I got this so that I can stream and watch my bluray movies. The bluray works perfectly however the streaming is awful. I thought it was maybe the app so I tried all of them and all movies and shows freeze. I thought it was the internet so I tried other devices and they worked fine. It was this LG device that did not work. Once it freezes you have to unplug to reset. I also got it to watch HULU but it’s not one of the apps on there. The remote is so light weight I feel like I may break it. I will return this.

I liked my Sony player with generally the same features and price a little bit better, but the Sony has some kind of flaw where it locks up and never works again (Sony s3700). Sony replaced it three times before I gave up. The Sony has easier and quicker Netflix and YouTube access than this LG. More apps in Sony player than the LG. Was also able to program Sony remote to control my tv, LG remote has a very small list of TVs that it can control. LG remote also only works at very close range, pointed directly at player with NO obstructions. The LG remote app for your phone is worthless and doesn’t work most of the time. lG freezes frequently and can only be unfroze by unplugging. Although LG player works more often than not (in my opinion it should always work and freezes too frequently) I am generally not impressed with this unit. There simply does not seem to be any players in this price range that are actually reliable.

Works like a charm and blu rays and look amazing on. My previous blu ray would not let me watch Christmas blu ray collection. Definitely worth the price! The remote is amazing as well. I do not use the apps on it though so I having to say but they are probably just as great

Saw some similar ones online labeled "For the Elderly" so I bought this one instead. Worked great after just plugging it into the TV. (Watching China Beach which can't be streamed yet due to all the music copyrights.)

I tecently purchased a 32 inch 1080 TV which is not smart, for a spare bedroom. My DVd collection is mostly Blu Ray so this lightweight compact unit does an excellent job of completing both functions in a confined space!

I am disappointed with my purchase. It advertised that it had Netflix Prime video YouTube Hulu Apple music Spotify and Pandora. Those seven preloaded apps were not on my Blu-ray player. What was preloaded on an already were voodoo Napster Pandora Netflix Prime video and YouTube. I was hoping to have Hulu not voodoo. I'm very disappointed in that. Also the Wi-Fi connection on it is horrible horrible horrible. The DVD player part of it seems so far to work fine. But yeah I'm very disappointed in my purchase I want to take it back. Now I need to figure out how to return this. So disappointed.

My old player could not read some of the wear and tear scratches from older workout dvd’s, constantly skipping. This thing has yet to skip on those same DVD’s!!

Works well, slim, good picture. LG reliability and confidence built over decades.

Rarely watch DVDs but when we do this gets the job done for a decent price.

Have used if for streaming Netflix and DVDs and has worked well. The instructions were pretty minimal and so I had to go online to figure out the set up. After that is was fine

I bought this to play movies for my grandson; he loves it.

It works really great…. I just don’t like the streaming services applications on there but they don’t function right on the blu ray player

Had no idea of the size as I was shopping online-presently surprised on how small it was and did the job I needed it to do!

I got this Blu-Ray player to replace a unit that I have had for several years that had some problems reading Blu-Rays. This BP350 player does that beautifully, even with discs that had problems on the old unit. The fact that it connects to my wi-fi wirelessly is also a big plus. It is easy to use and to use. My only reservation from giving it five stars is that the apps, especially YouTube, can be flaky. Sometimes they will lose communication with the device that I am trying to share videos from, and the Blu-Ray player has to be completely unplugged for it to reset. Netflix and Amazon Instant Video work pretty well, although I have had poor performance from them from time to time (skipping, pauses), but I'm not sure that the player itself was at fault. The bottom line is that 99.5% of the time, this player is fantastic. I would like the option to add apps to it - HBO GO for instance - but I would definitely recommend it as is.

This Blu-Ray player was a replacement to a Samsung DVD player I had bought also from Best Buy a month prior. I had returned the Samsung DVD player because it was extremely loud. The Blu-Ray player was refreshing with its small size and Wi-Fi options to choose from already subscribed streaming programs. The smart phone app to use as remote is very nifty and often works better or easier than the remote. The only negative I have is that there were no instructions in the package and I had to figure out a bunch of settings on my own by going online. However, once you get to the right set up, it is very easy and straight forward, even for someone like me who is more of a user than too tech savvy person.

My old blu-ray finally got old and worn out, so looking into newer models, and comparing features I liked how easy this was to setup and use. I paid a little extra for the wireless wifi, just for the extra placement ability it gave me, instead of having to be within either net cable reach. The extra apps are nice too see but I don't use them. I do like having dvd and blu-ray in one system now.

Ovwrall Decent. Quality of the picture is good, Set up is easy, remote control easy to use. Small enough to pretty much fit anywhere. User-friendly in navigating the program. Can use Cds, music pictures and yes play your dvds. For the price well worth it. I have used LG for years. Overall just very solid product.

I purchased two LG stream wifi built in blu-ray players. one for a gift. I enjoyed the quality of their DVD players. they were simple & worked well. I needed a blu- ray player & this had added bonus of having wifi built in. I think it was 'deal of day', so a good price. I will update review as soon as I have tried it. Hope it works as well as the LG DVD players.
