The sound on this thing is AMAZING! The subwoofer is wireless, so you only have to plug it into the wall outlet. I am SO not technically inclined, and I managed to install it and connect it to the Cox remote by myself. The only thing about it that I don't like is that the top of it is fabric. I got canned air and it seems to be keeping it clean so far.

We purchased this LG soundbar for our much elderly father, mostly due to his hearing. He turned the volume up to the maximum on his television and it damaged the built in speakers. For Christmas we gave him a new television and he was turning the volume up so LOUD again, we were all wearing earplugs. This LG soundbar with woofer has saved all of our hearing and what’s left of his. The sound is amazing, makes him feel like he’s in his own little movie theater, he doesn’t max out the tv volume anymore, he LOVES it! The cost was reasonable, it fits perfectly in front of the tv and woofer sits on a small table next to the tv. We have put away our earplugs!

I am glad that we spoke to someone about the 3 channel vs 1 channel because the sound this produces is amazing. Whenever we watch movies, we get the movie theater feel because how it amplifies in the room. We are definitely buying another one for our next TV. Highly recommend if you enjoy the sound all over the room like a sound system should be doing. If you like easy setups, this is the product to get. I also like how it turns off automatically after a certain time of not being used or as the TV is being turned off then it turns on automatically when the TV is turned on. I control the volume via the TV so its one less of a remote you have to keep track of.

This soundbar **sounds** amazing. It does not look amazing when mounted on a wall. I replaced a 12+ year old LG sound bar that still sounded amazing but I replaced my TV and I wanted LG Sound Sync. I didn't do much research because I trust LG and my budget was set. It sounds amazing, the old one was still very good, but this one is more cinematic for the price. I paired it with a new LG TV and the bluetooth connection is surprisingly sufficient. I have the optical cable there, but I haven't tried it yet because my TV is flush mount on the wall and I cannot reach the optical output in the back without nervously tilting the TV up and shoving my arm back behind it. The feature I love most so far is that with the wireless bluetooth connection, when I turn the TV on, the sound bar turns on. When the TV falls asleep or is turned off, the sound bar turns off with it. The power is in sync and the volume is in sync and shows up on the TV when I adjust it with any remote. It just looks absolutely terrible in my clean wall-mount setup. It includes wall mount brackets, but it's completely designed to sit on a TV stand. The buttons are on the top, and the bottom is meant to be concealed. My setup is all wall-mounted with carefully concealed wires and my old LG soundbar concealed all the wires and the mounting bracket against the wall. This one has everything clearly visible on the bottom - rubber feet, deeply recessed screw holes, big product information label, wide channels for the wires with clips that do not retain the thin wires for power and optical very well, and the ugliest visible brackets I have ever seen. Plus, the soundbar doesn't rest on the brackets, you have to hold it in place and try to get the tiny screw in from the bottom, which was difficult for me since it's just a few inches above a decorative mantle in my setup. Even crazier, connecting the soundbar to the plug outlet that's recessed behind my TV requires a big thick power block that I had to hide inside the wall! This soundbar is just not a wall-mount. The whole time I was installing this, I was almost laughing at how much I hated the way it looked and how difficult my installation situation was, but then I turned it on and wow! I love it as long as I'm looking at the TV screen. I really wish that LG had included a bottom cover that could clip on to cover up all the ugly. I'm seriously considering trying to make one myself, or even just build a small flush-mount shelf for it to sit on and paint it glossy black and throw those wall mount brackets in the trash.

Brpuht this LG sound bar to go with my LG OLED TV. The televisions speakers are adequate and the soundbar is totally a luxury addition. It does improve the experience of watching movies or TV series. Improves the depths and bass really nicely. Because I live in an apt I can really even turn it up as loud as it will go You can also set up Spotify to work through the speaker which is really nice. The Bluetooth connection between the subwoofer and soundbar/tv is pretty smooth and automatic if it's with a LG tv. I like it a lot

I love this sound bar and the quality that comes from it is just kind of shocking for a sound bar in my opinion. I haven't hooked up to our LG 65-in webOS u9000 series TV - also purchased from Best Buy - and purchased it at the time that I bought the TV. I will say that strangely the TV has amazing quality speakers built into it and I probably didn't need this but I would have bought it anyway because the sound quality adds some great dimension to the programming. Naturally with the Dolby Atmos level audio experience. It's going to be an elevated audio visual immersion that I highly recommend. Also, I have found it to be very useful and fun in our gaming because it comes equipped, as most do nowadays, with eARC so when we have a game day and hook up our PS5 or having nostalgic day and play on our PS4, it comes through beautifully in sound that is very high quality for gaming. Great for movies and TV. I even have a extra Chromecast hooked to the back of our TV so that I've created a speaker group between my nest audio speakers, the television itself, and the sound bar to create a trio of awesome 360 sound I often find myself playing my Spotify playlist through. It's a great sound bar and very good quality. LG is one of the best brands on the market and they have 24/7 online support. They stand behind their products and so do I. If you're in my home using a tech product and it's not Google branded, it's most likely LG.

Bought this for my 65”tv in my 3+ car garage it sound great out there, plenty loud and pretty decent bass.

Great quality, premium sound, built with strong materials, definitely had the customer experience in mind when they were going over the blueprint. Movie theater sound quality. The bass is strong , really intensifies the quality of the movie. Its a "Best Buy" no doubt!!

Performed extensive research before ordering. App control is great. Voice clarity superb. Subwoofer is decent. Adds light, even and punchy bass. Gets loud with no distortion. Purchased at a good deal from from Best Buy sale. Exactly what I wanted and meets my expectations.

Over the time TV’s have become almost paper thin, no matter what, even if you buy the best tv in the world, you will need to buy a sound bar to get a good sound. This sound bar really fills up the room and makes it feel like you’re in a movie theatre, good bass.

Our LG Soundbar makes ALL the difference when watching TV! What used to be just blurry noice is now crisp and clear. Adding the included Subwoofer enriches the sound enormously . . . deep and mellow tones or wild explosive bursts of energy that bring you right into the moment! We love it.

Great sound bar, bass from subwoofer sounds good too! Supports optical audio to help with latency that normally happens with bluetooth soundbars.

I originally bought the 2.1 sound bar from LG to match my tv but it was giving me problem and the sound quality wasn’t what I wanted. So after two attempt from Geek Squad to fix it and 3 visit to the store I was tired of the sound bar. I recommend to get a good quality sound bar and not a cheap one just to get it. So I decided to go and get the next level up which was $200 more. Once geek squad installed it. I fell in love with the sound and quality. Sure there is way better one but for what I wanted to watch tv was perfect.

good definition in the audio and its bass is good, a good option for listening to music and listening to movies like in the cinema

This unit is a beast for the money. $199.00 Black Friday. This unit makes movie watching a wonderful experience and works amazingly well with dolby atmos in e arc. Extra base mode is incredible!

This soundbar has been a great addition to our recently purchased LG tv. The tv did not have the greatest sound and purchased this to help. The sound bar has good bass and syncs with the tv perfectly. There were no issues with connecting the two together. It is also nice that is has a display as seen in the pics that show the volume level. I would recommend this soundbar with subwoofer
