Thumb identity lags a lot. Many attempts happen. Not everything is updated to work with the phone for example games. Rotation needs to work better. It's best to charge the phone alone, it takes longer in case. The phone speaker is muffled when the case. The overall phone is awesomely affordable. This phone is not advertised well but great when in hands.

Awesome dual screen easy to use, no problems, fast!

Aesum phone i use the other screen so much an the fast charging wrks fine im a multi tasker all day an the screen is amazing very satisfied with my purchase can't wait for the updated version comes out

If you like to multitask alot on your regular phone but get annoyed that u keep going back and forth switching apps then this phone is for you espcially if u shop online alot yiu can compare items. Also lay it doen like a laptop or for gaming play it like a switch.

This was the best phone purchase ive made. I waited a few monthz until the price dropped but i still got a great deal at 499. This phone is awesome with the dual screen. U can basically do anything on both screens. You can also lock just one screen or turn it off if you dont want to use it.

When I got this device I was excited about it, they are good quality, I love that the case is a extra screen and also that is I don’t want to use it I can just remove the case and its a normal device, the issue was the OS, UI and the camera, over all good for the price

We bought this phone for our son as a Christmas gift. He was very surprised and loves it especially since its a dual screen. So it was a win win for the both of us...awesome price for me and great phone/gift for him. Oh and my sister actually purchased the phone for herself a couple weeks later.

I am happy with this purschase I've gotten as it's condition is in good condition. The software is Android software , but im loving the dual screens to be able to do my work on it as well as ply my games on my down time.

Love this phone, dual-screen multitasking is a must for my on the go business so it's a lifesaver and time saver! I had the ZTE Axon M but due to the inability to upgrade most of my apps, I had to downgrade. Going back to a single screen phone wasn't easy, so this was everything I needed and more!

Love this phone! It makes me much more productive and able to truly multitask. The phone is sturdy, with great sound quality and features. The camera is not particularly spectacular, however this is not very important to me. The processor is quick and responsive. For the price, it's a total deal

Other than it works great for pubg mobile I'd would had but the Nord plus n10 5g or moto ace one 5g I'm a phone freak the dual screen is awesome other than that that's it

This is a good phone. Dual screen is awesome for multitasking. All features like wifi calling, visual voicemail, message+ work properly on Verizon.

Bought this phone after reading many reviews. My first LG phone. Happens to be one of the best phones I’ve had in a long time. Really fits my typical use for a phone, multi-tasking with YouTube or other live media and reading/browsing. Phone has all the right features and technology. Fast and smooth.

It came in quickly which is a plus, the dual screen is amazing. I love multitasking and it helps me do my homework! The only thing that I don't like is the camera kind of sucks.

Tough glass on the screen.but the back/shell of the phonechunks be stronger. The fingerprint scanner never let's me in on the first shot and it reads a little slow. at first glance it seems to have 3 screens. but the front screen is basically just a display. it's hard to tell which one is which though. The second screen his detachable which comes in handy. It is a little heavy.and I rarely use the second screen but I'm sure it will come in handy eventually. Also, I cant find a case for it virtually anywhere

I am pleased with the dual screen. Especially like the screen resolution on the phone. Looked at other dual screen versions but they were over my price range. If you want a particular phone carrier, confirm carrier supports the model before purchasing.
