I purchased this phone to replace my old LG Rumor Touch, and it is very similar with a few design improvements. For one, the phone feels more sturdy and it has a patterned back for easy grip. In addition, the keyboard has been redesigned. I like how easy it is to text, and the call quality is very good as always. For a basic phone, I'm pleasantly surprised. The only things I don't like are the picture quality isn't that great, and I'm not a fan of the lack of app support (must have Java-based .jad or .jar apps in order to run).

Love this phone as it is easy to text on with the full typing keyboard. Also love it for my use as I don't need a phone with all the bells and whistles. Camera takes good pictures. Sound quality is excellent even though I have hearing aids. I have no problem understanding the words. I highly recommend and would definitely buy it again.

I bought this phone for my pre-teen son as his first phone. It is sufficient for him since he has a tablet for other apps and such. However, he wishes he would have gotten something a little more advanced. The best thing about it is the battery life. The battery will last for days without being charged.

i felt it was too difficult to attain the result I was looking for. It took too many steps, I lost communication many times with the party I was speaking with. I felt frustrated at times trying to do what I needed to accomplish. Sorry to have to give such a negative review.

A great upgrade to the Rumor family. Very similar to my old Rumor Touch but faster and much easier to use.

Not as user friendly as my first one of same type, harder to access text messages, have to open main menu, messages and select, old one would open from the main screen, can't find a cover to keep it new looking, next step is the samsung 5G!

This phone is just ok. I needed a new phone for my daughter on our Sprint plan without data. This phone seems to work ok, but the quality is much poorer than other qwerty phones we have had over the years.

since I use my phone for calls and calendar reminders only, I can't complain about the rumor, but whoever designed the slot machine wheel to select appt. times really designed a non-user friendly part. it's virtually impossible to set the time of an appt. my old moto Q9c was so user- friendly in this regard. but again, it's a minor complaint. I will say the keyboard is nice-easy to use and apply.

I am older and attempted the smartphone and just couldn't make it work . I just want to make calls and text. This phone allows me to do that with ease. The keyboard is a great feature.

It could be better but for the price and function it is ok . Not real satisfied. But will live with it.

I bought this phone for my mom. She was a little intimidated by the touch screenat first. But now she's practically an expert! She loves the qwerty keyboard!

I was given a new phone and now it does the same thing, I was told there would be new Sprint towers by the first of the year so we will see? Don't think towers have anything to do with double letters !

I had this phone for 2 years, it was great but started sounding fuzzy. Traded it in for the same model & I am had the same issue with it. I was given another one...same thing. I was told it could be because the towers are being upgraded to 4G.

Bought this phone for my dad (he's 77) on my Sprint plan. His old phone was bad for texting, with only numeric keys. Now we all communicate by text, and it's great. Welcome to 2013, dad!

This is a great touchscreen phone for a child's first phone. The keyboard is great feature for a child also. My daughter is nine years old and she loves it!
