Customers are saying

Customers value the UltraGear 32” monitor's picture quality, refresh rate, and HDR capabilities, with many praising the vibrant colors and smooth performance. The ease of use is also frequently highlighted as a positive aspect. While some users noted the lack of built-in speakers and a somewhat bulky stand, these concerns were less prevalent than the positive feedback on the display's visual performance.

This 32-inch, 1440p beast is like the Swiss Army knife of monitors – it does a bit of everything and does it well. Gaming Delight: With a 165Hz refresh rate (180Hz if you overclock it, because why not?), this monitor makes every frame of your epic game battles look smoother than a buttered otter on a Slip 'N Slide. Low input lag means you'll never miss a beat, unless, of course, you're still playing like a noob. Color Carnival: The color accuracy is so good it might just make you cry – tears of joy, obviously. You'll see hues you didn't even know existed. It’s like having a unicorn as your personal color consultant. Office Buddy: If you need a work monitor, this one's got you covered. It's bright enough to fight off any glare, and its wide viewing angles mean you can share your screen without that awkward lean. But beware, the text clarity might just encourage you to take an extended coffee break. HDR Woes: Now, let’s talk about HDR. It's there, but don't expect it to make your heart race. It’s like showing up at a rave only to find out it’s a knitting circle – still fun, but not what you signed up for. Build and Design: The monitor itself looks slick with its slim bezels and red accents. It’s sturdy enough to survive a minor apocalypse, but don’t go expecting it to double as a weapon. The LG 32GP850-B/32GP83B-B is a jack of all trades, master of fun. It’s perfect for gamers, decent for office work, and won't disappoint in the color department. Just don’t rely on it for HDR thrills. So, plug it in, crank up the refresh rate, and let the good times roll!

The monitor is very well built with a very good image quality with very vivid colors thanks to the IPS panel. It works very well with my nvidia gpu since it has G-sync, but anyone who has another gpu will work very well since it has both G-sync and Free-Sync technologies. With 165 FPS it provides, it is very versatile for any gpu at 1440P.

Good picture quality for the price point. Easy to setup and use. Currently using this monitor to casually game with my PS5, running 120HZ and to connect my laptop for multitasking. The screen size is perfect for what I use it for. Coming from gaming on a TV, I’m happy I made this purchase.

I wish I could give this thing 10 stars. It blows everything away especially for the price. I ultimately got it for gaming..I play an xbox series x and I stream..streaming from the couch was not comfy anymore and needed my area. I also am a full time wedding photographer...the editing on this thing from my 16 inch MacBook Pro is incredible. It matches the colors and makes everything pop..I am blown away. Don't sit on this thing and don't think you need some 800-1000 monitor..this will do just the thing. As for gaming..I play a lot of COD but then occasionally some other games and the detail and color is super rich. There are different modes specifically for gaming and the type of gaming you are doing..so for me it's "FPS" and I can adjust from there. Best of all, it took 5 minutes to set up.

I previously owned a 32 in. Dell monitor that met an untimely demise so I was in the market for another monitor. I originally went with a 27 in. Alienware monitor that was nice, but I shortly after I bought it I realized that I couldn't go back to a 27 in. monitor after owning a 32 in. so I returned it and after extensive research decided on this one. This is by far the best monitor I've ever owned. I didn't realize how much of a difference a solid monitor could make, but all the games I play are much smoother and faster. I own a desktop with a RTX 4080 and is so much better paired with this monitor. Colors are more vibrant and game play is much smoother. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for an awesome gaming experience or for every day use. I also love that it is 32 in. which is perfect for what I need for every day use as well as some gaming.

This monitor saved me money on investing in an OLED. It does not have the blackest blacks for the ultimate contrast but it still has great contrast regardless and is way brighter. The Nano- IPS tech is also outstanding, it brings out vibrant colors giving a really nice sense of color contrast variation and doesnt look washed out. The stand ais very easy and convenient to adjust and has some cable management. Putting the QHD and the 1ms response time as the cherry on top of it all, one can not go wrong with this monitor. It'll add to the visual quality and performance your graphics card brings to the table and also is great for watching movies and web browsing. Also, the 165hz refresh rate is very buttery smooth when you have the peripheral hardware capabilities to use it to its fullest.

Overall this is an excellent monitor! I purchased 3 of these for a racing simulator I built, and the 32” IPS panel is just perfect for my use case. The bezels are super thin, which helps a lot for immersion, and the 165hz refresh rate is perfect for the sims I play. The colors really pop once you dial it in. I recommend looking up the RTINGS review for this monitor and using their color profile settings. For anyone else out there looking for great triple monitors for a sim, work, or whatever reason and don’t need curved screens then this is the best you’re going to get. FYI - The weird effect where the monitor bezels connect is not from the monitor itself but rather from a bezel free kit I installed for better immersion. Yours will not come like that and will just be a standard 6mm bezel.

Ive had mine for about 2 months now. I am very pleased. I researched this quite a bit before deciding upon this one. It has excellent color and quality for the price and 32” size. I would recommend this if you want a slight edge over standard 1080p. Certainly worth it in my opinion. My PC utilizes a 12th Gen i5 with a 3060Ti. Looks great to me.

Oh I love everything about this monitor. 165hz refresh rate at 1440P 2K resolution, HDR 10, and G sync + Free Sync. What more could I ask for? This is perfect for 2K PC gaming at its best. I will need to upgrade my graphics card to RTX 3090 to test more. I don’t really recommend this monitor for PS5 or Xbox Series X but if you are planning to use it for PC the it will meet all your needs. Overall solid 5 stars! GJ LG!

At first it seemed so big for a 32” inch monitor… Gave it some time. And wow it allows me to rest on my chair completely and I can clearly see everything on the LG Ultragear monitor. As I’m writing this review it has already passed 162 hours of power on time - that’s during idle and active usage. Now let’s talk about HDR. It has HDR for sure, you have to navigate to windows HD settings and enable it and that’s it. The HDR colors looked much better in blacks and whites! It has a Display Port and HMDI as well.

If you’re reading this review, You’ve probably gone back and forth between a couple monitors and even Tvs debating on which one to buy. I looked at the HD version of this size and I even thought about getting a 43” LG IPS tv. Im so glad I chose to get this 32” LG Ultragear Nano IPS monitor. I upgraded from a 27” LG ips gaming monitor and even though it’s only 5” bigger, it seems a lot bigger and a feels like a substantial upgrade. Gaming on this monitor is a lot more immersive to me. Colors on this monitor are beautiful and vibrant. Blacks get decently black.. yes it has the typical IPS glow, but after tweaking the picture settings a bit, it isn’t very noticeable. I have mine hooked up to an Xbox Series X and my PS4. The monitor does support 1440 at 120hz on Xbox series X through hdmi 2.0. All my Xbox games look gorgeous on this monitor. It even breathes new life into older games. I don’t see any ghosting or tearing when gaming on my consoles. I have the monitor set at 120hz with free sync enabled. The stand was very quick and easy to set up. There is no speakers but you can plug into speakers via aux cable or optical.there is also 2 hdmi ports and 2 standard USB ports. It comes with an hdmi and display port cable. The stand has a notch in the back for cable management. A nice added touch. Would I recommend this monitor? Yes! Get it while it’s on sale! I had to have looked at a dozen other monitors and some TVs and I think this is the best display for $400. QHD at 32” looks crisp, and you’ll get to game at a buttery 120fps on your Series X or PS5. It is brighter than other Monitors I looked at in this price point, and since it has LGs Nanocell IPS technology.. viewing angles and colors are great!

I was unsure about getting a monitor but LG reassured me and gave me one of the best experiences I could get. I was searching for a monitor with good quality and refresh rate (frames per second) The 32in gives enough space to view the screen and is perfect for shooters and rpgs. The response time is great for games like COD, Fortnite, Halo, and Jedi Survivor. There is a built in crosshair you can toggle on and off throughout the settings and helps when it comes to shooters and it may be placebo, but my aim has improved. Only downside I would say is that you have to tweak the settings to your liking and the HDR is a bit on the weaker side. But other than that, I love it.

I have only had it for a few days but so far I have loved it. It has really good color and the 165hz refresh rate is awesome too. Was a huge upgrade over my previous monitor. Only complaint is the power cable that it comes with is super short compared to my other monitors i have owned so I had to rearrange some things to make it work

I was on the fence about this one. It was between the 27” and the 32”. So glad I went with the bigger option! Wow! Great monitor for PS5. I used to have a 1080p monitor and the difference is night and day. Don’t hesitate anymore. Buy now
