The design and color of this washer is stunning. I love the steam functions. Clothes come out noticeably cleaner and fresh smelling. The matching had a dent when delivered but Best Buy immediately scheduled a replacement unit.

So far, great. Clothes come out clean and the spin is very fast so you use less dry time. The knobs can be super easy or more complicated if you wish. I just push an on button and a play button and it does the job.

I have used my "LG - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Loading Washer with Steam" for several months now and I can definitely say without any reservation that this is the BEST clothes washing machine that I have ever had! It has shown to be very effective in washing fabrics in all categories to include large towels, whites, permanent press, and delicate. It is also extremely quiet while performing its function. It is a great value and I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market to purchase a clothes washer.

Haven't had this washer for very long, but so far, it is great. Runs quiet, has multiple cycles for different needs, and get clothes clean. Is also big enough to fit a king size comforter.

So far, so good! I had my previous LG for over 13 years and was very happy. It was starting to give me issues with error messages so I decided to get a new set. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. All features work well. I was able to set up the app pretty easily. It's quiet and has the combination of settings that I prefer for my laundry. My only complaint is the door - it's primarily plastic and does not seem like it's going to hold up to the wear and tear. It squeeks something terrible unless you manage it only by the handle area. As far as functionality, I have no complaints and look forward to using this set for a long time.

LG front load washer is extremely simple to use runs extremely quiet almost can’t even hear it running and is very efficient. We wish we didn’t wait so long to purchase.

I have owned an LG washer for 14 years but finally it needed repair and it was time to trade up. So I bought this washer for a great price from Best Buy and found out that LG washers had really developed over the years. All of the new functions like Turbo wash, Alergiene, Steam fresh care and Bright whites were welcome additions, but the basics of the machine were still the very dependable, quiet machine I was used to. The new black finish which doesn't show prints is really nice looking. I look forward to the same year in and year out dependability I have been used to in LG products.

I have had an lg washer and dryer for years 11 to be exact , unfortunately my washer recently died so I bought this washer. I can't tell you how much I love it. Boy have these washers come a long way in 11 years. The turbo wash speeds things up but also adds soap and more power to wash water and the 6 motion technology is amazing. My clothes have never been cleaner. The black stainless steal is not only beautiful but cleans up nicely no fingerprints or streaks. Can't say enough about this machine. The salesman at Best Buy searched for a deal for me and got me the best price possible. The delivery man was so nice and helpful. Got to say buy this machine and from Best Buy

We have been very happy with our new LG. The settings and controls are pretty self explanatory making it easy to quickly use the machine. The washer is quiet and I noticed after the first load how much cleaner my clothes smelled. The spin cycle really removes excess moisture from the laundry so drying time is cut down. LG provides sliders to put on the feet, so if you are like me and have your washer installed under a countertop, these sliders make installation much easier.

I love this washer. I can wash nearly twice as much in one load as I used to wash in my old (12 yrs old) high-quality front-loading washer. Also, the amount of soap (liquid) need is only about 2/3 of what I used to use. So, twice the clothes cleaned for much less soap. The clothes are also coming out bright and clean. Old white socks I'd given up on, even with bleach, are coming out whiter even without bleach. The towels setting spins the towels almost dry so the dry cycle is 20-30 minutes less for more towels. An energy and soap saver!

This is our second LG washer. This newer one has a few more options that are nice so we remain pleased with the product. *There is one thing prospective buyers need to be aware of: this machine does not require the amount of soap proposed by the directions or the detergent cup levels. If I'm washing delicates, I barely hit the halfway mark for a small load. Any more and you will be sud surfing!

This is as close to perfect as any washer I have owned. SO QUIET. Efficient. LOTS OF SETTINGS. I am very happy with the purchase and would definitely but LG again!!!

So easy to operate with multiple water temperature and spin cycles. Cleans great. So happy with it!

We have had the washer for a month or so. It is attractive if that matters. The machine is pretty straightforward to use. It is quiet in all cycles and seems to use less water than our previous Kenmore machine that was 12 years old. I am impressed at the efficiency of the spin cycle and that clothes come our not only clean but nearly dry. This should lead to less wear and tear on your dryer. I scored 4 out of 5 because i think that a machine rating should be based on longevity or quality over time. If the washer is functioning at this level a year or longer and no problems requiring repair have come up I would score it a 5.

Loving the washer and dryer pair I got from Best Buy. Installation was quick and easy. Fairly easy to use and clothes come out nice and clean.

Love that the clothes come out looking and smelling so clean. Large capacity size great holds king spreads. Color is beautiful. Happy customer.
