    The only thing worse than this oven is LG customer service. My oven (under warranty) changes temp 25 -50 degrees either way while baking! Best Buy said they cannot intervene since it is under warranty. LG schedules service and does not show. When a tech finally showed he did not do anything! Said (in very broken English) that ovens run 50 degrees either way. Said "is normal." I requested customer service to send someone who spoke English and could produce a service visit report. Of course, I stayed home again and the tech was AGAIN a no-show. I believe they are jerking me around until the warranty runs out. Yes, I have done all of the "troubleshooting" and have escalated this higher up in LG. What a joke. I say shame on LG and shame on Best Buy for not supporting customers.

    I have been a bit disappointed with the LG range. The numbers on the knobs are in a light gray and very hard to see in most lighting, the knobs get bumped on easily, there is a notification sound so that does help. If a little one bumped it on they would likely not notice. One last thing, the finish isn't holding up, many scratches and marks on the top front. I am very careful, no abrasives have been used. It was a fair amount of money, should last longer and be safer.

    Buyer beware. This stove has all kinds of error codes to throw at you. Certified piece of crap.
