The LG C1 48in OLED is one of the best Tv's you can buy right now. Great for next Gen gaming with Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 with it having 4x HDMI 2.1 ports. If you are lucky enough to own a 30 series graphics card it can also be used as a monitor with being able to run HDMI 2.1 at 120hz smoothly along with being G-sync and Freesync compatible. The new magic remote design upgrade over the pervious version is a welcome and navigating menus with it is a breeze. The UI is a nice change from pervious LG TV's, but LG is still missing some big apps with no HBO max or ESPN at the moment. NOTE: I would not recommend this TV if the room you plan on putting it has a lot of natural light. In order to get the full effect of the OLEDs true blacks you want a completely dark room, and with the screen being on the glossier side, you can get some awful glares from direct natural light. Overall if you are a gamer with the new systems and a 30 series GPU, you can not go wrong with this TV.

This tv is an amazing feat of engineering and tech given by LG. The vibrant colors, perfect black level, and thinness is astonishing and even more so in darker environments. Films like Guardians of the Galaxy really show off the punchy bright colors how they are meant to be seen and perfect black bars on the top and bottom with no light bleed which always bothered me on cheaper LCD tv’s. This is also a “game” changer literally because it has 120fps and a dedicated game mode user interface. I can tell the difference of smoothness on Xbox Series X with every game and I even play better on some games now. The bass of the sound from this TV is very great. Also the metal stand is heavy and looks premium and the remote is very cool to use the motion cursor. Definitely pick up this TV if you are considering OLED as this is hands down the best out there.

Honestly, I had to lower my expectations with this TV even after trying it out at a friend's place and playing with another friend's Samsung QDOLED TV because it is an older model. However the past few weeks I have to say I'm am glad to say I have very little circumstantial problems that I have with this TV. It may not be as bright as the C2 or the S95B, but it gets the job done. Movies are amazing in 4K, Most of the games I have the pleasure of experiencing on this run great with both my 3080 Ti FTW3 ULTRA GAMING and STRIX 3090 GAMING OC, and just everything about this TV is stellar. One game I did have a problem going from 1440p to 4K is MH:R mainly because some textures were just white in game but verifying my files in Stream have helped resolved this issue. I don't think I could ever go back to playing games or consuming media on a regular LED TV or monitor. The only benefits of being a C2 that is there is a 42" version of it that would work much better as a computer monitor and that it is brighter but it's definitely not a noticable to the average consumer and I now play from my bed which makes this TV a delightful experience to have. I'd definitely pick this up and give this TV a good 6-8 years or even a full decade before making a circumstantial display upgrade. You won't regret it.

AMAZING GAMING AND MEDIA TV!!! First off, if you haven't experienced an OLED for gaming at 120hz on XBOX, or for PC gaming with max details turned all the way up, you seriously don't know what you are missing. I have a Sony - 85" Class X85J Series LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV that does 120hz and full 4K... and though it's a great picture, for long gaming sessions I prefer my LG 48" C1 OLED. You just can't beat the visuals. And, the C1 will do Dolby ATMOS and Vision natively in games, movies and media all at 120hz. Glass smooth and the colors and picture are just amazing.

Ill Start off by sayin its simply a beautiful picture. Its my first OLED Tv and im absolutely blown away. The only thing that i didnt like is that it took so long to go onsalebon BestBuy.com other than that the gaming features are the best on the market. Watchinh TV has been a gift and Movies are spectacular. Figuring out all the settings took some time to get used too but if you wanna figure it out and spend some time with it, it gets easier as you go. And the one surprise thing is a lot of people said this Tv wasnt very bright? But to me its incredibly bright. Overall rating id have to give it a 9.7/10

I’ve never owned an OLED TV prior to this. I had a very old plasma TV, but my old TV does not compare to this one. Colors are brilliant. It shows the deepest of blacks. The screen itself is ultra thin. The TV interface is really easy to use. Set up was a snap. Plus I bought this during a pre-black Friday sale, which also included 6 months of HBO max. I absolutely love this TV. Don’t get me started on the magic remote. That thing is amazing as well.

Back in July 2022 I finally ditched my Samsung LCD, and got the 48" LG C1. There was a sale running at the time, plus I was able to purchase an open box, I ended up only paying $757.89! Before purchasing I did thorough research as I always do, especially with high ticket items. Nonetheless this TV lives up to the hype. It being a "Smart TV" once you connect it to the internet you can access LG's appstore, project your phone and computer, stream movies through streaming services. If you're a gamer, it also features a game mode which allows for variable refresh rate up to 120hz, and it also supports gsync. It doesn't have any display ports, but it does have 4 HDMI ports that make up for it. Both Video and Audio have many modes to choose from so you can pick your desired video and sound and also customize them, but its best left as is in my opinion. If you're thinking about purchasing this do yourself a favor and hesitate no longer. You will not be disappointed!

I was VERY hesitant in buying this TV. I was lucky enough to put my hands on the PS5 and Xbox série X and I was looking for a monitor that will use them to the maximum. I had a Samsung 4K 28’ monitor for 5 years and the picture was getting worse. I read so many reviews telling me it was too big, burn in issues etc….. However, this TV does the almost 1ms 4k@120hz Dolby vison atmos basically everything need for next gen. The problem I’ll say because it’s labeled as a TV instead of monitor that’s why.

LG 48" OLED TV C-Series is impresive! Superb picture quality, sharpness, and contrast ratios. Slim profile. Audio quality is great out the box, but TV is prepared to handle exterior surround sound devices, and has all sorts of AI technology for ease of use and installation. Intenet connectivity, and multiple external hardware interconnectivity (personal laptop, cell phone, cable box, blue ray / dvd player, etc.) TV also self adjusts and cleans and optimizes pixels for a great viewing experience every time. TV comes in many different sizes 48", 55", 65", and it is measured diagonaly, so my 48" is really a 24"×42" inch screen, so have that in mind when determining the right size for the area of use intended.

Bought this since I wanted to upgrade my gaming setup to have a wall mounted monitor, I was trying to get a different big gaming branded monitor but I eventually found the C1 on sale with open-box for a lot cheaper than the gaming monitor I was going to buy. Once you buy a Oled TV you never wanna go back to any LED or LCD monitor again. The perfect blacks are amazing with any game you want to play. I run a RTX 3080 so playing 4k with up to 120FPS is easy with my gaming rig. This TV is perfect with gaming it even has Nvidia GSYNC. I already have a 65" in my living room but I wanted to have another one in my office and this 48" is perfect distance wall mounted for my gaming needs! Will only play on OLED displays from now on.

One of the bests tvs I have ever purchased. Coming from an Led TV I was on the fence between upgrading from old TV to this one but after seeing the picture quality in person at my local Best Buy, I had to make the jump. First and foremost I can see why the price is justified for being expensive because the quality you get when it comes to brightness and nits is top notch and the fact that you get the latest modern features when it comes to gaming like HDMI 2.1 and 120hz you basically get the whole complete package. I bought this tv primarily to play on my next gen consoles and I have absolutely been amazed by the quality that this tv can output. I truly feel like I got my moneys worth in buying this tv. Definitely recommend checking this tv out!

I use it in place of a desktop monitor and it is truly amazing. Started out with it on my desk and it was impossible to use without eye strain even on a 25 inch deep IKEA desk. Decided to try wall mounting it and that made it perfect for me. Both for work and gaming on an RTX 3090, it is a dream setup for me. As of now, at $999, it is too good of a deal to pass up.

I primarily use the C2 as a gaming tv/monitor with my PC and PS5. I previously used the Sony X900H 65” as my gaming TV but now that we moved I needed a smaller TV. Comparing the C2 with the 900H is like night and day. Big difference in picture quality. It’s the perfect monitor for my 3090 build. Cyberpunk looked so good! I can’t recommend the LG oleds enough.

I finally pulled the trigger. Bought it on 18DEC2021. I have the PS5 and my PC (NVIDIA 2070S) connected to it. The quality is amazing. Playing games in 1440p and 4k. Haven't had any "Burn In" yet. I try to be careful with it. I make sure I do not leave any static images on it. I thought I had a dead pixel at one point but it disappeared. My desktop is completely black and I hide my task bar. I bought a 5 year warranty just in case.

With such amazing contrast, everything I throw at it, from games to films, come to life in a way no previous TV I’ve had before did. Titles such as Blade Runner are transformed into living paintings with its perfect blacks giving every frame new grandeur. Fantastic purchase! Recommend with a sound system to match though. Built-in speakers are average.

Black is black (to quote a rock song of years past) because it's OLED. On-screen menus easier to understand than the LG set this one replaced. Bought the 48" C1 version, slightly more expensive than the A1 but offers better tech components. A bigger screen would not have cost much more, but we needed a set that fit in a cherrywood cabinet from an old rear-projection TV. Piggybacked w/ an LG soundbar. The spouse raves about it, so why not give it 5 stars, right?

I originally bought and returned this panel as a pc monitor which, for burn in's sake, was my mistake for considering. But literally anything involving TV shows, movies, and especially 4k high refresh gaming was freaking phenomenal on this panel. The blacks on this panel were truly as black as the dark corner of my room at midnight, and the colors were fruity colorful, and the brightness was literally blinding. The color response was virtually instant with zero ghosting, trailing, etcetera, and the GSync worked butter smooth in games. Highly recommended to anyone gaming, watching movies, or binging your favorite TV shows. Also, for the current sale price of $999 you will never find a better deal these days for a panel of this caliber.
