Wow! Where do I start. This washer is amazing. The tub is huge! I washed 22 towels. I kid you not. And so clean. Every load is clean! I have not had any issues and am totally happy. Easy to use. I wanted something simple but fancy and this was it.

I love the amount of space in this washing machine. It can do large loads and I feel it gets everything very clean. It is quiet and I like the end of cycle signal. Haven't yet explored any of the downloadable cycles. Works well for our family.

This washer has a huge tub. It washes well and it is very quiet. I am 5’3, so reaching in to get the wet clothes is a challenge, but I can do it. We used to have a front load...I don’t miss it at all. We also bought the coordinating dryer.

Asked questions of a knowledgeable sales rep and decided on this machine, a little larger than we were looking for. Perfect choice. Quiet, easy to use and cleans large loads well.

Three weeks with our new LG washer/dryer and we are impressed. Easy to use, quiet. Handles large loads well. We use the bluetooth app and it has also linked perfectly. And they were on sale! Win-win in our busy household.

Our old washer was a Whirlpool and only lasted 6-7 years. I’m not sure why, we’re not hard on washers but do wash blankets and rugs all the time due to our dogs. We’ve had this new LG for a month and really like it: it senses how much water to use and displays the time it will take after you start a load. It plays a tune when the load is done. There’s also an app to check on the progress of s load. You can also somehow troubleshoot problems using technology and remotely start a load, but I’m not sure why you would want to put clothes and detergent in and not start it at the same time. I’ve only checked on progress through the app, which works well. We’re happy with the wash results. Our old High Efficiency Whirlpool washer left white spots on dark clothes, but there are no issues with the LG. It’s supposed to be more energy efficient, too. I submitted the rebate request to our electric company and they sent a response that it takes so many weeks to receive the rebate. I almost waited too long (submit within 30 days even though the rebate end date is at the end of the year).

Larger capacity than our previous washer. The new LG washer is also much quieter so that is a plus.Like the ease of settings and seems to do a good job of cleaning clothes and they are pretty dry when complete.

It holds a lot of laundry! And it's quiet, cleans well, has a lot of options, and finishes quickly. And my area utility company has a large rebate for its purchase due to its high efficiency rating. A great buy!

Our other washer died and we had to get a new one pretty quick. I was originally looking at some others but heard good reviews about LG. So glad I went with the LG. This washer is very low on the noise factor and a great size for our needs. I'm shorter and have heard about other washers being so big you need a step stool to get to the bottom. This washer is big enough for all our stuff (we have two kids) but I'm still able to reach the bottom. There's a lot of buttons and settings on it so I'm still getting used to those but so far I really like it.

With too much information on the web with product reviews, it's can be harder to make a decision for fear of being that person who got the bad apple or you get the product that everyone is all excited about. So far this machine beats our 10 year old front loader that went out. This new machine washes clothes in half the time and is quieter. The drum size is huge. We love the features, but only time will tell how it holds up. Seems solid so far. Many of my family members have LG washer and they have been going strong for many years with no repairs.

It is early times, but so far this is a great washer. Huge capacity. My first without an agitator. With my previous washers I always felt I had to try to spread the load around as I put it in - to try to keep the washer from walking around. This one - I just dump it in and let it figure it out. I'm pretty big so my jeans are as well. With my previous Maytag - which I liked very much by the way - it might wander around a bit. Not this machine, it stays put like it is bolted to the floor.

We got the washer and dryer set about six months ago and they are amazing! The clothes spin quite a bit on the washer, which helps cut down on drying time. The washer fits a lot of clothes and the drum is very deep. I have to reach pretty deep to grab everything and I’m 5’3”. Anyone shorter will need to use a little step stool in order to reach to the bottom of the washing machine. I really love the look of these and and am so happy with this purchase!

I would give it a five rating but I haven't had it more than a month. It is quiet, washes clothes well and has a nice size drum. My only criticism is it doesn't have a permanent press cycle. So far very happy with it. Time will tell

The washer takes some time sensing the load before adding water which takes getting used to. This replaced a 20+year old Whirlpool set with agitator that was still working. LG was well reviewed. Does a good job on cleaning the closes and uses the right amount of water. I was surprised that some said it wasn't covering the clothes when washing. I haven't seen that. Water level seems fine.

Easy to use and pretty quiet. Seems to clean clothes good. Only complaint is that my wife is 5'2" and has to really stretch to reach the clothes once washed.

This is my first washer from LG and I could not be happier. It cleans my clothes and towels very well and is actually fun to watch! With the clear top you can watch the entertaining show as your laundry moves around to some sort of synchronized dance.
The soft touch panel makes selecting settings easy and everything is laid out so well.
Highly Recommended!
