I'm coming from a Samsung plasma which was literally on it's last cells. Debated there LG OLED E9 series and finally bought it. I am amazed every time I turn it on. Picture is Crystal clear. Blacks are add though I am in a pitch black room. Love the smart TV capabilities. Speakers on TV are enough me so streaming YouTube music videos or listening to SiriusXM on it is great. Highly recommend this TV

I received the 65” LG OLED E9PUA TV in a timely fashion. A young man delivered the tv and was very accommodating and friendly when he brought the tv inside. When my husband unboxed the tv I could not believe how thin it was. My husband then mounted the tv on the wall and when I turned it on for the first time I could not believe how vivid the color was!! I was completely amazed at how awesome the picture looked. It has a crisp, clear bright picture. I also love how when I’m watching a movie with a dark background the true black kicks in and you can actually get a clearer picture!! This TV is beautiful, easy to install, and delivers the best picture you can find for the money. OLED is second to none. The picture is better than life and when watching 4K content it practically looks 3D, it's insane. Action movies and nature programs have never been better. The remote is great, very cool to point and click on items on screen. The TV integrates with your cable box (if you have one) to display your local guide, etc. The TV apps are good, but I have not explored them completely yet. The TV is ascetically pleasing but very thin and not the most stable TV I've owned. If you plan to put it on a TV stand and not mount it, I strongly suggest strapping it to the wall or TV stand, especially if you have kids or pets. Also highly recommend investing in some high quality HDMI cables (Audioquest Vodka is a solid choice) if you get this TV,

have had this 65" E9 model set up for a week so far and it is a pleasure to watch this TV. Color is fantastic, and the TV itself looks great as well. The magic remote is slick. Picture can be calibrated/tweaked to each viewer's liking. Despite its thinness, TV is still pretty heavy and requires two people to lift and set up properly.

I was the 1st one to have the Pioneer elite television when it came out many years ago and I remember thinking there is nothing else like this on the market... And it has been years since I have experienced the same thing. Until this television. This OLED unit Is a light year from anything on the market. It's a little more expensive but you will be so glad you spent the money if you watch TV or U game. Go look at it in the store you will be absolutely blown away nothing even comes close

I got this TV for next gen 4k films as it one of the only TV's to feature hdmi 2.1 and it has blown all expectations out of the roof. The picture will make all other TVs look like they are from 2012. If your budget can fit this tv I suggest you get it. It still holds up well with the newer LG models from 2020/21. It is also great for gaming, so don't think this is just for cinema and regular TV viewing. Video games look wonderful on this screen!

I have waited for a number of years to purchase an LG OLED TV, mainly because of cost. This year with costs coming down I purchased a 65" E9. This TV was worth the wait and everything the reviewers have praised. The colors, including black are outstanding. As one reviewer said the best TV on the planet. It is!

I previously had an 86" QLED TV with a very nice picture, but have to admit, this new 65 OLED LG's picture is absolutely incredible with 4K video into it! The clarity and detail is unbelievably clear and precise!

Geek squad installed TV. Old wall bracket in house was already in place. Geek Squad made an adjustment on the bracket to fit the larger TV. They set the channels and remote to the TV. TV looks great.

Bought from BestBuy 25 months ago, now out of warranty and OLED panel fails ( common complaint on web ) LG will NOT honor!!! Time to go back to another brand Low Grade LG!!!!

LG is the way to go. It has a built in soundbar that is unique.

Great installation and setup service from the geek squad

Unfortunately the tv only worked for 3 days. The sound went out. When we could turn the tv on and it takes 20 - 30 minutes for the sound to come on. I think maybe they gave us a refurbished television instead of a brand new one. It does not make sense that you pay this much for a tv and it only works for 3 days.
