The LG CordZero All-in-One Wet/Dry Cordless Stick Vacuum with Power Mop Pro Nozzle has completely transformed my cleaning routine. Not only does it look sleek in the graphite finish, but it also performs incredibly well on a variety of surfaces. Power and Performance: The suction power on this vacuum is impressive. It tackles everything from fine dust to larger debris with ease, making it ideal for both hardwood floors and carpets. The dual functionality of wet and dry cleaning is a game-changer. I love that I can switch seamlessly from vacuuming to mopping without needing a separate device. Power Mop Pro Nozzle: The mop attachment has exceeded my expectations. It leaves my floors spotless and picks up residue that other mops often leave behind. The Power Mop Pro is also gentle on hardwood floors, yet thorough enough to handle more stubborn messes. Cordless Convenience: The cordless design adds so much convenience! The battery life is solid, and with the wall-mounted charging stand, it’s always ready to go. The LG CordZero is lightweight and easy to maneuver, so it’s not a hassle to carry from room to room, even up and down stairs. Maintenance: Maintenance is simple, with an easy-to-empty dustbin and washable filters. Plus, the design makes it easy to take apart and put back together, which I appreciate when I’m in a hurry. Overall: The LG CordZero is one of the best investments I’ve made for keeping my home clean. The versatility of vacuuming and mopping in one device is so convenient, and the performance speaks for itself. If you’re looking for a cordless vacuum that can handle all kinds of messes on any surface, I highly recommend the LG CordZero All-in-One. Five stars all around!

This vacuum cleaner is truly exceptional. The noise level is impressively low, ensuring a peaceful cleaning experience. One of its standout features is the self-cleaning capability after each session, which I find incredibly convenient. Additionally, the lights on the vacuum cleaner's head are an ingenious addition, allowing me to easily spot particles and dust even in dimly lit areas. This significantly enhances the efficiency of the cleaning process. I cannot recommend this product enough; it will undoubtedly meet your expectations. The sleek design seamlessly blends with any decor, adding a touch of elegance. As a pet owner with two cats, I can confidently say that this vacuum cleaner effectively removes fur from the floor. If you have pets, I highly recommend investing in this exceptional product.

THE BREAKDOWN: This LG CordZero All-in-one Wet/Dry Cordless Stick Vacuum with Power Mop Pro Nozzle has it all! I really like how the stand holds everything and it is all in one place. One of the downfalls to previous stick vacuums that I have owned if finding a place to store all the attachments where you won’t forget you have them. In the box or boxes in this case is the: - A949KTMS CordZero All-in-one Wet/Dry Cordless Stick Vacuum with Power Mop Pro Nozzle - Telescoping Wand - Power Mop Pro - Dual Floor Max Nozzle - Power Mini Nozzle - 2 Quick Release Batteries - Combination and Crevice Tools - Extra Pre-Filter - 3 Tower Bags - Owner Manuals for Vacuum and AIO Tower The vacuum was well packaged, it actually came in 3 separate boxes. Overall, pretty easy to setup. You need to find a good place to set up your base and make sure that the sides/wings have ample room to open. Once you plug it in you can store all of your attachments inside the wings along with your extra battery which has a spot on top to store it and charge it. The vacuum itself slides right in the cradle with the head attachment equipped. One thing to note is that when you dock the vacuum it automatically starts emptying the vacuum. The last step in setup if you choose to do it is setting up the app. Once you download the Fee LG ThinQ app it will walk you through the setup process. The app will give you info like charging status, how long and how often it was used. The performance was excellent. I have 3000+ sq ft of house combined with hardwood and some carpet and it performed well. The grip and handle fit well in the hand and the power button, the adjustable power level and spraying cleaner was easy to reach and use. I felt like the suction was great and easy to adjust for the different rugs and carpets in my home. Having dogs in my home I really enjoyed the extra attachments to clean the stairs and behind cages. The Power Mop Pro unit is great for hardwood or laminate floors. Not sure it would be ideal for 3000+ sq ft home but for spot cleaning it really shines. Overall, I think there is some room for improvements in the mop feature and I think it would be nice if you could stand up on its own. For example, you are vacuuming and need to move chairs or tables you could just stand it up and grab it again instead of leaning it on something. One more thing is the adjustable length could be a few more inches. I am 6ft tall and I feel like I need a few more inches in the length to keep me from bending. PRO’s: - Easy to get up and running - Amazing suction power - Converts to a handheld - A ton of attachments - The tower is the star of the show CON’s: - It is difficult to move on different carpet sizes - The length needs to be a few more inches for taller people SUMMARY: Overall, this product worked as intended, and I would recommend this to a friend if they were in the market for a product like this.

    Flexible Auto-Empty Stick/Hand Vac

This flexible stick/hand vacuum can be used to clean up more than just dust and dirt. It also includes a mopping head that is handy for washing tile and hard floors. Everything stores in the base and is kept neatly concealed. The base also can automatically empty the vacuum’s dustbin into a larger bag. The battery is even swappable with one that stores and charges in the base. Highlights: * Swappable batteries (2 included) that both charge in the base. * Good suction. * Relatively quiet (except when the base is emptying the vac). * Includes 4 vacuuming tools and 1 mopping tool. * Extending tube. * Base stores everything neatly. * Can disable auto-emptying if not needed every time. * Easy to replace bags in the base. * WiFi-connection and app. * Easy to clean filters. * Easy to swap tools. * Easy to clean brush rollers on the tools. Room for Improvement: * Auto-emptying doesn’t always get everything. * Base takes up a considerable about of space to allow for tool doors to open. * Mopping attachment gets stuck after a while of use. * App has limited value and can get annoying. Setup: This vacuum comes in a HUGE box that is actually a holder for 3 smaller (yet still large) boxes. One box has the auto-empty charging base, one box has mostly the vacuum and main attachments. The last box has mostly smaller bits. Unpack them all and then you can get started setting everything up. First, set up the auto-emptying base station. Find a suitable spot for it, because it really needs clearance twice its own width so you can swing the doors open on both sides to get to the built-in tool storage. Even though the vacuum docks in the front, there still needs to be room above the stand so you flip up the lid to gain access to the spare battery charging/storage compartment. The base also needs to be near an outlet so you can plug it in, and be aware that when auto-emptying the vacuum bin, it can generate quite a breeze and can be quite loud. After putting the base in place and plugging it in, next is to store the 3 provided hand-held attachments. The pet brush attachment stores inside the left door. The crevice and combination tools store in the right door. The first dust bag is pre-installed but you need to be able to open both doors fully to get access to it for replacing the bag when it’s full. The mopping head can hang from a flip-out hook on either the left or right door, but it requires a bit of extra clearance when hung on either side. Two batteries come with the kit. Flip up the lid on the top of the base and put one of the batteries in the cavity to charge it up and store it for future use. Next up is the vacuum itself. Slide the other provided battery in the base of the vacuum. LG recommends that the vacuum be stored in the base with the extension pipe and the floor nozzle installed. Everything attaches easily and then can be removed by pressing a release button. Slide the extension pipe on the vacuum and then slide the floor nozzle on the pipe. Dock the vacuum in the base by pushing it straight back in the provided docking hole and then lowering it down. By default the base will automatically empty the bin and start charging the battery that was inserted in to the vacuum itself. Last step is to set up the app if you want. The app will indicate charging status of the vacuum, provide details like how long and often it was used, and has easy links to help and documentation specific to this model of vacuum. To set it up, download the free LG ThinQ app and choose to add a new product. The app then walks you through turning on the vacuum’s WiFi and adding it to your home and the app. Usage: In the simplest terms, it’s a really nice and flexible stick vac that easily converts to a hand vac. Lift it up and out of the base, swap out your attachments of choice, and tap the Power button to turn it on to clean up. When done, tap the Power button to turn it off, then dock it and walk away. The vacuum’s bin will get emptied and its battery charged up for the next use. The dock itself has a basic display and a few buttons. There are backlit icons that indicate when the base is emptying the dustbin, when it’s charging the spare (Aux) battery and to indicate whether the base will automatically empty the vacuum’s bin every time or not. There are also buttons to turn the automatic emptying on or off, and to start or stop the emptying if done manually. In addition, there is an icon to indicate when the base’s bag is full and needs replacement. This kit includes a total of 3 bags; 1 preinstalled and 2 spares. The vacuum itself doesn’t use a temporary trigger but rather has a power button to toggle the power on or off. There are separate buttons to increase or decrease the suction power from the default suction. Each button has a few extra functions; for example, when using the provided powered mop head, the Power button starts rotating the mop heads with no suction, and the “+” button sprays fluid rather than increasing the suction as it does when vacuuming. There are backlit indications on the top of the vacuum for power level of the installed battery, whether WiFi is on, if the filter needs cleaning, and if the tube is plugged up and needs to be cleared. I really like how I don’t need to hold a trigger to vacuum since most of the time I’m using it for more than a quick clean. It also has a soft start that kinda ramps up and down rather than just turning on or off. The “Dual Floor Max Nozzle” is easy to maneuver around to suck up floor-level dirt. It has LED lights on the front that not only illuminate the floor so you can see where you’re vacuuming, but they also do a great job of highlighting the dirt that needs to be cleaned up. It is easy to disassemble if anything gets tangled or caught up. This tool is meant to attach at the end of the Extension Pipe and works for people of various heights. The Pipe can also be used with the other tools as necessary and is easily adjusted to various lengths. The “Pet Nozzle” is designed for cleaning up pet hair and has a rubber beater bar that is easily removed if it gets tangled. The “Combination tool” is easily converted between a wide nozzle and a soft brush. For anyone interested, the vacuum vents out of the top and that area is easily disassembled to access and wash the handheld’s filter. Keep in mind there are two filters; one in the vacuum and one in the auto-empty charging base. The handle is rubberized which at first seems nice as it’s a bit more comfortable to hold, but be aware that rubberized plastics like this tend to get sticky as they age, so this part may not be so nice in a few years. The mopping attachment is a bit odd. it essentially is just a rotating mopping pad with a manual spray that happens to use the vacuum as the power supply. It attaches to the end of the Extension Pipe and has two counter-rotating motorized spinning mopping pads. The kit includes 4 pads so you can use 2 which 2 are being cleaned themselves. There is a removable water reservoir on the top of the mopping head. Fill that up with your choice of diluted floor cleaner or just water, then mount it back on the mopping head. Once the head is attached to the Extension Pipe which is attached to the vacuum body, turn on the power and the heads start spinning. The vacuum does not provide any suction so it’s quieter than when vacuuming. You’re supposed to moisten the mopping pads before attaching them so they’re wet to start off with. As you slide the mopping head over your hard flooring, you can manually spray more fluid ahead of the mop. One difficulty I had while cleaning my tile floors was that the more I sprayed fluid, the more the mopping pads got saturated. After a short while, they started sticking to the floor and refused to rotate any more. I don’t know if this is a design flaw or not, but I could only clean about 1 room at a time before I had to remove the pads, wring them out, and start again. Battery life it really impressive on a single charge, but remember that you essentially have double that because you can swap out the dead battery in the handle for the charged one in the base if you need more cleaning time. The “Kompressor" is basically a manually actuated squeegee to both wipe the metal mesh filter and force all sucked debris down to the bottom of the dirt bin, so that the auto-empty station has a better chance of removing everything. It works but is not a completely smooth experience. It’s mostly optional which is better than having to use it, but perhaps an improvement in design could make it smoother and easier to use. While I appreciate being able to store all of the tools and accessories in the base unit, doing so does mean that the already large base needs even more room around it to open the doors. And even if you don’t like storing the stuff in the doors, you still need to open them periodically to change the base’s vacuum bag. The app is completely optional in that it really doesn’t provide a ton of benefit. It can send you push notifications when the battery in the vacuum is charged or when the filter needs cleaning. It has links to the manuals and helpful tips. It has a log of how often the vacuum was used and when. Otherwise, it’s unnecessary. In fact, I turned off the “battery charged” notification because it was just annoying to get that every time I used and re-docked the vacuum. It was easy to set up and use, however. Overall: Great suction with convenient tools that attach easily and store out of sight in the base. Great battery life with swappable removable batteries (2 included). A convenient docking station that charges both batteries and empties the dustbin. The mopping attachment is useful but not amazing. The app is easy to set up and use but unnecessary. Overall, a versatile and impressive stick/handheld vacuum.

LG has been making stick vacs for a while now, and I’ve had an older model that while overall good, didn’t really do what I needed it to do, so it’s been set aside for smaller tasks that didn’t need thorough cleaning. I’ve had the opportunity to use the newest model, the LG CordZero wet and dry all-in-one model, and am please to report that things have improved considerably since the older model. The new CordZero first of all, does not rest on a simple floor stand. You now place it inside a “tower”, that houses a reservoir that will collect your dirt/debris from the vacuum into a bag inside the tower when you rest the LG vac in the charging area to charge. It empties the contents automatically into the inner tower bag, so you don’t have to manually open the vacuum’s bin over a trash can. This reduces the amount of particles that go back into the air around the room when emptying the old way. The tower also has areas to store accessories, and there is no longer a need to remove the vac stem/head when docking it. It works, though might take a little practice to get the “dock and empty” routine down. It’s also heavy and bulkier than the average floor stand since it charges the main unit, an extra battery, and collects all of that dirt in it’s bags. LG says the suction power of the new wet/dry CordZero is now up to 3X stronger than older models, and while I can’t scientifically prove this, I can say that it definitely is stronger. My older model could barely, even on turbo, get my carpet thoroughly clean. This new CordZero pulls more out of the carpet on lower settings, with the added feature of a light on the vacuum head (which my older model did not have). I received two batteries with this unit, and it says you can run for several hours with both (on the lower settings of course). So far, I’ve been able to cover the whole house which is just under 2,000 square feet, with one fully charge battery; this includes running mostly on the standard power setting with a few bursts at higher suction settings for dustier areas. It should be noted though, that my house is about 70% carpet and 30% hardwood and tile. The main vac head and wheels on it seem to not be as easy to push/pull as my previous model, too – there’s a bit of drag on this one that’s not the best when using for periods of time. The new “Power Mop Pro” attachment has two circular pads on it and to me, is more of a buffing type of attachment. You can remove your vacuum head, and replace it with this Mopping head, after having put some cleaning solution in a small reservoir in the head. It then will buff your hardwood or tile floor. It works pretty well, but I really could not see myself mopping a whole floor (cleaning wise) with this – but it works great for buffing and getting preliminary smudges and stains off of the floor. An extension is available for vacuuming, and you can also put the powered Mini Nozzle on for furniture cleaning, which works really well (my favorite attachment, actually). The Vacuum body offers 5 stage filtration and the tower offers 3 stage, to help keep the air clean while using. You can download the ThinQ LG app to run diagnostics and more for the vacuum, but I don’t have a huge need for this and so far there aren’t any issues to have to diagnose; it’s there if you want or need it, though. Overall you get a standard 1 year warranty, but the smart inverter Motor itself does have a 10 year warranty. Overall, I give the LG CordZero Wet/Dry vac 3 stars. The only reason I don’t up that higher, is because as good as it is, at nearly $1,000 (suggested retail), it’s quite pricy, and for some, it might be a bit heavy to use for larger spaces. The slight drag when pushing/pulling it is a bit of a turnoff as well. I would still recommend this to folks if you can snag it on sale, and can put up with the added weight of the tower and vacuum itself, and the slight drag when using it doesn’t bother you too much. Recommended with reservations, then.

I have been looking forward to trying the new LG CordZero Wet/Dry Vacuum with All-In-One Tower for a while. Having had several different stick vacuums over the years, I’m keen on the concept of the cleaning tower/stand. This vacuum does not disappoint, it's light, manageable and packs plenty of suction power and options into its small stature. The AIO Tower is also a game changer in both function and design offering a stand and charger for the stick vacuum and a clean out station for the collection bin. When not in use, simply position the vacuum into the AIO Tower so the dustbin is emptied, batteries are charged, and the stand is modern enough in design to sit in most rooms around the house. In the Box & Set Up: • LG CordZero All-in-One Wet/Dry Cordless Stick Vacuum with Power Mop Pro Nozzle • Telescoping Wand • Power Mop Pro • Dual Floor Max Nozzle • Power Mini Nozzle • 2 Quick Release Batteries • Combination and Crevice Tools • Extra Pre-Filter • 3 Tower Bags • Owner Manuals for Vacuum and AIO Tower The vacuum is well packaged and is easy to assemble, it took all of 10 minutes to unbox and setup. The two batteries were essentially dead when the vacuum arrived, so both were charged overnight so they were both at 100% for testing. I already had the LG ThinQ app installed on my iPhone and connecting to the vacuum was user-friendly and took a couple minutes. There isn’t much to putting the vacuum together, simply attaching the extender wand to the body and choosing which head unit to use. That’s about it, the filters were all pre-installed in the vacuum and AIO Tower. Printed directions are included and are also available online. Performance: The LG CordZero worked beyond expectations; we have 2,500 sqft. of living space with a combination of carpets, area rugs and hardwood floor…and it was up to the task on all surfaces. The handle is well-designed with all controls within thumb’s reach. These include the power button, adjustments for power level while vacuuming, spraying cleaner while using the included power mop unit and WiFi setup. The suction performance is on par with other high-end stick vacuums used previously, and the operating sound is impressive. It did take using both fully charged batteries to cover the entire house, so the additional battery was a welcome option. With the battery charger in the Tower unit, it’s easy to have a battery charging while using the other one. At this point, I used all the included tools and did just about a whole car before the second battery was exhausted. Swapping out the different tools is a “snap” and makes for effortlessly getting every nook and cranny. Having the option to use this vacuum as a handheld cleaner is appreciated being a dog owner. With the multiple cleaning head options, the LG CordZero pretty much eliminates any signs of our pooch! With the extension tube attached it’s perfect for reaching those tough spots like curtains, spider webs in the ceiling corners or around windows, etc. The Power Mop Pro unit is also a great option for pet owners or anyone with hardwood, tile or luminant flooring. Personally, I don’t feel like it’s the best solution for doing large areas of floor cleaning, but it performs admirably cleaning spot stains or smaller areas like entryways or in our case where our dog sleeps. It’s easy to set up and operate, the addition of the small funnel cup is a nice touch for filling the tank before use. The AIO Tower unit is a real game changer when it comes to emptying the dust bin on the vacuum. Simply place the vacuum in the Tower and it automatically opens the dust bin door and suctions out the dust and particles. There will be an added cost for replacement bags, but it is so worth it! The station also serves as the charging station for the battery in the vacuum and the second battery is charged in the top of the Tower. Its modern design allows for the station to be used around the house instead of being hidden in a closet. All of the attachments easily store within the Tower keeping everything together and tidy. The power mop connects to the outside of the Tower, but we have opted for storing it separately, so the Tower looks more organized in our den space where it is setup. ThinQ App: In today’s day and age, it’s expected for most devices to have some form of smart or WiFi functionality. LG’s ThinQ app supports many of their smart solutions and does provide functionality for the CordZero AIO vacuum. It provides updates on charging levels for the batteries, cleaning history, smart diagnosis and guides for the vacuum and filters. It’s a nice bonus. Pros: - The AIO Tower is an absolute game changer for form and function, no more messy cleanups! - Modern design and well build, LG quality shines through - Dual Floor Max option – single head units supports rugs, tile, hardwood, etc. - Kompresser Lever – this is a great little feature that assists in keeping the vacuum dust-free - Versatility - Can be used in so many ways, it's like having 3 or 4 different vacuums! - Suction Power - this thing really sucks! In a good way of course! I used it all over my home, car & boat - Adjustable length/height wand - Size/Weight - vacuum is small and light which makes for easy handling and operation - Battery Life – The two-battery option provides more than enough power to clean an entire home - Power Mop Pro – this is a great addition for spot cleaning or smaller areas of HW, tile or laminate floors Cons: - The touch buttons on top of the Tower can be turned on/off accidently when touching the unit - I found the vacuum to be a bit tougher to move/operate on some carpets vs. other stick vacuums All-in-all the LG CordZero All-In-One Wet/Dry Smart Stick Vacuum and Tower is just what I was seeking in terms of size, performance and quality construction. I would certainly recommend this vacuum to friends with pets or kids! It’s easy to use and can’t say enough good things about the AIO Tower.

Incredible Suction Power and Great Accessories

If I was rating this LG CordZero Stick Vacuum solely on performance, it would get a perfect 5 star rating. This is by far the most powerful stick vac I've ever used. After turning it on for the first time and feeling it's power, I had to check LG's website to see what the suction power rating was. According to LG's website, this LG stick vac produces a whopping suction power of 265 air watts!! That is certainly amongst the strongest suction power available on the market (if not the strongest). When you power on this CordZero stick vac, it immediately starts moving forward on it's own thanks to that powerful suction (and this is just on the medium setting). It almost feels as if the stick vac is providing some type of glided assist. The higher performance setting, "Turbo mode", provides an insane level of suction. I'm coming from last year's LG CordZero stick vac which had 210 air watts of suction power and the added power on this 2024 model is significantly noticeable. It left my carpets spotless! I had to do very few passes in order to pick up all the debris. There's also been a few other notable improvements to this new model. One of those is that LG has now added wheel casters on the main Dual Floor Max nozzle attachment. This makes it significantly easier to push the stick vac around heavily carpeted areas. This will be truly appreciated by people with a lot of carpet in their home. For me, this was a game changer coming from last year's model which did not include any wheel casters and was therefore a bit more unruly to push around. Another improvement that I love is the LED strip that LG added to the front of the main Dual Floor Max nozzle. There are several nooks and crannies around my home that are dimly lit due to the light not reaching far enough to these areas. Having illumination at the front of the stick vac is a much welcomed feature! I'm able to ensure now that any and all debris has been picked up. LG also improved the Kompressor lever. On last year's model, I would occasionally have an issue with clumps of dust getting behind the Kompressor lever when using it to compact the dust. I've been using this new LG CordZero stick vac over the past week and I've yet to get any dust caught behind the lever or dust bin. The other highlights of this CordZero stick vac system is the cleaning tower and it's attachments. I'm glad that LG didn't change much in terms of the cleaning tower as it already had a near perfect design. The tower is purposefully designed to hold all of the included attachments, it has a spare charging compartment for the spare battery, it makes emptying the dust bin super easy, and changing the dust bin bag is quick and simple. The cleaning tower gives you an option of either setting the dustbin clean cycle to "auto" (whenever you dock the vacuum) or you can set it to "manual" so that you have to press the "start/stop" button whenever you want to empty the dust bin. Replacing the dust bag is as easy as accessing the dust bag door and pulling on the dust bag lever to take out the bag. The top of the bag ingeniously auto-seals to prevent dust from spilling out. Simply grab another dust bag, align the little rail tabs, and insert. Done! LG also packed a lot of value with the included accessories & attachments. This CordZero system includes 2 lithium batteries, the main Dual Floor Max nozzle, a Power Mop Pro Nozzle, motorized Pet nozzle, crevice tool, 2-in-1 combination tool (crevice/brush mode), an extra pre-filter, extra mod pads, and extra dust bags. The Power Mop Pro Nozzle is one of the best attachments in this CordZero system. All you have to do is open the water inlet, fill it with water (add some cleaning solution if desired), then attach the mop pads to the velcro strips on the bottom of the attachment. Once powered on, you simply press the "Spray" button to dispense the solution and begin mopping. There's a decent amount of scrub power with this attachment and the mop pads did a great job of removing some sticky dried sauce spills on my kitchen floors along with some other hard to remove grime. I was very pleased with the final cleaning results on my hard floor areas. The crevice tool is also a must have for me as it makes getting in between tight corners and gaps a breeze. I use this tool practically every time I vacuum now. Lastly, the LG thin Q app is yet another feature that I found practical for the future use of this product. While my experience with the cleaning performance was flawless, I love that the thin Q app receives telemetry data from the vacuum and reports on its current status in case any issues are detected. My favorite section of the app is the "Smart Diagnosis" feature. If you ever encounter any clogs, obstructions, or any mechanical issues with internal components, this is a handy feature that you can use to see what may have gone wrong. I love that there's also a "product manual" button which allows you instantly access the original product manual if you've lost the hard copy or don't feel like digging it up. As you can tell by now, I'm a massive fan of this new LG CordZero stick vac system. It actually makes me look forward to vacuuming. So why didn't I give a full 5 star review? While this new 2024 model took several impressive steps forward to improve upon last year's model, there was one area where it took a couple steps backwards. Don't get me wrong, the overall build quality of this LG CordZero stick vac, tower, and attachments are very solidly built. However, I can tell that LG cut a couple of corners on the build quality for this year's release. See my attached picture of last year's product body as compared to this year's. On last year's model we got a gorgeous aluminum silver plated exhaust filter hard cover. This year's model has a bland black plastic hard cover that leaves much to be desired. You can also see the beautiful chrome accents on last year's model whereas they were removed from the product body this year. The grip handle is also better constructed on last year's model. Although it's equally as comfortable, the seams of where the rubber grip meets the handle is not as seamless as it was on last year's model. As a result, the rubber grip has a bit of side to side play. Not a huge deal, but we shouldn't be going backwards in build quality. The only other area of improvement I would like to see in the future is slightly longer battery life. Each battery lasted me 15 minutes on the medium setting and about 7 minutes on the Turbo setting. Both batteries provide me with just enough run time to thoroughly clean the upstairs and downstairs of my 1400 sq. ft townhome. On the flip side, it's hard to complain as I understand that intense suction power is going to demand a lot of battery power. And in almost every scenario, I will always take more suction power and performance over slightly more battery life. Overall, I'm very impressed with this new LG CordZero Wet/Dry Stick Vacuum as a whole package. Not only does this stick vac provide incredible cleaning performance, but the cleaning tower and all of it's attachments are thoughtfully designed with a purpose in mind. It has made vacuuming and mopping around the house for me as convenient as possible. This is one those products that will take a menial task and actually make you look forward to it. If you're looking for a high performance wet/dry stick vac accompanied by fantastic accessories, I highly recommend you check this LG CordZero wet/dry stick vac.

The LG CordZero All-in-One Wet/Dry Cordless Stick Vacuum with Power Mop Pro Nozzle is the versatile and convenient cleaning device that provides efficient wet and dry cleaning for various floor types. The CordZero has a sleek and modern design, with a lightweight build that makes it easy to maneuver around the house. It comes with an adjustable wand that can be extended or shortened based on your height and cleaning requirements. I'm 6’2 and had no issues, with the length. The device has a sturdy build quality and feels very durable in hand. This all-in-one cleaning device comes with a standard rolling vacuum head and a power mop pro nozzle, a pet hair nozzle and a long thin nozzle for those tough to get spots. The CordZero offers both wet and dry cleaning capabilities. The vacuum head features a powerful suction that effectively removes dust, dirt, and debris from carpets, rugs, and hard floors. It has a motorized brush that agitates and loosens stubborn dirt and pet hair, making it easier to vacuum. The pet hair attachment is perfect for all that pet hair on the couch and those tricky spots under furniture. The long nozzle is great for those difficult spots like between furniture, high up spots like fans, and perfect for in between the seats in cars. The power mop pro nozzle is designed for wet mopping hard floors. It has a water tank that you can fill with a cleaning solution or water, and comes with 2 sets of microfiber pads that wipes and cleans the floor surface. The nozzle has a motorized scrubbing feature that helps remove stains and grime from your floors. I personally found the mop attachment to be a slight let down in that it didn't give a real deep scrub and the spray nozzle was very inconsistent, in that it didn’t shoot out a consistent stream of water and just felt like it was gliding over my hardwood floors and not actually scrubbing. The CordZero comes with 2x rechargeable lithium-ion battery that provides long-lasting power for cleaning sessions. The battery has a runtime of up to 40 minutes and the second battery is stored and charged at the top of the tower. The LED display on the handle indicates the battery level, allowing you to monitor the remaining charge. The full charge time for the battery is around 3-4 hrs and if you register the vacuum with the LG ThinkQ app, it will notify you when the battery is finished charging. The big star of this vacuum is the self cleaning tower, where once you are done vacuuming just put it back in the tower dock and it will automatically empty the tank into the towers dual filtration system with a washable HEPA filter and a pre-filter. The HEPA filter captures 99.97% of particles, including dust, pollen, and allergens, ensuring cleaner air quality in your home. The washable filter is easy to clean and maintain, reducing the need for frequent replacements. After about 10 uses throughout the week ( two dogs that shed a lot) I had to empty the waste bag and it comes with 3 replacement bags that are not reusable, so you will have to buy more of those. The CordZero has several smart features that enhance user convenience and performance. It has an automatic power adjustment feature that adjusts the suction power based on the floor type, ensuring optimal cleaning performance. The vacuum head also has LED lights that illuminate dark areas, making it easier to see and clean under furniture and in corners. Overall the LG CordZero All-in-One Wet/Dry Cordless Stick Vacuum with Power Mop Pro Nozzle is a versatile and efficient cleaning device that offers both wet and dry cleaning capabilities, with good attachments minus the mop where I feel like this was a big selling point but it just doesn't get the job done . The long-lasting battery, the auto empty tower and smart features enhance the user experience. The CordZero is a good choice for those looking for a versatile cleaning solution for their home.

It is a great vacuum, just not what I am used to. I had an LG Cord Zero and a hard floor attachment that I purchased separately from LG. I bought my stick vacuum in 2020 and it lasted almost the 5 years of my warranty. Since they didn’t have the same exact model, I went with this upgraded model that also has the mopping feature. I just don’t think I’ll use the mopping feature. Too much hassle to go thru vs a spray bottle and simple swifter type mop. The whole set-up is cool looking but the vacuum is noticeably heavier, takes up a lot more space with the stand, and I don’t like that you have to continually replace the bags for emptying the vacuum contents. I feel like the bags should be reusable a few times. But they made them where you have to replace the bag after each time it is full. Overall, it’s a nice vacuum and stand if you like all the extra bells and whistles. I prefer the vacuum that I had previously and I’m able to order that from LG at a cheaper cost. My favorite thing about Best Buy is their geek squad warranty. The five-year warranty really is the best and it allowed me to upgrade to this vacuum or you can get a gift card in the amount of the original purchase. Of course they don’t refund you for your warranty cost.

I love this cordless LG CordZero All In One Wet/Dry Cordless Stick Vacuum With Power Mop Pro Nozzle. I love that it has a light to light the floor as it vacuums. I love that it has no cord to limit my movement. I can go all over the house without needing to unplug and replug a cord. I love it. I have a cat and a dog that leaves hair everywhere not to mention human hair. I love the handheld attachment that make it so easy to vacuum the furniture and it is so quick to set up. It maneuvers like a dream so perfectly This vacuum picks up hair so easily. I had no problem with the adjustable suction as it quickly and easily picked up hair, crumbs and such from the couch and loveseat. The vacuum is lightweight and runs on a battery. It comes with two batteries and it did take a long time to charge both of them for the first time. The power mop pro was so easy to use and I love that I can use my DIY cleaner with it. I am all about saving money so I loved that I can wash the filters to help them last longer. I have never used a LG vacuum before so I was not quite sure what to expect. I love this vacuum. It does everything I need to do and had all the bells and whistles that I wanted and it is wireless. I highly recommend this vacuum. I love the all in one tower design that stores the vacuum, tools and charges the batteries keeping everything neat and in its place. It is neat and easy to clean the outside. .

I have owned my fair share of stick vacuums in my life, mostly from other brands rhyming with park and tyson. This is my first LG Stick Vacuum and I was literally surprised by the performance of a vacuum for the first time in my life. The assembly was relatively easy and I was able to complete it in about 10 minutes. Since there are so few, I'll start with the Cons: I do wish there was a way to more securely, or out of the way, store the mop attachment. Putting it on the side is cumbersome and awkward. The battery takes a long time to charge, but it lasts a long time...so give and take. Pros: The suction power is quite remarkable with every attachment. It is ALMOST too much for our ruggable rugs. The pet attachment gets a special mention because it actually made me take a picture of something I vacuumed. Pairing with the LG app is easy and lets you know when your battery is fully charged. I complained about the length of time it takes to charge it but the amount of power you get and the duration you get to run the vacuum more than makes up for it. At the end of the day I would literally recommend this vacuum via word of mouth to my friends and family...I like it that much.

This LG stick vac is priced like a high-end product. It has solid build quality and is a very good stick vacuum. I have another high-end stick vac that feels like a toy compared to this but it has it’s advantages. The main reason I wanted this is its one feature that no other stick vac has, the base tower has a canister cleaning feature and it is awesome. Unfortunately, there are a few small things that bother me and one really big one. The box this came in was much larger than I expected when I ordered it. It was also quite heavy. I was wondering why. When I opened it up, I found out why, the base station is weighed at the bottom for stability and the vacuum is very well built and has some heft to it. The buttons have a nice feel and the attachments click firmly into place. The tower has storage and a charger on top for the spare battery. The other battery will charge in the vac when placed on its dock. The tower has storage for the smaller attachments behind the 2 doors on either side of the tower. It also has hooks to hang the mop and vac heads. It is quite convenient. I do wish they included a place for the cup they include for filling the mop attachment. In terms of its main function, vacuuming, it’s actually quite good and not that loud. The vac head has a powerful roller that really digs into a carpet. Unfortunately, it’s not adjustable for carpet pile thickness. My old canister vac has several settings for carpet thicknesses and one for hard floors. My issue with this lack of adjustment is this vacuum will pull on smaller area rugs and mats. I have one mat that is quite floppy at my side door that is designed to get water and dirt off shoes and is very good at doing this. This vac will such this mat into the roller even if I pull it taught. If I could adjust the roller height, I could probably minimize this issue. The mop feature works well enough. It’s just quite a bit more work than just using a Swiffer mop. I can see using this once or twice a year for a better cleaning but it’s not something I would use weekly. As noted earlier, the canister cleaning feature, for me, is the main reason to get this vac. It has worked extremely well so far. My other stick vacs would always create a dust cloud when emptying. I would have to go outside and dump it in the garden. All I have to do is place the vac on the dock and it will be cleaned out. Awesome! The vacuum in the dock is quite loud though. The auto-clean feature can be turned off. It would be nice if they had an on-demand button for cleaning but I’ve only found an option to turn the auto-clean feature on or off. No on-demand. One thing that had me scratching my head is the clearance the call for around the base station. The instructions state to “Install the product on a place that is clear of obstacles, with a clearance of… 60” left and right, 80” in front and 2” to the rear.” But then, right under that, they have a diagram and a note to “Keep an 8” radius in the front clear of obstacles in order to open the doors of the station”. 60” left and right? That’s 120” or 10 feet. My entire kitchen is 11 feet x 10 feet. They expect me to dedicate ½ my kitchen to this vacuum? I don’t think so… Another small issue is the doors on either side of the base tower don’t open 90 degrees. It’s more like 70-80 degrees. While this doesn’t impede on accessing the accessories, it would be nice if it opened 90 degrees. Finally, this is an internet connected vacuum. They say the app can help diagnose issues, track battery health and a few other things if you install the app and connect the tower to your WiFi. However when I read the agreement for the app, the data they collected was just too much. I refused to agree to the terms and deleted the app. Who needs a vacuum connected to the internet anyway? I deducted a full star for this alone. Thankfully, it will still function without the app. In the end, this is a hard product to recommend at its list price, especially if you are buying this because it has “smart” features. That app is “Big-Brother is watching” worthy. The price and the few annoyances is why I deducted a second star. As a vacuum, it’s good. As a mop it’s too

It’s not cheap, but it checks a lot of boxes. I’m not going to quote specs and such since that’s in the product’s info. What I am going to do is tell how well it performs and directly compare it to a similarly priced Samsung - BESPOKE Jet AI I reviewed last year. What I think is good, what’s not and what could be improved. The product is well packed and easy to unpack. There’s an instruction booklet to get you started as well as a QR code to send you after the app which also has the product manual. However, you do not have to use the app if you don’t want to. It’s optional. Also, from what I can tell, you will need a WiFi router to use the app, plus it appears to cover many LG products. Somewhat similar to Samsung’s SmartThings and health app. Setting the vac up on WiFi was very easy. You can have it let you know when the battery is charged up, general system status and energy use among other things. Once I got it set up and charged up my wife and elderly mother took turns using it while I was at work the next day. They loved it. They liked it better than the Samsung. They thought it was lighter (it is by about a half a pound according to Mfgr specs), quieter and maneuvered better with the main multi surface powerhead. After I used it, I agreed. I think one big reason why is how the main powerhead is made. The LG has two large rubber wheels on the back of their main powerhead. Samsung a single little plastic wheel and it’s harder to push forward too. See photo. We have a couple of young cats and the pet powerhead did a great job of cleaning a couple of chairs. We had to purposely put the cats in them and roll em around as they normally don’t get on the furniture. They prefer my bed. LOL! I think both powerheads out perform the Samsung. I used both when testing the LG. The Sammy bogged down at times. The LED lights on the front perform about equal. Equal performance when using the crevasse and brush tools. The mop powerhead does a pretty good job. You fill the small tank on the power mop head with cleaner and spray it on the floor as needed. It removed all but very stubborn spots from food drips on the vinyl plank kitchen floor. The pads can get really saturated so I found I needed to rinse them and wring them out when they got too wet, otherwise the floor would take longer to dry. It ships with 4 pads and uses 2 at once. The vacuum does not extract water. It only sprays it on the floor. I have a Bissell corded wet floor cleaner that’s for tile and vinyl floors that sprays and extracts. I prefer it over a mop system. Build quality feels really good for the vacuum, All the parts fit together well and I like that you can store them in the tower. No part storage for the Samsung. However, one of the two batteries fits in the vacuum so tight that it’s very difficult to get out. But fits in the tower charging socket fine. You can easily take the two powerheads apart to remove the parts and clean them. Same thing for the Samsung here too. Both have extension tubes that easily extend. Both have a pet powerhead, crevasse and brush tools. LG also has the power mop head. Neither ship with a hose, but offer it as an option. See photos. I like how the vac and tools store in the tower with two exceptions. The tower requires about 8 inches clearance on either side for the doors to open to access the tools. Soft closing doors are a nice touch. When you dock the vac, the main powerhead sticks out quite a bit at the base, about 6 inches, in front of the tower. Possible trip hazard. The Samsung hangs straight down and doesn’t stick out. The vacuum cleaner part has icons that illuminate to show tha vac’s status for speed, battery life. The app not only shows that, but in much greater detail. The Samsung has a color OLED display vac status and other info. With the LG, you manually select the motor speed you want. With the Samsung, it uses AI to monitor the load on the motor and powerhead and raises and/or lower the speed as needed for the longest run time. That is, different floor surfaces change the load. Thick pile carpet needs more energy to run the powerhead and vacuum motor than a hardwood floor and it can sense which it’s on. I wouldn’t call something that simple AI, but that’s the buzzword right now. Both vacs have auto empty with optional manual settings. Washable filters and disposable dust bags. You can empty the dirt from the vac’s can manually too. There’s also a lever that lets you push the dirt to the bottom as to get more in the can if you need too. Maximum battery recharge time is longer on the Samsung (330 minutes vs 270 LG) and the maximum runtime is shorter on the Samsung (100 minutes vs 200 LG). Run time will be shorter at higher motor speeds. Of course you can connect the heads and tools directly to the vac and use it anywhere. I even used it in our vehicles. Of the two, I prefer the LG over the Samsung. Here are the three main reasons why: The LG ships with 2 batteries instead of just 1, The multi surface powerhead works better and maneuvers better. You can store all the tools but one, the mop head, in the tower. Plus charge the extra battery in the tower. Two things where Samsung wins: The OLED info display is very nice. The auto power up and down depending on the surface you’re clean is pretty handy. LG might be able to add this with a firmware update. Conclusion: I didn’t expect much difference in two premium vacs from LG and Samsung, but I was surprised. The LG is the better of the two and a better buy to boot. Recommended. Note: LG has the same vac without the mop head for a less if you don’t need the mop.

Extreme power and convenience in a stick vacuum

For the better part of a decade of running an in-home daycare, we have gone through our fair share of vacuums and mops as they are used very frequently several times on any given day. Needless to say we are constantly sucking up messes and mopping up spills. Having the portability of a cordless stick vacuum is a must have to avoid the trouble of messing with a cord and changing plugs during a whole house cleaning so we switched over to stick vacuums years ago. The only downfall to previous stick vacuums was always the limited power they could provide when cleaning heavy workloads like a daycare with an overabundance of mess makers. The other inconvenience we have also always struggled with is having to store and maintain mopping products to complement the vacuum cleanings which not only takes up additional limited space but it’s just another device I have to keep up on. That’s where the new LG CordZero All-in-One Wet/Dry cordless stick vacuum comes in handy. Not only does the new CordZero address these concerns, it exceeds all the expectations I had for a stick vacuum. I would like to precursor this review by stating we have had an older version of the LG CordZero in the past that just could not meet the needs of the workload we had in store for it therefore we switched to another brand for the past few years which honestly performed much better in just about every aspect. So, when we decided it was again time to step up our cleaning game and replace our current vacuum, we revisited most other high-end stick vacuums for comparison and to get the best bang for our buck. Long story, short, we ultimately decided on the LG CordZero for the sheer power of the vacuum and the features it has. I was quite surprised as to how powerful the new CordZero is using LG’s Smart-Inverter Motor; you not only can feel the power, but you can hear it as well which could potentially steer some in another direction. It is much louder than all our previous stick vacuums and ranks up there with our older corded vacuums which, although came with their own downfalls, were also much more powerful than any stick vacuum we have owned. In fact, the vacuum is so powerful that, even with the normal setting, it easily pushes through any job and have yet to have the brush get stuck on any of our large area rugs which was a common occurrence with our previous vacuums. For those tougher jobs or perhaps thick carpet, there is also a power and turbo suction power setting which I haven’t found necessary yet since our house is mostly hard floors except for the carpeted stairs. The weight of the vacuum unit is similar to competitors, perhaps a little heavier, but feels comfortable to hold with easily accessible buttons. According to my mother who lives with us, it may be a little too heavy for elderly people, like herself, or those lacking strength in their arms or upper body. With the telescoping wand and attachments installed it has a good balance as is easy to maneuver. Having used all-in-one clean stations with our past vacuums was something we were already familiar with using other brands and are a must-have as well as you no longer have to empty the dust and debris yourself and, in the process, getting it all over defeating the purpose of cleaning. It also helps that the vacuum and clean station have a five-step filtration system which helps clean and avoid any unnecessary messes. In my opinion, LG did a much better job both performance wise and aesthetically with the design of their cleaning station which doubles as your storage for the combination tool, crevice tool and charger for the extra battery which are included with this package. It’s also more aesthetically pleasing and not as much as an eye sore as some of the competition as it’s sturdy rectangular design with cabinets hides most of the extras and internals including the additional nozzles and accessories that are included with the package. The LG clean station also feels and sounds more powerful than the competition we have had in the past but at the same, or similar, price point. Initially it is somewhat awkward to get the vacuum to seat in the station facing away from you however I think it’s something we’ll get used to. The top of the clean station displays the battery level and tells you whether it’s time to replace the bag. Although they both have lighted indicators, I was a little surprised that both the clean station nor the vacuum itself had an LED display to tell you the status or report any issues such as a tangled brush or low battery. Regarding the mopping features, it is very easy to use by simply placing the mop pads center on to the mopping attachment and filling the mopping attachment reservoir with fluid. I used a combination of gentle hard floor cleaner I used in my other electric mop along with water. The CordZero automatically senses the mop attachment and the + button on the handheld portion is used to squirt the cleaner onto the floor while the mop attachments are spinning and cleaning. Both large and small vacuum attachments and mop attachment included with this CordZero package appear very durable and have worked great with no issues thus far. They are easily swappable and can attach on the telescoping wand attachment or directly to the handheld vacuum unit itself which is useful for some jobs like stairs or vehicles. Although it is a nice bonus, I haven’t found use for the additional battery yet as one battery has lasted cleaning our entire 3900 sq foot house. Another great, must have, feature is the bright LED lights along the front of the larger vacuum attachment and the mop attachment which really highlight areas with dust and debris. Overall, the new LG CordZero cordless wet/dry stick vacuum and mop is, by far, the most powerful stick vacuum we tested and what we ultimately decided on after comparing the competition. We have absolutely no regrets and would recommend it to anyone in the market. For peace of mind, it also comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty along with a 10 year Smart Inverter Motor warranty.

Excellent Vac Hobbled By Display & Attachments

As one of LG’s highest level vacuums l give this LG CordZero All-in-One 3.5 stars for covering all my vacuum and mopping needs – mostly because it doesn’t include a soft nozzle appropriate for hardwood, but for other aspects too. It performs excellent on carpet and tile, but the value proposition of the entire bundle falls short of my expectations of the perfect top-of-the-line “all-in-one” vacuum kit. Of course, no two vacuum buyers have identical priorities because every home’s flooring mix is unique. My townhouse, specifically, is about 65% hardwood floors, 25% carpet, and 10% ceramic tile. So, I can see scenarios where this model might be a perfect fit for someone. As such, rather than rely on my obligatory star rating, consider my likes and dislikes of this model to help you decide if it’s right for you and your home. I’ve tried many stick vacuums over the years and I’ve yet to find THE perfect vacuum. There’s always sacrifices required, even with the best models, so rank your feature priorities and go from there. DESIGN AND FUNCTIONALITY - Dual Floor Max Nozzle I’ll start with the Dual Floor Max nozzle for those, like me, with mostly hardwood floors. LG advertises this as usable on both carpet and hard floors. Of course, “hard floor” can mean tile or wood. LG’s web site though depicts people using this model on wood floors, so I inferred wood floors were in the mix here and optimistically crossed my fingers while waiting for my unit to arrive. After physical inspecting this nozzle though, in my opinion, it’s not appropriate for hardwood floors. It has similar stiff bristles as carpet-only nozzles; it just adds a motorized soft roller. The problem here is the stiff bristle roller bar can’t be raised so that only the soft roller contacts with the hardwood. I would never torture my hardwood floors with this nozzle. Bottomline – if you care about keeping your wood floors in top condition buy the soft roller nozzle additionally or find a different vacuum that includes one. On carpet and tile its motorized soft roller plus hard brush combo devours big and small debris, and I’ll get into performance in that section. Its usable light to help spot dirt is a major plus too. - Power Mop Pro Attachment I wasn’t initially sure what exactly made this “pro” over the original non-pro version but hoped it incorporated vacuuming and/or steam. LG does make a steam mop head, though I’m unsure if it’s available in the U.S. yet. I later learned the “Pro” differentiator indicates the mop’s reservoir can be filled with diluted floor cleaners versus only water for non-pro. That’s hardly innovative or “pro” to me but still a plus that allows me to use Bona cleaner on my hardwood floors. This version is improved with this enhancement. - Charging Station The included charging/cleaning station, to me, while not perfect, is a better design than its chief competitors, from a company that rhymes with “Pam’s tongue”. It’s shorter and the vacuum sits inside, rather than on top, of the station. This makes docking and undocking more comfortable for people, like me, under 5’8,” but also anyone with reduced upper body strength. I do have a couple quibbles. Rather than loading into the dock front end first the vacuum sits battery end first, which is the opposite way one naturally holds a vacuum when used. So, it’s unnatural at first to have to twist the wrist here, though it’s a shallow learning curve for sure. Another dent in the “grab and go” process is that if you extend the extension tube you must retract it before docking, and conversely expanded again with use. Nevertheless, these inconveniences are worth the effort for the charging station’s key job of hygienically cleaning the vacuum’s dust bin so I neither have to breath it nor have particles re-enter my house. What I really appreciate with the LG charging station is the clever internal nooks and external hooks that store attachments, something my Pam’s tongue charging station doesn’t offer. I don’t love that the side doors don’t fully open or that the mop attachment hangs at the very bottom, but it beats the alternative. Yes, imperfect, but something is better than nothing. A couple other notes here: 1) You’ll need about 10” of clearance to open up the storage doors. 2) While the charging station is weighted on the bottom there is chance small kits could accidentally tip it over. A cable and wall anchor is included to prevent tip overs. If you have small kids installing it could prevent injury or worse. - Vacuum Head The CordZero has good in-hand feel. It’s not light, but not tiring to carry around either. The power button is in thumbs reach and power remains on until pushed off; there is no finger power trigger that must be continually held in. The “premium” feature here is “Kompressor,” LG-speak for a lever that pushes dust off the metal filter holes. It’s a truly useful feature since vacuums lose suction power when these holes are covered. When the canister is full just press the Kompressor lever down and keep on vacuuming. Below the power button are two multi-function buttons, also in easy thumb reach while vacuuming. When vacuuming, a single tap on the left side reduces suction power while the right side increases it. When mopping, tapping the right side activates the sprayer. Pressing the left side for three seconds at any time activates Wi-Fi for the LG app. Aside from in-hand feel and the Kompressor, I find the rest of the design evokes a mid-level model due to the lack of a full info panel. This model’s direct competitors all display exact battery time remaining, current suction power level and other data, like where a specific clog is located. This CordZero’s display though is a set of four icons. Battery life, for example, is indicated by three ambiguous bars – three being fully charged, one being almost depleted. How much time these bars represent is impossible to know since different suction levels have different power requirements. The only other available information is a vague notification something somewhere is clogged, that it’s connected to Wi-Fi, and that the filters need cleaning. It’s particularly irksome to not have either precise battery remaining or the current suction power setting onboard. That should be standard for a high-end vacuum in 2024. To be fair, the LG app offers some detailed information, but who wants to grab a phone, which could be in another part of the house, when I’m vacuuming. Apps are fine as a supplement but there should be more on-board information here. Then there are the privacy considerations. I think apps for non-robotic appliances benefit manufacturers than consumers. - Other Pack-In Items I can’t mention everything, but the “extras” stand out is the pre-filter (one comes pre-installed plus one additional). I say this because the cleaning process for these is a day because they are slow to dry. Having an extra one keeps the show going. I’ve had vacuums that not only didn’t include an extra, but difficult to find from either the manufacturer or 3rd party. VACUUMING USABILITY AND PERFORMANCE This model has terrific suction power. It’s rated at 265AW which is only a touch less than “Pam’s tongue’s” best model and more than the mop/vac model from the company that rhymes with “sly fun”. In use, this CordZero is somewhat of a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde. At its lowest suction power level it practically glides on my Berber carpet and corners with ease. At medium and high suction though it has a slight stubbornness because of it’s so powerful. Then there are rugs. Anything other than low speed here and it will literally eat them up. Not a big deal, just something to note. In daily use, the lowest setting does a super job cleaning carpet and tile, something I can’t say about most other stick vacs. It devours so much dust and debris on the first run, a second isn’t usually necessary. I credit this to the design of the Dual Floor Max nozzle with two motorized rollers vs the competition’s nozzle with one non-motorized and one motorized roller. After vacuuming up average weekly dust I kicked it up a notch and spilled some “bottom of the bag” bits and crumbs of Asian Trail Mix onto both my Berber carpet and tiled kitchen floor. In each case the CordZero easily ate up this mess. It did a fine job on low but, obviously faster on high. I included “before and after” pictures so you can see the size of the mess I made. POWER MOP PRO PERFORMANCE I filled the mop head with hot-ish water and dampened the mops to clean my tiled kitchen floor. The mops have Velcro for a no-fuss attachment. They are also machine washable – I suggest with towels or jeans. Normally I use a steam mop here as I love the cleaning and sanitizing power of steam. But while I was skeptical, the Power Mop Pro performed expertly on stubborn dried sauces and such. I attached a “before/after” picture of this too. I’ll use this mop for quick clean ups and keep using the steam mop for deep, sanitary cleans. Someday I’ll have one mop to do it all. Using on hardwoods though was the life-changing experience. The mop practically moved itself while I guided it where to go. Previously I used a manual micro cloth mop so using the CordZero from now on will yield cleaner floors and be more enjoyable and quicker. There is only one speed which sometimes feels like it’s overwhelmed. It will stutter if too much press is applied, or you go against the motion of the mops. BATTERY LIFE Battery life is a bit convoluted. Sure, two batteries are included, but the combined battery life of both is no better than what competitors offer in the convenience of one battery. Using low suction, I got 30 minutes from a single battery, so two is an hour. That’s good but you have to stop and change batteries. I’d rather have one 1-hour battery. As for charging, it took about 5 hours for both to reach 100%.

We have the same Brandon model before this one but it was white. There were a few differences that being I prefer this model and color better. Set up a super easy just connecting all of the attachments or storing them on the sides. There is a bag already installed so literally All you have to do is insert a battery charge it and start vacuuming. I really like the regular vacuum attachment because it has a soft velvet like roll at the bottom, that provides way better suction than the previous model or the white one. In fact, regular suction mode is twice as strong as the other one. Overall I just like the way this one looks with the black plastic and the black aluminum or steel pieces. it feels a lot cleaner after use. The white one showed a lot of dust and dirt. It comes with all of the same accessories. Nothing special. Two batteries is also a good idea because if you have a larger area, one can already be charged and use the other one and vice versa so overall this is literally the perfect vacuum for our home.

I purchased this to replace a Dyson V12 that we have had for many years. The battery on the Dyson was starting to go, and suction was weak among many other issues. Having owned it for a few weeks now, I can say it's a major upgrade. The tower / dock is the real hero here, holding all of your accessories, while also acting as a auto dirt disposal hub and battery charging station. I ran the LG over our bedroom rug that we normally clean weekly with the Dyson and the dust bin was full in about 45 seconds. Cleaning power is very good with this model, and it can be adjusted from the handle while you clean by pressing the + / - buttons. It's also been great at cleaning out our van after kids & pets take their tool on the floors. Overall I have no complaints. I like that the batteries are easily removable (unlike Dyson). The auto empty dock is amazing, and cleaning performance is very good. With that said, I don't know if I would pay MSRP for this model. Wait for a good sale.

My wife loves the convenience of having it in all one setup. The vaccum is very strong and it’s definitely worth the price point.
