LG Evo OLED TV is a top-notch choice for anyone looking for stunning picture quality. It offers vibrant colors, deep blacks, and excellent brightness, making it perfect for both movies and gaming. The design is sleek, and the user-friendly webOS interface is a bonus. While it's on the pricier side, the performance and features make it worth the investment.

Unreal clarity. This is my first LG OLED and there will be no going back for me. A beautiful picture, slim and sturdy design, and some really nice features. You will want to get on YouTube and learn how to optimize your picture settings, and once you fine tune it, it will blow your mind. The sound is very solid from the tv speakers but with this kind of television you’ll probably want a sound system to really ratchet up your home theater experience. I use mine for watching 4ks and playing Xbox series X and the definition is crisp and the detail extraordinary. I cannot recommend this television enough, and for peace of mind spring for the Best Buy warranty if you can, it’s total peace of mind for your investment and goes up to 5 years. I know I’m gushing but I’ve had mine for a few months now and I’m just completely blown away by the quality.

Best Buy third party delivery and installation was terrible, they canceled our delivery on the same day after calling the night before to confirm the time. We wait 4 hours and nothing from Best Buy and nothing from the delivery place. Somehow they use a company but no one has a phone number for them? Anyway we end up going to the store to have them reschedule it and the best they can do is next week after we spent $2000 here? Ended up calling a friend to help transport the TV and installed everything myself. The TV is phenomenal. Beautiful colors. Bright colors and very dark blacks. The tv is one of the best purchases I’ve made in awhile. I would 10/10 recommend this tv to anyone if you can afford it. It is worth the price. I also use it for gaming not just movies and it has high dynamic range, filmaker mode, voice commands, every streaming app under the sun. I mean the tv is stellar. Like i said really wish Best Buy kept their contractors accountable otherwise they are better off doing it themselves instead of hiring another company to lose your customers. Best bang for the buck in my opiniin. So far, I'm as impressed as i thought I'd be from comparing so many tv's for so long on line and then finally going to BestBuy to compare them side by side. I went during the 4th of July sale and the LG C4 and B4 evo ( among other tv's ) had some great sale prices. I had a number of employees approach my wife and I for help and they were all helpful but not pushy. I asked each one of them questions and they were able to help answer them. Yet, i still had a difficult time making a decision. So many great options. One employee in particular, started talking with me about the finer points and details of each one. I almost bought the Samsung s95c but the 48" B4 evo was half priced and was too good of a deal to pass up to replace a 14 year old 1080P Sony Bravia, which I had been contemplating replacing for quite a while.

This is an excellent TV and I have no buyer's remorse. It's my first OLED TV and I spent days comparing the options and reading reviews. It came down between this LG C4 and the Samsung S90D OLED. While the S90D has a newer QD-OLED display, it lacks the capability for Dolby Vision and DTS audio. While the LG C4 does not have HDR10+ but does support Dolby Vision and Dolby audio formats. Both TVs can do HDR10 which is the standard fallback video format if either Dolby Vision or HDR10+ is not supported. What it came down do was the selection of media on streaming. Most streamers use Dolby Vision while Amazon Prime relies on HDR10+. Both formats use HDR with dynamic metadata meaning contrast and brightness change fluidly for the content being played. Dolby Vision does this on a frame-by-frame basis while HDR10+ does this on a scene-by-scene basis. Ultimately, I'm happy I chose the TV which fully supports Dolby video & audio. If you use external speakers, this is the TV you want because it supports more passthrough audio formats so your higher end sound equipment will do the sound processing instead. Samsung S90D has a few formats that it can't passthrough meaning the TV has to process the audio first before sending it to any soundbar. My previous TV was a Samsung LED and I was not fully happy with the OS while this LG C4 TV uses a linux-based WebOS and is very responsive and has a ton of options. I cannot review the smart features of the TV because I use Apple TV 4K for my streaming. Apple TV 4K also support Dolby Vision which is another reason I chose this TV. I wanted to unlock the full features of my Apple TV 4K. The picture quality is amazing. I finally have a TV I can watch in a bright room without having to close the shades. I'm a heavy TV user and will be enjoying this TV for years to come. I use the "screen off" option for when I'm playing news in the background to preserve the screen. This TV has a powerful Wi-Fi antenna so if you place it near your router, use an ethernet cable instead as it will jam your Wi-Fi and slow down speeds for other devices due to its proximity to a Wi-Fi router. It's solidly built and feels sturdy. It's well worth the investment and you won't be disappointed if you have been fretting between this and the comparably priced Samsung S90D my choice is the LG.

I recently purchased the LG C4 65” OLED TV from Best Buy, and as someone who spends most of my free time watching movies and TV shows, I can confidently say this TV is a total game-changer. Incredible Picture Quality for Movies & TV The OLED display is simply stunning. The perfect blacks, rich colors, and sharp details make every scene come alive. Watching movies in Dolby Vision on this TV feels like having a personal cinema at home. From dark thrillers to colorful animations, the picture is consistently jaw-dropping. I’ve re-watched some of my favorite shows just to experience them all over again on this screen. Smooth Performance and Seamless Streaming TV shows and live sports look buttery smooth thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate and excellent motion handling. The webOS smart platform is super easy to use, fast, and responsive. Streaming from Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ is a breeze, and the Magic Remote’s point-and-click feature makes navigation quick and fun. Sleek Design The TV has a gorgeous, modern look with ultra-thin bezels that make it a centerpiece in my living room. Whether wall-mounted or on the stand, it fits beautifully. Sound Quality The sound is decent for everyday watching, but to really enjoy the cinematic experience, I paired it with a soundbar, which I highly recommend. Best Buy’s Price Match Made It Even Better One thing I really appreciated about Best Buy was their Price Match Guarantee. I found a slightly lower price from another retailer and Best Buy matched it instantly – no hassle, no stress. Here’s a more personable version of your review: Alright, let me start by saying—I’m not a tech person by any stretch of the imagination. So, if you’re like me and just need the basics, this review is for you! We ended up buying this TV after our 3-year-old decided to test his pitching skills by launching a Hot Wheels car straight at our old TV. Needless to say, the screen didn’t survive, and it was completely unwatchable. So, off to Best Buy we went! Let me just say, this TV is amazing. The picture quality is crystal clear, and the built-in sound system is a game changer. Watching TV at night feels so much easier on the eyes—I actually feel less tired and more relaxed afterward. And during the day? There’s way less glare, which is perfect since our TV is right next to a big window. The biggest selling point for me, though, was the screen itself. It has more of a glass-like texture, which seems sturdier. So, if my little guy ever decides to test his aim again, I feel like this TV might stand a better chance. Fingers crossed! How does that feel?

When shopping for a new 65" OLED TV, I was stuck between the LG C4 and the Samsung S90D. I originally went with the S90D since it got marginally better reviews and seemed to be recommended more by "experts". After about a week, I returned the S90D and got the C4 and have loved it. As much as I adored Samsungs display since it produced more vibrant colors and had a brighter display, there is much more to love about the C4. 1. The C4 has significantly better build quality. This is the main reason for switching from the S90D. I went through two S90D's and both had bent panels and one of them had a defective display. After googling the model, there are plenty of complaints about Samsungs QC with bent panels, faulty power supplies, misaligned ports, etc. The LG C4 on the other hand is built well, with a more premium design that feels sturdy. 2. The C4 has Dolby Vision. While most people probably wouldn't notice the difference between Dolby Vision and HDR10+ (which is what Samsung supports), the implementation of Dolby Vision on the C4 just works perfectly and is more widely adopted. On the Samsung, when viewing HDR10+, it isn't always implemented correctly. On Netflix for example, the image would come out extremely dim. I would either need to disable HDR in the Netflix app to brighten the image or turn Contrast Enhancer to High which would make the image look inaccurate. I have had no issues across all apps and services with Dolby Vision on the C4. 3. The wall mounting screws are placed more towards the middle of the C4. On the S90D they are almost at the bottom. Since I was putting these on a Mount from my previous TV, the S90D's low mounting points made the TV sit higher than I would like, even using the lowest adjustment. Since the C4 has the mounting points in the middle, it was easy putting it at the exact height I had before. 4. The C4 has a better and cleaner OS since you can remove most of the Ads in the settings. It also has better motion processing and upscaling as well. 5. It is easier to clean. The Samsung uses a QD-OLED panel as opposed to the W-OLED panel that LG uses. The QD-OLED has an amazing anti-reflective coating on it, however it is an absolute pain to clean. You can google complaints about cleaning QD-OLED panels and you'll see that it is very prone to scratches and permanent blue cloudy stains. Even though the C4's anti-reflective coating isn't as good as the S90D, I love that I don't have to worry to much about keeping it clean without damaging it. 6. The LG allows you to use your soundbar/sound system with the TV speakers simultaneously for a more full and rich sound experience. Samsung offers this as well, but I wasn't able to get it to pair with my soundbar since apparently, they require you to buy one of their newer soundbars for it to work. Overall, I am extremely happy with the C4 and truly believe it is the best OLED in its class and price point. It can be found right now for a really good, discounted price since the new C5 is released, but since the difference is marginal, I would consider this while they are still on sale.

I needed to replace my ten year old 65" LG OLED TV. I was able to do a side-by-side comparison of the various models in the store. This provide clarity to the picture quality I was seeking. (no pun intended). The salesperson added additional information without bias which was also of great help. It has taken me a little time to navigate the G4 version. I am completely satisfied with the new purchase.

This is hands down the best TV I have ever owned. While it is not perfect, primarily with the WebOS UI (I preferred some of the functionality of the older version) and with some glare in bright rooms (normal for OLEDs), it outputs gorgeous images and videos. The OLED is crisp, bright and very colorful. The TV seamlessly connected to all my devices, Apple TV, LG Surround sound, PS5, and PS3. For the gamers out there, this is worth the money; HDMI 2.1 and VRR with the PS5 was flawless. The only thing I will say is that I do not believe it is worth the MSRP asking price. I purchased this during the xmas 2024 holiday tv deals for $1,399.99, which I think is a reasonable price point.

Gorgeous tv. It’s my first OLED tv, and LG hasn’t disappointed. Well worth the cost if you can find it on sale. The 144hz refresh rate makes it great for tv gaming as well. The settings can be a bit confusing, but they get easier after adjusting to the learning curve.

If you’re looking for the ultimate cinematic experience, the LG C4 OLED is truly outstanding. I recently upgraded to it, and it’s a game-changer. The picture quality is phenomenal – I’ve never seen blacks this deep, and the colors are so vibrant that every scene feels incredibly lifelike. Watching movies at home now feels just as good as going to the theater, if not better. One of the best features for me has been the gaming performance. I play a lot of fast-paced games, and the low input lag, along with HDMI 2.1 and VRR, makes everything feel super responsive. The motion is smooth, and there’s no ghosting or lag. It’s hard to go back to anything else after experiencing games on this TV.

As a previous owner of a eight year old 55" LG OLED I was already aware of the outstanding picture quality. I absolutely love this tv and I found the 'Personalized Picture Wizard' in the settings worked very well for me. It actually got the picture I wanted compared to my own settings. It turned out to be really helpful for my 70 year old eyes, lol. This tv has many other great features also. I've had this tv a month and am still discovering new things I can do.

Absolutely love this TV! I have been an LG fan for years and the C4 fits my needs perfectly to watch 4k movies and play games on Play Station 5 and XBOX X. Depending on what you are using the tv for, the tv will automatically adjust the picture and sound to use the best format. The home screen is easy to use and shows all your apps you use for quick access. I connected the tv to my LG sound system (s95qr) and couldn't be anymore amazed with the pair in my living room. This model also has 4 HDMI and 2 USB ports that work well with high powered gaming systems. It connects to my antenna and plays local tv stations also. Highly recommended!!!

After 2 months of continuous use, I can say, it’s amazing, the colors are vibrant, the darks are *DARK*, I don’t plan on going back from OLED, I use this TV maybe 8-12 hours daily for gaming and streaming, I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. It is truly breath taking how movies, anime and video games look, absolutely immaculate. The speakers, by the way, sound way better than anticipated, to me, that’s a plus, very much proper bass and highs for what it is. I will leave some picture examples of a game I like to play which has pitch black areas with items that get highlighted, they were taken with my phone, it almost looks like a window into another world, you feel like you’re almost able to climb in there with the clarity you get.

The colors of the LG TV are spectacular, and OLED technology is the best. I highly recommend it, and I especially recommend buying it at Best Buy, the best store!

I’ve had the LG C4 65" OLED for a few weeks now, and it’s hands-down one of the best tech purchases I’ve made. The picture quality is absolutely breathtaking! Deep, true blacks and vibrant colors that make every movie and game pop. Thanks to the new OLED evo panel and Alpha 9 Gen 7 processor, everything looks sharper and more lifelike than I expected. As a gamer, I really appreciate the 144Hz refresh rate and support for G-Sync and FreeSync. Gameplay is buttery smooth, and the input lag is virtually nonexistent. It’s made a noticeable difference in how responsive everything feels. The design is sleek and minimal, and the webOS 24 interface is super easy to use. Streaming apps load quickly, and the remote is intuitive. For the price, this TV delivers flagship performance without the flagship price. I couldn’t be happier with it. Highly recommend to anyone who loves movies, gaming, or just wants an incredible display.

Great TV. Overall the quality is amazing. You truly are getting your moneys worth with this tv. LG created a sleek, high resolution, and fast reacting television. Since buying this tv, I’ve spent every night browsing movies and shows. The sound setting has two options and I was debating on buying a sound system before testing it out but when I did, it sounded like I was in a movie theater. I love the personalization factor LG offers to tailor this product to my liking. I’m really excited to continue using this product and it kinda has peaked my interest to see what other things LG has to offer.

I picked this up from my local Best Buy for a great price since it was a floor model. Barely any hours on the TV and the condition was excellent! They even through in all of the accessories that came in the original box and employees made sure I was satisfied with it before leaving. This is by far the best TV I have ever owned. The colors are gorgeous and gaming has been awesome! The 144hz variable refresh rate works flawlessly with an Nvidia GPU (RTX 4070 Super) and works on all 4 HDMI ports! This was purchased to replace a TCL that had issues with Nvidia. I would highly recommend checking for discounted floor models at Best Buy before ever buying a large purchase brand new. Customer service was also amazing which made it worth getting this deal in store rather than on some unknown website. I’ve seen some folks say the TV isn’t bright enough. But this is our first OLED TV, and we always use the Filmmaker mode, which is darker than the other modes. Even though it’s summer and the TV is right next to the window with a bright light, it’s still clear and there are no reflections. That’s exactly what I expected from an OLED TV! We’re also having a blast playing games from this TV using GeForce NOW Performance.
