noise and the installers told us to call best buy. Called and the first womab that helped me told me I would have to pay geeksquad to come and fix it! and after I decided I wanted my money back she told me she couldn't do anything to the drivers returned.. Oh... The next day I called back and the conversation went the right way and I felt saved and the woman told me they would come out and fix it no issues Fridge wireless and looks great now that it's all fixed

Wonderful organized. Lots if space saving features...I woukd recommend to all..
