Large capacity and many easy-to-use settings. Nice and quiet compared to last washer. Top loading washer with glass door that lets you see in while the machine in washing. Buttons/controls are right in front of the tub. The tub is deep so it can be a challenge to get all of the clothes out; and you are leaning over the controls.

We've used this washer for 7 weeks now. This replaced a GE Profile Harmony washer. Since I'm only reviewing the product, I'm not going into the details of the (poor) customer service by the BestBuy store manager. Pros: 1. Larger load size 2. Quiet run 3. Stainless steel drum 4. Wash quality 5. Features like delayed start, soak cycle, multiple temperature options, bulk items cycle etc 6. Price you pay for these Pros Cons: 1. Takes a longer time to wash than my old GE Profile Harmony Washer 2. Estimated wash cycle duration changes (increases) during the cycle even without an unbalanced load situation. So, end time is somewhat unpredictable, but not always. 3. Definitely a lesser grade outer body build when compared to my GE Profile. Not a show-stopper though since it is not poor quality. 4. Lastly, this doesn't affect us. But, if you or any of your family members are shorter than 5' 6", it will be difficult for you/them to get clothes from the bottom of the washer The longer wash time is the reason I'm rating this washer at 4 stars. Otherwise, this is a very good washer and is a bang for the buck. I'll definitely recommend this washer to my friends and family!

We like this washer. Plenty of options, i.e. cold wash, warm wash. Easy to operate. Only downer is the deep tub. My wife needs a step stool to get the clothes out. Priced competitively. Best Buy did good job installing.

Replaced my old washer with this model ,it’s super quiet and holds a large load .Clothes come out almost dry after the spin cycle because it spins so well .

I purchased this washer after much review from Consumer Reports, Website reviews from various retailers, and friends who own an older model. I am so happy I purchased it! The size in incredible! I can do larger loads and finish my laundry in less time. The price was great and I purchased the 5 year protection. Also it is so silent when it's on I can barley hear it in the closet -- it is such a great change from my previous washer that was approx 13 years old. The clothes smell so fresh when they come out -- overall I think you can't go wrong with this LG

Overall the LG washer has been great. The features and settings are a real plus. Especially pre-wash, sensitive and quick wash. It is nice to have a larger tub without the agitator yet would like it not to be so deep. It is difficult to reach items on the bottom.

Easy to use. Washes well on any size loads. Washed a queen size comforter. Fit in washer and cleaned great. Would recommend.

This washer is large enough to handle all a family's need, is quiet and easy to use. The auto balance feature keeps the washer in balance regardless of the contents of the load.

I couldn't wait to get rid of our Kenmore front loaded to replace it with a new HE top loader. Our choice was between an LG and a Whirlpool based on reviews and past experience with other products we've owned. . So far I'm happy with my choice of the LG WT1501CW It's a very quiet work horse and gets our clothes clean. We put it to the test with my husband's work uniforms and it passed with an A+. Only downfall is that you need to be tall or have long arms to grab the small items (socks) from the bottom after a wash. I'm 5'6 and I have a bit of difficulty but no huge deal. I love the sleek modern design with the controls towards the front.

I love that it doesn't have the big agitator. I wasn't for sure about it at first but it is wonderful, quiet and gets my clothes clean. I am one happy momma!!!!

This washer is quiet, efficient and gets the job done. No water or detergent residue. Towels (10+) are almost dry when taking them out because of the fantastic spin cycle.

This is the most awesome washer I have ever owned. It checks the weight of the clothes your washing so you don't waste water and then spins them and distributes the soap throughout the load. It also is capable of huge loads and washes those large comforters you can't fit into your average washer. I love all the different cycles and especially the quick wash for those: "oops! I forgot to wash my clothes!" Moments. Great Washer!

I love how large the capacity and how quiet the machine is! It does a great job washing our clothes and is gentle on them, too. I am very happy with the purchase!

After buying a new house I was initially happy that we had some appliances already there so we didn't have to add that to move in costs. However, each appliance was probably the cheapest model they could find and replacing them became a year to year plan. This year was definitely a new washer and dryer and after looking at a cheaper model I am glad that we went with the LG pair. Both are super quiet, work harder than we do to determine good times for the laundry we put in them and work quickly and efficiently each time. Have had the pair for about two weeks and only sad that I didn't upgrade earlier.

Impressive tub size, very deep and easy to use. love that it does a balance test before each load. Very quiet and has a fun tune when load is finished.

Quiet operation, gets clothes clean, lots of options for different kinds of laundry loads. Large tub that will hold king-sized blankets.

I have not had a top load washer in 13 years but needed to purchase the new one based on space requirements. So far I have been pleased with this washer - there is no agitator so less wear and tear on clothes but they come out clean. The machine spins the load dry as well as my front load machine did so much less drying time as well. There are plenty of cleaning options without downloading additional ones (which I have not tried to do yet). After three weeks so far so good. Am hoping this one will last me many years too.

My purchase experience at Best Buy was wonderful. The Sales staff in store were knowledgeable and my delivery arrived 15 minutes prior to the start of my delivery window. The delivery guys were friendly and knowledgeable. They hooked everything up, gave me a demonstration of the product and hauled away my old set. The washer and dryer hold a large amount of clothes, are quiet and have just the right amount of options. Best Buy even refunded me the difference when the set went on sale a week after my purchase. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I was happy to find this washer after looking at many reviews and comparing it to other wash machines. It has an abundance of settings - I really did not need all of them but it gives you the ability to set up custom wash as you like. It is very quiet when washing. The only negative is it seems to take a long time to wash. It may give that illusion due to the wash machine telling you how that load will take.

I went to purchase a washer and ended up buying both the washer and dryer. There are many options to choose from and has the capacity to hold large, bulky items such as quilts and blankets. I like the damp dry and wrinkle resistant settings that are available. The end-of-cycle notification is very quiet (on both the washer and dryer) and since my laundry is in the basement I often do not hear it. The wrinkle resistant setting allows the clothes to continue to tumble periodically until I am able to remove them from the dryer.
