This is the second one of these monitors I have purchased. The 3800x1600 allows me to have more screen real estate than two 1080p monitors. The viewing angle is amazing and the blacks look good as well. The speakers on these monitors are surprisingly good for monitor speakers but not as good as separate speakers by any means. I would recommend this to anyone as an excellent business monitor.

I was a little concerned that it might feel too large for my desk, but it's perfect. Was a nice upgrade going from my single 27" Apple Thunderbolt Display. Connected with the USB-C cable, which also powers my MacBook Pro, so it maintains my desire for a clean setup. I wish it had a webcam built-in, but other than that it's perfect.

First off, this thing is gargantuan! It's perfect for my uses however I am a flight simmer. I've played some pubg on it and it can honestly be too big.(bet you've never been told that before) haha! Color is spot on. Price is a little high however nothing but the best for DCS!

This monitor delivers on all the stuff you need, it will works with windows and Apple MacBook pro with usb C port. Setting it up took 10 minutes, assembly is super easy no tools needed. I am using two connection ne from Windows Desktop and other with USB from MacBook Pro 15 inch 550X pro card. Speakers on this monitor are excellent for most people, it is not comparable to computer speakers though. I was using two 27 inch setup which very clunky as monitors were from different manufactures plus cable were messy. Using Max resolution from Mac and windows both. Curve is excellent to fatigue for using it for hours. this is used 90 percent for work no gaming, some video watching as well. Design is excellent with higher end material used, stand is sturdy and very good looking, my only complain is switching inputs is cumbersome, It is not cheap and has less warranty as compare to others in this price range. I had to buy extended warranty just to make sure I have no worries using it for 4 years. if money is not an issue buy this monitor, there is no going back to multiple monitors once you use this. best buy should keep at least one 38 inch Ultrawide on display, I had to return 34 inch non curve to get this one, non curve ultrawide is not ergonomically good.

Great piece of art on your desk. Support from LG was not great. didn't work well with my Surface book, Have to unplug it each time to get it to work. Little to no support on LG website and Microsoft site not any better. I have the previous version and it works like a charm. I have not given up on this - worth the unplug/plug-in based on resolution and productivity space. IF service was there this would have been 5 stars

I have been looking at a replacement for my old Acer monitor, and I wanted to splurge on an ultrawide monitor, especially after I saw a deal on a 49" one at Monoprice. After looking into that one further, and waiting out a little shortage on their part, it turned out to be a VA LCD. I have never understood why people like VA except that they have good response numbers. I vastly prefer IPS LCD's like this one. The picture is clean, there are no bad pixels, it was easy to hook up and it's easy to switch inputs with the little joystick. In fact the joystick is the unexpected bonus of this piece. It is under the bottom edge in the center. I have a WFH laptop hooked to one HDMI input and my personal desktop hooked to the other HDMI input, and I switch between them twice a day. Also I route the audio through the headphone output to a nice 2.1 speaker setup which sounds much better than the built-in speakers. The speakers though will satisfy many users though. It comes with a cable for each of its video inputs, so you don't have to worry about having enough cables. At first it didn't seem like it could have its height adjusted. The manual set me straight on that. Be prepared, it is a wide monitor. But if you have room, and you just might, you will love it.

this is an amazing monitor, the largest size you can get that's not ostentatious. It's amazing and fits more than one monitors worth of things without the bezel. it includes Bluetooth speakers integrated which are surprisingly good. LG is high quality and top of the name brand it even looks amazing.

This monitor looks great and is quite impressive in person. I am a fan of the size and love that it charges my MacBook. The only issue is the price. Also, be careful of the options, its possible to make the monitor resolution look bad by accident.

Hands down this is the best Ultra Wide you can get for the money, especially if you have one of the newer MacBooks with USB C. It works as a hub, connects your macbook and charges it all with one cable. Got rid of multiple screens and now only use this one. Picture quality is superb and you have room to use multiple programs at once.

The only regret that I have is I didn't buy one of these sooner. The ability to snap windows into four boxes within the screen is great. It looks so much better than having three or four monitors on your desk. The ability to use the entire screen for one application is also nice when you don't need multiple monitors. The picture is very clear and the build in speakers are a nice touch and keep your desk uncluttered.

I bought this for my AMD computer system and it looks incredible! Free sync works like a charm ect. However I also tried my Intel system with it and a 1080 card even tho it has no G Sync I saw very little if any screen distortion. So weather you a AMD or GeForce person this monitor will do the trick and look great. Has fast response time very good color and the speakers are really good as well only thing I wish it had was HDR. So if your looking for best 21:9 monitor look no further this is it !!!!

Running two of these badboys with my Macbook Pro via usb-c and all I can say is it is awesome!!! Went from twin thunderbolts to this setup and it is impressive to say the least.

First super wide monitor, and it is curved. I am using for business, and can nicely put 6 tiles/windows on the screen and see all at the same time. Super cool. Better than the dual monitor setups I used to use. Thanks!

Purchased in 2019 and it’s still going strong! I plugged all three of my systems to it – my pc, work laptop, and Playstation. And it still has room for the occasional macbook connection via thunderbolt.

I have done extensive research before I bought this monitor and couldn't be happier. A nice surprise was the quality of the internal speakers, which connect to the computer via bluetooth.

Easy setup and offers additional USB connections. Nice to have the option to raise and lower monitor screen and tilt as well.Built in speakers provide good sound. I was able to eliminate external speakers. If you are using the monitor for gaming, you may wish to continue to use the external speakers. Picture is sharp. I like to sit away from the screen (about 30 in away). The large screen makes it easy to use without being on top of the screen. Makes long days in front of the computer very eye easy. Great purchase, great monitor. A bonus was it cleaned up my desk top significantly.

As I'm sure everyone else is rushing to set up their home office, make sure you pay attention to honest reviews. I'm a graphic designer and my work monitor is a BenQ. I thought I might as well treat myself to something that might improve my workflow at home and this was not it. The monitor's panel just isn't great. The resolution is poor and color accuracy isn't great. This monitor should be at least 4k. Even as I type this, the text looks awful. The edges of every graphic are a pixelated mess. Really can't express how disappointed I am. I will be returning this for the new BenQ - 32" IPS LED 4K UHD Monitor. I would hate to give up 6" of screen, but the quality just isn't here with the LG. For reference, I'm working off a 2017 15" MBP. I do like how I can use the USB-C for display output and charging my computer.... so that's a positive. I'm not even sure I would recommend upgrading this from a 1080P. Now that I think about it, I can't imagine how bad a 1080P monitor would look as an UltraWide.

Let me start by saying that his 38 monitor is gorgeous! Unfortunately, mine came out of the box with some dead pixels. In addition, I found that this display did not play well with my 2018 MacBook Pro in clamshell mode. When waking from sleep, the MacBook would come back on, but the display would not. I would have to power cycle the display to get it working again. For this reason, I returned the display instead of exchanging for another.

Awesome monitor. While you can view 3-4 items at a time, it is most useful for two. You have more vertical space than having 2 monitors, but less horizontal. The great news is that you can easily maximize to fill an entire screen. Absolutely gorgeous colors as well.

Bought this for work productively and it does just that. Image quality isn't perfect. Sometimes the OnScreen Control app can be glitchy (tho this rarely happens, but when it does it's annoying). OneScreen Control is the app that allows you to screen split. Haven't had any issues with the cables provided in the box.
