The screen size is perfect for navigation with one hand, Scrolling thru different websites is so easy, the graphics are beautiful, you can also go into the settings and tweak just about everything. If you enjoy listening to music, the speakers are really good. Of course the cameras are excellent also. Its a really excellent smart phone. I had a LGG3 on thru to the LGG7.

Very happy with this phone in general l, but I bought this phone because of the audio abilities. Otherwise im not too picky about a phone. Do wish there wasn't as much Verizon bloatware. Wish LG stuck with some Android basics, such as the dialer, instead of making their own. But overall a great phone.

I got this phone as na upgrade to my old LG G3, which was a good, reliable phone and I was hoping that this carried the same reliability as the G3 did. So far, it's been good except that it sometimes doesn't like to connect to Wi-Fi, but then the data takes over and it's fine. It doesn't work as well as the G3 did for that, but it does pretty much everything else better. The camera is Great on this and takes Great pictures and once I figure out how to use it properly, is only going to get better. Now, onto the screen.........The colors and intensity in the screen display is nothing short of Incredible! It is so vibrant and realistic that I've found that I'll just look at pictures and see details that I couldn't/didn't see on other phones. I gave it four stars because it will cut in and out during conversations, but I think that is a Verizon thing and not an LG one.

Glad i chose this and not a samsung! Ive bad this phone for about 2 to 3 years and it works great! No lag or freezing, holds all my music and captures pictures amazingly! I'm dreading when i eventually have to upgrade! I hope LG keep making thinq phones! I mean i had a screen protector on and accidentally shut the door on it, it survived without a scratch!

The screen is awesome, the phone is turbo zippy. Takes amazing pictures, the boom box speakers are really great you can use the phone as a portable speaker. Far field microphones you can practically ask your phone for anything at about 50 yards away and it will still hear you.

I'm fine with the value phone, it's an upgrade from the previous (lg g6) with a few more features from the carrier. The specs on this phone exceed the standard. It will do what I need, and hope that LG continues to be innovative with their products like the G7. great sound, advance "snapdragon" processor, and great camera.

This phone has top of the line specs and some nice features at a really good price point. I got this from BB for $200 of list and an additional $100 off from Verizon. I’ve been very pleased with the performance although I wish the camera took better pics from the default auto setting. The manual mode gives a lot of adjustments so that may help but I haven’t learned how to use them all yet.

Honestly got this phone because of the low price (memorial day sale), but now that I've had it for a little bit I'm very happy with it. Great camera, fast, beautiful screen, awesome sound...LG surprised me with how much I like the LG G7 ThinQ.

I'm a fan of LG's G series of phones. This is my third upgrade in the series to the G7 thinQ. It is a very nice phone comparable to the best from Samsung and Apple. I am not a power user on my phone but for what I do, it is excellent. Lightweight, full screen, good user interface and LG's suite of apps is not too cumbersome. If you're looking for a new phone, I highly recommend checking it out before deciding.

I have been using the phone for about 2 weeks. I upgraded from the Lg V20. I had not had any issuses so far. The camera is good, call quality is excellent, 4 GB of ram does the job for speed, and the screen is bright and clear..There are enough features to keep you entertain, without having too many useless apps. I love the floating app bar..i pin frequently used apps to, like music, screen capture, etc..

I wanted to upgrade from a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, but I didn't want to pay a high price in doing so. I researched what phones are available through Best Buy and narrowed my search down to 3 based on price, features, and reviews. It just so happened that the LG G7 ThinQ had all if the features that are important to me, had a good rating based on reviews of buyers and experts, and the price was really good. Since having the phone, I am not disappointed. Everything has been easy to access and the display is one of the best I've ever had. The speaker works well and that's really important to me. My wife has a Note 9 and its really a nice phone too. But, I'm very satisfied with the LG G7 and the low price makes it a smart buy in my book.

Two and a half years later it's still working. I have never had a connectivity issue - 4G, wifi, GPS, Bluetooth - all flawless. And to me that is critical. I have had phones that have been nightmares in the department, and I have sworn off buying a brand that begins with an S - at least their phones, live their TVs. Display is crisp and bright, sometimes too bright at night. Not a fan of the LG UI and have tried a few different launchers and am happy with the one I have been using for about a year. Sound is great, with the boom box design, though I never listen to music without connecting to earbuds or external speakers. The big downfall of the phone, and the reason it's not 5 stars, is the fingerprint reader, which fails 40% of the time - frustrating! I guess the only other small flaw is the touchscreen is not very sensitive.

Great phone initially. Quick and responsive. Charges quickly on a wireless pad. Unfortunately back had started coming off on its own. Always had been in a protective case and no drops.

We replaced two Samsung 7 Edge phones with these. Battery life is twice the S7, response is much faster, and I love the fingerprint reader on the back. The only thing I miss is having an icon for all apps. The LG default is to put every app on the home screen but you can put them in folders. There's an option to bring the all apps icon back, but do it before you make your folders or you'll have to do the folders all over. But the phone runs rings around the Samsung.
