So pleased with our washer. Being able to control the water level and having an agitator again, I now believe our laundry is getting a through washing. The capacity is great. And it plays a little tune when the cycles are complete. There are controls to choose your spin speed, the higher one cuts down on drying time! We have other LG products in our home and have nothing but praise for each one.

Mighty inexpensive washer with smart washing sensing that allows the washer to determine the length of the cycle based on load size, etc.. My favorite feature is the glass lid because it allows for watching the wash cycle which is rather relaxing and mindlessly satisfying! Highly suggest considering this product if you are looking for a new washer. My only complaint is that there is an agitator which can make it challenging to wash full loads of larger items of towels, blankets, and bulky items such as comforters. Although it is possible to wash a full load of blankets or towels I have found it works best to do 1-2 towels or blankets with other smaller items rather than a full load of just towels or blankets. I have been able to wash a full/queen sized quilt and twin xl puffy comforter it just took some maneuvering around the agitator to ensure the load was evenly distributed to avoid an off balance error.

I went with this LG due to the fact that my prior LG appliances have always been great! I have washed clothes in the “Normal “ cycle and it was so little water that not both items got wet. I believe in saving water, but why waste your time if it is not enough water to actually wash the items ? When I bought this I also had it delivered and they hooked it up if I bought new water hoses. After it was delivered, and I had washed clothes -only hot water was going into the washer because they had the hoses hooked up wrong. When they came back out the delivery guy said the washer was defective, but he did not wait long enough for the water to run through the hoses. Store I formed me these men only deliver and have no other knowledge. Their responsibility is to bring it in and leave it up. Put the hose on and done. I asked why they did not perform the test that was in the manual and the delivery man said that was only for front loader, but that is not what my manual says. It is quiet running, Manual also says samples are include in packing and “none” were in my washer.

This washer is an amazing machine that gets the job done! We are into a year and not a single issue with it. The drum depth is really awesome and it handles large loads very well. Great quality for a great price and better yet if you have a Best Buy Credit Card you can't beat the 24 month promotions!!!! Best Buy you are awesome!

I am happy with the washer machine so far but it’s too early since I have only been using it for one month. However, they did not show on the first delivery appointment and I had to schedule second appointment to have the washer machine delivered and installed. Other than that I am happy so far with my washer machine.

Actually love this washer and fits perfectly in the spot I had to put it. My old one use to bang with heavy loads and this one is quiet. Having tried out all the settings but mostly just use normal

I LOVE this washer. Works great. Only thing is the cycles are looooong! There is a “speed” cycle that is like 45 min but I was hoping it would save water. Very deep washer so I have to stand on my tip toes to reach bottom. I’m short! Lol. we will see in the next few months!

The washer would not go into test mode as described in the manual to do to initialize for first use. It's supposed to show some code for a few steps to take but it never did. The delivery service would not installed because we didn't have the washer drip pan ready so they only hooked the new hoses to the water inlets and left. We had to hook it up to the water outlets ourselves. After connecting water just kept dripping into the washer tub even without any wash setting. We thought the washer may be defective but it turned out the inlet hose connections were over tightened pushing the internal filters so we reinstalled the hoses to the water inlet connections, after that water only went into the tub with a wash setting.

Love the "Keep It Simple" design and action on this wash machine. The key is the real agitator that produces the necessary action to move the clothes in the water to remove the dirt. Far more efficient than the "new style agitators"! You also have the ability to add water to this unit - Deep Fill Max - only full level :(

What is up with the new machines nowadays?? First we bought the impeller Lg and had to return it because it couldn’t even get dust off my pants. Some of the clothes aren’t getting wet ! How do they expect to have clothes washed with very little washer. We now have this one with an agitator and it works fine if you do the deep wash/max water fill. If not, the machine looks like it’s struggling to turn clothes. The shirts that are on the side of the washer never made it in the middle close to the agitator (see picture) Didn’t even move one bit except spin around when the drum was spinning. So disappointed. High efficiency this, smart this, smart that- can we just get a washer that does what it’s supposed to do? Wash clothes. At least get them wet to give us the feeling that they are being washed. Something… so sad. Will need to use the deep wash everytime and make sure I fill up the drum with water. Im tired of this and can’t spend any more energy on trying to find a good machine.

This LG washer is great! We've had it with my mother back when I would live with her and now that I moved out and live with my fiance i bought it for our household as well.

I haven’t had an agitator on my washer,so I ordered this larger LG washer. I absolutely love it and love having the glass top so I can see it at work

So far so good. Nice looking appliance. Hook up was easy. Wish it came with hoses though. No issue thus far . Did first load today.

I bought this washer 6 mths ago, and it is tearing up all my towels and some clothes. I'm not overloading it. There is nothing to snag on. I use Persil laundry detergent. Not sure what is causing this, but it's stressful. My towels look the worst. The threads are hanging out of them.

I would not recommend this washer the back panel made of thin plastic it came cracked out the box.

This LG washing machine does work well, but really only in the situation where you make sure you’re using two important features. first, make sure you’re only choosing DEEP WASH for EVERY cycle. If you’re not doing this, you simply have a machine that just won’t dispense enough water to cover your clothes and really clean them well. Secondly, in conjunction with the deep wash cycle, you should also be pressing the deep fill button, which is featured all the way on the right side of the machine. Even if you have very small loads, using both of these features at the exact same time when beginning your load, will assure you that you have enough water covering the clothes. I promise you that with even small loads, you will not be filling the entire tub with water by doing this. It will only give you enough water just to cover the small load, and it works out perfect every time. Do these things, and the machine works great for you. If you start using things like the normal cycle or speed wash, and you’re not using the deep fill feature at the same time, I promise you, you will not have enough water to cover your clothes and clean your laundry properly.
