I would give this 5 stars—it was a great deal and has a great display for the price. However, it has a damaged screen (see pictures). I do not believe that this reflects the quality of a geek squad certified refurbished item. I called customer service and was put on hold for 10 minutes with no solution offered.

I needed a large monitor fast to WFH and this refurbished model was able to ship ASAP. It was easy to assemble and connect and the picture is sharp. The drawbacks are that the controls are in back in a tiny joystick that's not easy to manipulate, and there are no speakers. You'll have to fork over another $19 for a cheap pair. This monitor is pretty pricey, considering those issues.

The extra width is a great replacement for running duel monitors if you need to compare documents side by side or for viewing spreadsheets with multiple columns. Text is clear to read and the minimal stand doesn't take up too much room on my desk.

This is a great monitor and would have been even better for the price, if the screen wasn't damaged when delivered. I ended up purchasing a new one for a sale price and am very pleased with the monitor. The refresh rate is great and the graphics are crisp and clear.

This is so much better than dual screens. good viewing angles, refresh could be better, but I don't really notice it.

My second monitor went out and I teach online - I needed that to have grading papers on one side, and other information on the other, since I hate max and minimizing papers I am working on. So I got this HUGE one at a great price, the same I would have spent for another 24" one I was looking at. I love it! Because it is so wide, it is almost like having a third screen because I can split it into two, and have three columns of open work, one on my main monitor and two on this one. Worth every penny.

Love this monitor. It allows amazing flexibility. I can put up to 4 images on screen at once which really helps while working on spreadsheets. I also love that you can run your sound through the monitor.

No longer eligible for return and bought it in October of 2021. Has a dark shadow 3 inches wide down the middle of the screen. Waste of over $300.00. Very disappointed.

OK i got this monitor yesterday. There is a problem. But first the good news. Monitor looks great no pixel problems or star up issues. It was very responsive and clear.
Bad news.
Apparently it didn't have a Display port where in the image i thought it had one. So that was a problem. Then when i turned it on it wanted me to click some buttons on screen. Um... Was this a touch screen monitor. Because it isn't. Then when i tried to play a game i noticed a little choppiness while trying to play. I had not set it to freeSync yet. So my bad. Went to set it to freesync. Um......This is not a freesync monitor. It doesn't have it. I think i was sent the wrong monitor. Or someone made a mistake when advertising it.So i need to send it back. Apparently the actual monitor must be pretty good if this one was so well done. I would like to see a 144Hz version some day.
