Great Capacity, quiet, and very intuitive! Steam function is amazing!

It has a glass top, so you can watch the agitation of the clothes. I'm intrigued how they agitate the clothes by using the impeller, rotating the drum back and forth, and rearranging the load with a short spin cycle-like agitation. The clothes certainly get agitated enough. I do not do dedicates, I have not done blankets, and I have not done really dirty clothes, so I can not comment on those. I did put in a pre-treated stain and it did come out removed. It does take a long time to do a cycle, but I feel like the clothes are clean. There is a short wash setting, though, that takes half the time that I use to clean small loads. I usually do large loads. What I really like is the fact that the machine keeps checking the load and adjusting the water level so that there is enough water in the machine to at least cover the clothes. My last machine never put in enough water to get the job done. The machine has lots of neat features. I'm happy with the machine. It go only 4 stars because the drain pump is making a grinding noise from load #1. They are supposed to fix that next week. I got this on sale because it's discontinued, I'm sure that its replacement will be as good, I would hope.

Extremely happy with this purchase. I am very happy with how clean my clothes come out when using this machine. Also, I have noticed my utility bill go down due to being able to wash almost three times as many clothes as I was before. My old washer was a 4 cubic foot washer but had a center agitator. I am very surprised how well this one works without the agitator. Money well spent!

We bought this before selling our home. We got a 6 weeks of use before we moved. I love the washer..but be warned...if you are short...getting clothes out is a deep reach! Uses much less detergent being an HE washer. Clothes, towels and bedding always clean. Sheets do tend to be twisted at end of cycle...I just untwist prior to drying. Good purchase...would buy again.

Bought this LG Washer a few months ago, when they delivered it it had some damage but still usable. Because it would be two weeks to replace they left the damage one for me to use until replaced. Was them replaced. The wash machine is awesome. Large to do large loads Washes great and gets the clothes clean I love the size and how it operates. Great machine

The washing machine that we have had since we got married broke down after 5+ years of no problems. It was too expensive to repair and we were advised to buy a new one. I asked family and friends and they loved this machine and we can see why. Having no agitator makes it super easy to throw your dirty clothes in and even easier to remove! The size is also a HUGE plus because we wash our king size comforter in it with no problems. If you want to know why LG is better than Samsung just push the inside of the washers on both brands, LG has way better suspensions that are firm and will last longer than any Samsung product.

Oh my gosh!! I love my new washer! I had a front loading washer and dryer for 10 years and I'm done breaking my back doing laundry! This machine is not only beautiful and amazing, it is also very easy to use, easy to unload and load, and gets my clothes very clean. It holds a lot of laundry in one load! Best washing machine I have ever had or used!

Super easy to use. Huge tub and runs quietly is a plus.

Excellent quality item. I purchased it and found it easy to use without referencing the instruction manual. Setup was easy. The buttons are intuitive in the capacity is very good, especially for washing large items like comforters period for anyone looking for a high-capacity quality item I would definitely recommend

This machine has made doing laundry so much easier, that I am actually happy that our old washer died. The huge capacity can hold a full hamper that would have been two loads in our old washer. The timer setting allows me to have a load washed and ready for the dryer when I wake up, or when I get home in the evening. Custom program made it easy to set up a cycle for the way I like to do laundry. It is easy enough that my eleven-year-old can still be responsible for doing his own. Love everything about this, and would definitely buy again.

We are enjoying our new washing machine. It is very quiet and cleans all types of laundry very well. With the top open, it is taller than previous models we've had, blocking our cabinet door. A minor inconvenience, but you may want to measure ahead of time.

The washer has excellent capacity with adequate features. The machine is very quiet and efficient. The first time we ran it, we thought there was an issue because it started adjusting the load slowly. We gave it time to run through the cycle and were very impressed with the outcome. Highly recommend this machine!

After researching different brands I choose this one and let me tell you it was the best choice I made this washing machine is amazing it is easy to use and extremely quite this is my first ever lg product and this will not be my last if you are considering this washing just buy it you will not be disappointed

Great washer ! Easy to use . I was worried because some reviews sad that they were not sure clothes were getting washed (or wet) . Well they not only get wet but they get very clean and smell great . Speed cycle for quick couple clothes is wonder feature ! Definitely glad I got this washer

The washer machine is great for large loads or when your washing your bed set. Clothes come out clean and smells great. Just make sure you buy the washer machine cleanser and hit tube cleaner or the clothes will start to not smell as good. Only downfall is that I am so short that I have to get off my feet to get all of the clothes because it is so deep. Other then that awesome washer!!

It took me a long time to decide on m new washing machine. I felt like I was trying to buy a rocket ship! Lights, buttons, options....whew! Brought this one home and have been very pleased with the performance of this machine. Be sure to read all the directions, it is a very different way to load the laundry. Machine in quiet, tub is big, and the cleaning job is remarkable.

So far this washer has lived up to my expectations. Easy to use and so much space I can wash two loads of clothes from my previous washer to one load with my LG. A lot of different cycles to choose from. Probably won’t use them all but nice to have. Got it at a great price too.
