Love these machines. Very quiet and very quick with the turbo wash. Capacity is awesome as well. My only complaint is that on one large load I smelled something burning - a burning electrical smell. I was sure the machine was going to fail but it hasn’t happened again and the machine works great. Hopefully it was a fluke.

My new 14 cycle front loading washer is quiet and efficient. The clothes are extra clean and fresh. The washer is designed for large loads and saves energy. A great value

I purchased this LG Front-load washer at the Best Buy Outlet, and other than a minor scuff on the clear door panel, it was in perfect condition. This is my first front-load washer, and I was initially skeptical as I have always had top-load wsahers with agitators, but I am very pleased and impressed with how clean this LG washer gets my clothes! It also uses a lot less water with each cycle, which has helped lower my water bill. I was so impressed, I bought the matching dryer!

I rated the actual product a 5 star product, but the service was little to be desired. Upfront service anyways. Purchased the washer dryer set with pedestals, one of which is the washing machine pedestal. A screw on the dryer stripped when changing the door swing. They called in a new one and the store dropped the ball on following up to get my new one. I went to another store and they explained the other store didn't follow up and ordered me a new dryer replacement and washer pedestal as the display was not working properly on that either. The dryer and pedestal showed up 4 days later, the dryer was perfect, the pedestal washer was damaged. 2 days later, still no call to follow up reordering my replacement??? Why do I have to track down my purchase replacements???? Why? They said on the last delivery, Best Buy would be calling me!

Great washer. Easy to use. Cleans clothes well. The plastic covering on the outside of the door seems to be a little loose and don’t know if it’s suppose To be that way or needs to be fixed. But that nothing to don with how the washer performs

Excellent wanted a larger size for king size comforter . There is so much room and the clothes are fresher.I don’t wash clothes as much cause I have larger loads. It is very quite I would highly recommend.

This washer is awesome! Its huge load capacity, steam/sanatize settings, can handle our washable blankets no issues. Its super quiet with the direct drive, water bill has gone down in our household.

Fast, thorough, quiet. It also holds a lot of clothes and makes laundry easy. This is the second LG washer I've had (first one had Kenmore label) and I have been very satisfied with them.

I like this washer. It's quiet and my clothes seem cleaner. The type of load setting automatically adjust the water level, temperature and wash time. I wish the load settings were lighted. I hope I have no problems as LG customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I honestly know nothing about these but my girl said she is in love with this guy (washer) . She said now she doesn`t do laundry that often because is so big and does everything better and faster . Combined with same brand dryer makes all more better , and nice to have all matching . She said its the best washer she ever had , capacity , number of cycles the steam thing . Im so glad i bought it . The only bad thing she said is that she has to empty a water out of that little box on the bottom every now and then . Still nothing that would make me give 5 stars .

This front loader washer is amazing. Very efficient and is huge. The only complaint is we got the small washer and its hard for a very short person to put liquid detergent in. We switched to pods and its working like a charm!

I have always trusted my major appliance purchases to LG and they have not disappointed. This washer-dryer combo is easy to use, reliable, and does a great job of cleaning my clothes.

Clothes get clean without damage. My only complaint about this machine is that it takes forever to get through a cycle. When I made the purchase I was under the assumption that the "turbo" would mean faster washing. Well over an hour to wash a load.

This is the best front loading washing machine on the market. If you have a large family this one is the one you need. I love the fact it holds twice as many clothes without using tons of water and my whites have never been whiter. Less water less detergent win win!!! There are many cleaning modes available on this washing machine. My clothes are cleaner and brighter than ever. I can't say enough great things about this excellent washing machine. It's worth every penny. I highly recommend this LG model front loading machine.

You can’t beat the quality and performance of this machine. I like it and the sale price made it a good value.

It's a great machine, we need to get the sidekick washer-pedestal. We would have gotten it when we purchased the machine but Best Buy would not give us the "little" extra we needed in our credit line, but we made over 700.00 in payments before we bought the machine and then 2 weeks later they decided to reise our limit. The machine is great, wanted a top loader but hubby pushed the fact that I'm not getting any younger and I have back problems so yes, it was a good idea. Since we still have our old dryer we need to make sure we use very high on the spin cycle as otherwise it does not dry well. Also does not spin-out large loads very well Am I happy with it, Yes, and would highly recommend it for anyone that needs a machine. Don't read the reviews they are scary.

This washer has a huge capacity. We also love all the cycles, including one for allergy sufferers. There is also a turbo cycle to cut down wash time. This is a much quieter machine than our last one as well. We love it so far.
