The LG QNED AI TV is my 5th LG TV that I have purchased from Best Buy. I have enjoyed each and everyone. This particular TV is in my living room and is my best buy so far. I couldn’t hear the voices clearly on my previous tv, which meant I would have the volume up, but now I have selected Clear Voice that projects what the people are saying. Because of this I don’t have to turn up the volume. The picture is so beautiful with a number of options for each program. I do enjoy the Eye Care Mode which blocks out the blue light. As far as steaming goes if is perfect, I am able to stream all my favorite platforms without any issues. This was my Best Buy!

Haven't had any problems with my TV definitely good TV to get.

We have been using this LG TV for over a month and are very happy with both picture and sound quality. The sales person at Best Buy was knowledgeable and professional and helped us select the TV. Overall, the TV is a good value for the price and I recommend buying from Best Buy.

LG-QNED 55" is a user friendly tv. many features that enhance the fun and enjoyment of owning this tv. learning the operation of this tv unleases new discoveries that benefit each buyer. worth the affordable cost to have this tv for many years to come, thanks neil

I paid $500 for this 55" television, at that price it has a fine look. The LG control is kind of magic and kind of weird. I can't really say if I like it better than a standard remote with up/down/arrows. I suggest you try it. It is convenient to point it at the TV selection you want and click. But it often doesn't select where you are pointing, so you need to "calibrate" it by moving it offscreen to line it up with the TV. I guess that's a small price to pay. I applaud LG for something advanced, but I'm still not sure I think it is an advance worth using.

Tv picture is great. Easy to set up. Audio quality is good. The instructions on the screen were easy to follow. Like the remote with all of its settings and features. Good price for this tv.

I have owned an LG TV for years. That TV is still working and now being used by my son. When I moved to a new place, I knew my next TV would be an LG. This TV has a great picture and great features. Also, it was easy to mount on the wall.

This TV certainly gives you bang for your buck. I've been a LG loyalist for roughly 10 years now when it comes to TVs and this purchase certainly reinforces that. Easy to set up, amazing picture. The only thing that leaves you wanting more is the sound as it seems to be a little weaker than other TVs, but nothing that can't be fixed with a soundbar.

Purchased this LG television for my elderly mother. Great television for price. Great color & sound…user friendly system/remote which is great for elderly folks.

Our last LG just stopped turning on and I was hesitant to go with a new LG. Call me a glutton for punishment, as the last one was only 3 years old, same size, and was a basic model. Let me tell you, so far, I am more than pleased. The amount of amenities, upgrades, and changes from their base model to to this premium model is significant. The biggest of all is the amazing AUDIO output of the TV and richness/fullness of sound. this is for my bedroom, so I didn't want a soundbar or other external devices, simply a SMART tv with one remote. This does it. The quality of the QNED visuals is amazing.

Had a four year old Sony that finally gave up. Decided to try a different brand. A few days experiencing the LG unit pretty much blew me away. Picture quality and clarity are amazing compared to the Sony. The only issue I had was hooking up my Sonos system to the TV. I had to take an HDMI cable and run it to the arc connection on the TV to make it work.

Excellent sound . How ever the remote function takes practice and has no light although it has all these features.

Have had this tv a few weeks now. Our bigger dog broke the last tv . He was a little too excited to play with animals in the tv lol. Color and picture are clear and crisp. Have had no issues with anything. Would recommend.

Great definition, bright colors. The LG webOS and included remote work together very well, making your choice of streaming choices very convenient.

bought this to replace a different brand that I purchased and found out was bad out of the box. this TV is much better.

Im loving my new 55 inch TV. Would reccomend this Tv to anyone. Great buy for the money.

My new LG QNED 55" Class 80 Series 4K UHD Smart webOS TV(2024) is perfect so far. It was delivered 3 days ago and I set it up as soon as it arrived. The setup was simple. So far, this TV is wonderful. The screen is sharp, the color can be adjusted nicely, and it has good sound. I'm only using this TV for cable TV shows, no streaming, internet, or games. So far, so good. I recommend this TV at least for cable TV shows.
