My replacement washer was an 18 year old Maytag with nothing wrong with it except that I wanted a new front loading washer. I looked around several months and was not impressed with either the price or the size of the new washers when I stumbled upon this one. I checked out the reviews because it didn't have the agitator that I am use to and the reviews were so so. I am so pleased that I took a chance. The size is compact but it washed my king size heavy comforter, it's quite, it has a delay setting as well as features to trouble shoot by phone if needed. I have no regrets!

I've never owned an LG washer, but I am happy with other LG products. I like the look and size of this new model; the controls are digital and are on the front of the machine. No agitator enables me to wash my king-sized mattress pad also. I do find it odd that it does not add water from the start; it spins the load first to "size" up the amount of water needed. My only complaint with this type of machine is that it has a pull out tray at the top of the drum where you fill the detergent and softener. After you push it back in, the liquids spill over your dry clothing. I don't think this is a good idea for all fabrics. I have only run this machine 3x; will have to use it longer to form a better opinion.

This replacement washer was in our price range and it works great. I secretly wish our dryer would break, so we could get the companion dryer! The little tune that lets you know the laundry is done is fun, too. Adds something nice to doing chores.

I've had this washer for a week now and love it. I needed a washed to fit into an existing space and this one fit the size. It's small size was concerning until it was delivered and I used it. It is much larger than our 15 year old washer it replaced. It is so quiet...crazy quiet. The laundry comes out of the washer so much drier than our old one. Take the plunge...you won't regret it.

An even larger LG model (same design) is a top pick by a consumer magazine. This one is perfect for us. Its efficiency entitled us to a rebate from the water company. Versatile, easy to use.

I am very happy with the purchase from Best Buy. saved me money on my water bill, doesn't run as long as my old washer so it should save me on electric bills also.. Washer has to be level for the features to work properly otherwise it will give unbalanced load signal.. Best Buy delivery went smooth and very well. Thanks again Best Buy!!

The washer is quiet and has not failed to do a great job washing clothes. If fits in the small space where my may tag 2.0 used to fit while providing almost double the capacity. As of yet we have had no problems unlike the Maytag it replaced IT blew a bearing and a shaft.It appears to be a great machine.

Old washer of 25 yrs died. Did research and chose LG. took big leap going to non traditional type Amazed at how clean the clothes get and don't take long to dry. Easy to use and appreciate the variety of washing cycle choices . This model lives up to all the advertisement

I shopped around at many stores and Best Buy was the only store that had them in stock and could deliver it to our home. I couldn't believe it. It is very quiet, and I am very happy with the results of the wash.

We were really dismayed after our 14 month old Maytag washer failed . Checked Consumer Reports and bought the LG top loader based on their review. No regrets. It has worked very well for us and fit into our small laundry closet.

Great washer with a lot of options. Be careful though if anyone in the household is under about 5`6" as they will find it challenging to reach to the bottom of the washer to get clothes out.

Love our new top loader. No slam lid, fun to watch parts of the cycle with the clear lid, quiet. Front led panel fun and simple to use to select wash cycles. Have been doing more laundry .

When our washing machine motor quit working, we needed to get a new one in a timely fashion. We ordered from Best Buy online and it was delivered 4 days later. The whole process went very well and we are happy with the new washing machine.

Love my new machine. Haven't figured out all of the bells and whistles yet, but it's been great since we got it.

The washer at first scares you with a two hour wash session, but the washer quickly adjusts the time according to how many clothes you have in the washer. Very accessible to put and remove clothes. Very quiet. Love it.

I was very apprehensive the first time I used my new washer. It seemed that no way could my laundry be cleansed in such a small amount of water. To my surprise, they were perfectly clean and spun so dry that the dryer cycle was significantly shortened. The only negative thing I have to say is that the tub to me as a 5'4" person is very deep making reaching all the laundry very difficult. I find that using a pole to maneuver the elusive items to my reach solves this problem. I also use this pole to poke "high riding" items to a level with the rest of the load during the "add garments" phase. All in all I really like my new washer!

Washer does an excellent job cleaning the clothes and and is very quiet and the spin cycle is so efficient it takes our dryer 20min less time to dry the clothes.

I have had this a few years now and never had any problems. I like that I can program it to start at a later time. I am 5'3" and I do have to stretch to reach the bottom of the washer.

We hadn't purchased a washer in 35 years. Our clothes come out very clean. We do have some issues with soap not coming completely out of dark loads, but an extra rinse cycle on these loads seems to help.

This LG washer is the best! The extra large, agitator free tub makes it easy to wash bulky items such as blankets and large loads of towels. It is also very quiet and is energy efficient.
