I absolutely love this fridge! Especially the craft ice maker!

I ordered the LG French door refrigerator from Best Buy and everything went smoothly including on time delivery. The gentlemen who came out were very profesional and efficient. I love this refrigerator.

Huge refrigerator, incredible features, I loved it for approx. 18 months! Then the moas important feature quit...it stropped cooling, 6 weeks later after, multiple attempts to repair, waiting on parts etc, I was very lucky to get a full refund. It appears there has been a class action lawsuit, and LG has been selling faulty compressors for years. The good news is I got a complete refund, but I lost over $500 worth of food.

So far love it! Has so much room, crisper drawers are sturdy & absolutely love the extra drawer, it feels so much easier & better organized. The door in door is lovely but does not stay as cold as rest of refrigerator but so far has not been a problem since its cold enough & we use it for things we use up fastest. Love 3 kinds of ice especially the craft ice. Hopefully it stays like it is!

This refrigerator is great. There is room for everything, and it is all easy to find inside. The craft ice is super slow to create but since there is cubed and crushed ice on demand in the door it really doesn't matter to us. The outside is easy to keep clean with a microfiber cloth. Fingerprints wipe right off. The door-in-door is convenient for small, frequently accessed things. The Full-Convert drawer is very handy. We have used it for deli items, bakery purchases and large pizza leftover boxes. We have not run it as a freezer yet as the large freezer drawer takes care of our freezer needs. The refrigerator runs very quietly and all we hear is the occasional sound of ice dropping into the bin. We haven't used the "smart" features so I cannot comment on that particular aspect of this appliance. Professional delivery and installation should be considered as this is a big appliance. Make sure that it will fit into the space you have provided for it. The refrigerator doors and drawers can be removed if needed at delivery, in order to fit the refrigerator through doorways. However, this task would be better left to the professionals. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend the LG - 29.5 Cu. I was a little skeptical, based on reviews, but we needed a new fridge and all the features I wanted were only available on fridges with mixed reviews. I chose this one over Samsung because consumer reports rated it higher, it creates round craft ice cubes and the ice maker does not impede on fridge space like it does on other brands. We've now had the fridge for 3 weeks and I am very happy so far! Pros: * How the indoor ice maker uses space - minimal! * My husband loves the round ice cubes for his whiskey drinks and his buddies are quite jealous. It's true that it doesn't make a bunch of them like regular ice cubes but we have plenty despite using at least 2 per day. Bonus - they also perfectly fit through the mouth of a hydroflask 32 oz bottle. * I really like the flexibility of the flex drawer, right now i use if for cheeses, tortillas, meat/packaged meals that are better flat so you can see what you have. * I love the easy access door for milk and frequently used items. This fridge is HUGE. It is similar in size to my old side by side but everything is so much easier to see and access! * The freezer drawer is large enough for our needs (family of 4 with frozen pizza habit). * We have the black stainless as the rest of our appliances are black as we'll be swapping them out for black stainless as needed. I love that it's fingerprint resistant. Disclaimer - we do have another 'beer' fridge with a freezer that we still use. Mainly for beer, gatorade and some stuff that would certainly fit in the new fridge, I just don't want to clutter it :) More critical points: * While the shelves in the fridge are flexible, they don't seem to be intended for anything tall like a bottle of wine or a Costco size container of almost anything. We tend to buy condiments/jars that are a height were I needed to adjust at least one to accommodate those sizes and therefore have shelves above that side more suited to short stuff like yogurt containers. * There are sensors or something on the top of the fridge so I no longer store my wine rack on top of the fridge. Not a big deal and certainly makes it less cluttered looking, but noteworthy if you rely on that space to store things. It doesn't seem like you should have anything heavy up there!

This fridge is huge in terms of storage - CAVERNOUS. We kept our old fridge and put it in the garage but it sits empty because this thing holds so much. I would recommend getting some fridge organizing containers from Amazon simply because it has so much open space, it’s hard to figure out where to place things and remember where you put them. Other positives: craft ice is awesome, it looks great, the ice maker design is slim and leaves a ton of space, 2 freezer compartments keeps things organized, center drawer can be flexed as a fridge or a freezer. It is a GREAT fridge.

I absolutely love my new Fridge. It has so much room and I love the fact that I don't have to open the door fully to get drinks out; I just use the door in door feature.. I love the middle drawer that can either be a fridge or freezer. And the fact that it makes craft ice is an awesome added bonus.

Its been about 3 weeks since this purchase. I am VERY pleased with this fridge so far. It replaced a side by side fridge. The food always fell OUT of the freezer on that one. This one is very generous in size, It holds plenty of food, I like to stock up on meats and frozen veggies. It is easy to use. Really do like the door in door feature for things like milk and cream for coffee. The full convert draw is also a nice feature, Currently using that as extra fridge space. Yogurts, cottage cheese, surprisingly it holds semi tall containers like sour cream size which is nice. The ice machine is nice as well, No issues w/ it freezing up or jamming w/ ice cubes so far. We use this many times a day. The craft ice is pretty, but we do not have a use for that. It is easily turned off by a push switch right above the ice tray inside the freezer. I like that it does beep if you leave the door open. Especially with the kids, though they are adult kids. LOL We are still rearranging the items around to best fit our food items. But, I am very pleased with this and would highly recommend it. Also, the delivery of the two men were Excellent. Quick, efficient and very professional. They had to take the draws off to fit through our front door and did that with out any issues or damage to the fridge or my home!!!! My husband connected the water to the fridge with no issues as well. Not to mention, I think this fridge is very PRETTY as well.

This is my second LG frig as my first one, we purchased in May 2020. Two plus years later the compressor went out and LG had a technician come out to replace the compressor and we think he didn't do it right so we ended up having to replace the whole frig. I took a chance because A) I love storage this frig has and B) my husband and son's love the craft ice. So, i am hoping we can enjoy this frig again but for many more years.

We really like most everything about this fridge but the icemaker. We have adults and 2 to 5 kids in the house and the icemaker cant keep up even with the accelerated ice function. The container to hold the ice is quite small which is the major reason why. We do like the convertible drawer and use it for meat and cheese storage as we already have a standup freezer. Best Buy cuetomer service has been great thus far. The first refrigerator we got had an odd taste to the water deapite flushing the system out. I contacted Best Buy and within 3 days they had a replacement out to us. On top of that, their communication during delivery was outstanding. I'd previously ordered a fridge from Lowes and they cancelled my order the day of delivery. Im sticking with BB from now on.

We spent 2 hours at another retailer and had issues getting the order placed. I left there and went to Best Buy, they gave me a better price and I was out of there in 10 minutes with the order placed with a 2 day delivery. The delivery guys were quick and careful. The fridge works great and is spacious. The only drawback I have found with it is that the shelving is not adjustable to every notch on the rack support. This makes it difficult to put large containers of salad dressing on a shelf without basically losing a whole shelf. But other than that, very happy.

We love our new fridge!! We replace a side by side fridge and this one is so much more spacious with great features such as plenty of light inside, two big drawers for fruits/vegetables and the middle drawer (looking from the outside) can be used for fridge or freezer

We really love this fridge. Very spacious. The shelves in the doors are great. The craft ice maker is fun. Easy to clean. The converter drawer is really nice.

This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned. I used to live in Miami and when I moved I had to leave it behind and it broke my heart. When I saw they still had it in stock when I bought my new house I raced out and bought this one again. It is roomy it is beautiful and the door and door feature is unbelievably useful. It's also the only refrigerator I've ever owned that didn't require constant service.

So pleased with this fridge. It has excellent features; looks beautiful. The exterior 4th drawer is a great design; super convenient. Door-in-door - how did we live without? Love the ease of clean-up with the no fingerprint feature. Craft ice is a nice bonus. Beware, it is a huge appliance, make sure to measure before purchasing.

The ice maker in the door stopped working. Then the freezer stopped cooling. After several silly calls to LG “try shutting to door harder” I finally made a call for service. They replaced the condenser max left all the broken pieces and boxes for me to dispose of. I was hopeful the freezer seemed cold. Then I noticed a pool of water in the craft ice collection tray. Seems the ice tray is not flipping up and the water is pouring directly into the collecting tray. Still no door ice. Now my ice cream is getting soft again. I splurged I. This fancy fridge and unfortunately didn’t keep my other one. I’ve had this one for four months and have already thrown out hundreds of dollars worth of food.

So far so good. The craft ice is ok but would rather have ice about half that size. We have always had side by side before and this is a little hard to get used to. Like the middle drawer. We put all the grandkid’s snacks in it. No more the standing there with the big door open!

Love the style and cool features of this refrigerator. Has a lot of space and the middle drawer is awesome because you can make it a fridge or freezer

So far we are really liking this refrigerator. We’ve only had it about a month. It large enough and we have six people in our house. The double ice maker with regular ice and the craft ice is good. For the high price it should be great. Now hopefully it last 12-15 years.
